Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a motor control device and a power steering device for a brushless motor used as a drive source of a power steering device, for example.
Conventionally, for example, in order to drive a brushless motor used in a power steering apparatus, it is necessary to switch energization of a coil in accordance with the rotational phase of the rotor. For this reason, as a method for energizing the brushless motor, for example, a 120 ° energization method for energizing two of the three phases based on detection signals from three phase detection hall sensors, and a rotor phase A sine wave driving method based on vector control is known in which current is supplied to the three phases with a sine wave characteristic so that a current always flows in an orthogonal direction.
A power steering device (pump-driven device) using a brushless motor generates a steering assist force by driving a pump by a brushless motor and supplying hydraulic pressure generated by the pump to a hydraulic cylinder.
However, in the conventional motor control device including the above-mentioned
Furthermore, brushless motors and pumps have a change in friction within one rotation cycle, and this change in friction also has individual differences.
Therefore, even if a constant command current is applied to the brushless motor under a constant load, the rotational speed of the pump (motor) becomes uneven, and as a result, the pump discharge pressure also changes within one rotation cycle. There is.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and an object of the present invention is to provide a torque fluctuation component generated during one rotation depending on the rotation phase inherent to the motor and an output fluctuation component having a rotational position dependency having a motor load. An object of the present invention is to provide a motor control device and a power steering device that suppresses the noise and stabilizes the output.
According to a first aspect of the present invention for solving the above problem, in a motor control device having a rotating shaft that is driven to rotate according to a command current value, one rotation of the rotating shaft when a constant command current value is given. An output torque characteristic is obtained, an anti-phase wave having a phase opposite to the torque fluctuation component of the motor is obtained from the obtained rotation angle-generated torque characteristic, and the command current value is corrected by the anti-phase wave. did.
According to the above configuration, since the command current value is corrected so as to correct the output torque characteristic of the motor in a state of constant load and constant command current value, generation of torque vibration that occurs depending on the motor rotation angle is prevented. It is possible to suppress the rotation unevenness.
Furthermore, the effects similar to those described above are exerted on the influence of output fluctuation factors depending on the rotational position of the motor, such as a pump connected to the motor, and the fluctuation component of the motor and the load is synthesized. Can cope with waves.
The invention according to
According to the above configuration, by correcting the rotation characteristics due to individual differences between the motor and the reversible pump, fluctuations in the discharge pressure of the reversible pump can be suppressed, so that a smooth steering feeling can be obtained.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings, but the present invention is not limited to the following embodiments. Here, an embodiment in the case where the present invention is applied to an electrohydraulic power steering apparatus having a configuration as shown in FIG. 1 will be described.
In FIG. 1,

In the configuration of FIG. 1, a torsion bar torque signal V T is generated from the torsion bar torque sensor 9 by the driver's steering operation and input to the
In the
Here, for example, when the torsion bar torque signal V T is a stable value in the state of steering while keeping the
However, if the torque ripple of the
Therefore, the relationship between the rotation phase during one rotation of the
FIG. 2A shows the motor rotation angle (phase), and one cycle is one rotation. FIG. 2B shows a torque fluctuation wave, and this torque fluctuation occurs at a cycle of (motor rotation period × N) and depends on the motor position (phase). FIG. 2C shows the motor command current, which is considered as a constant value here.
FIG. 2 (d) shows the motor torque when the countermeasure for torque fluctuation is not taken (when the correction means of the present invention is not provided), and even if the motor command current is constant as shown in FIG. 2 (c). Torque fluctuation will be applied.

FIG. 2 (f) shows the motor torque when the torque fluctuation countermeasure is included (when the correction means of the present invention is provided), and the torque fluctuation is reduced compared to the case of FIG. 2 (d), which is close to the command value. Output is obtained.
Next, the configuration of various processes such as assist control, torque ripple countermeasures, and motor current control performed by the
That is, in FIG. 4, the low frequency component of the torsion bar torque signal 101 is extracted by the
A motor current
The processing of each processing unit configured as described above is performed according to the flowchart shown in FIG. In FIG. 5, first, it is determined whether or not the calculation of the reverse phase wave of the torque fluctuation is prohibited in the calculation possibility determination process. The calculation prohibition condition includes a motor rotation speed condition (step 501), a current supply method condition (step 502), and a redundant control condition (step 503).
In
In
In
In
Further, for example, if the friction unevenness depends on the rotation angle of the rotating shaft friction, the gain value is given as a fixed amount of offset without depending on the torque command.
As for the absolute value condition of the motor rotation speed, the higher the rotation speed of the motor, the less the output fluctuation due to inertia. Therefore, the gain is reduced at high rotation speed. This prevents a reaction due to rough control resolution at high rotation and a decrease in the upper limit of output due to this control.
For the calculation of the gain Gw, for example, a 3Dmap (map) as shown in FIG. 6 is used in which the input is the absolute value of the torque command and the absolute value of the motor rotation speed, and the output is the gain. By doing so, the degree of freedom can be set high. After this processing, the process proceeds to step 506.
Yw=sin((θm+θmofs)×Gf)×Gw…(1)
In
Yw = sin ((θm + θmofs) × Gf) × Gw (1)
Where Gf is the order of the vibration period relative to the motor rotation period, θm is the motor rotation angle, and θmofs is the torque vibration-motor rotation angle offset angle.
In
Similarly, in
In
In
When it is difficult to represent the waveform as a sine wave in the inverse phase wave calculation in
Yw=(マップ参照値)×Gw…(2)
Yw = (map reference value) × Gw (2)
Further, the anti-phase wave calculation in the
Yw=(推定逆位相波成分)×Gw…(3)
Yw = (estimated antiphase wave component) × Gw (3)
As a result, it is not necessary to investigate the characteristics of the torque fluctuation component in advance, and an effect can be obtained without being influenced by individual differences without individual adjustment.
Next, an example of obtaining an estimated antiphase wave simply will be described below. The outline of this processing is shown in the flowchart of FIG. In FIG. 8, in
Step 901 in FIG. 9 is a determination process under the stability condition of the motor torque command value. If the moving average value ΔTave of the torque change amount at an arbitrary time interval is equal to or less than the specified value Tjdg, the process proceeds to step 902. The specified value Tjdg for the number of moving averages is arbitrary. If this condition is not satisfied, the process proceeds to step 904, the timer value Ti is cleared, and the process proceeds to step 807 (end processing) in FIG.
Step 902 is a process for determining the number-of-motors condition. If this condition is not satisfied, the routine proceeds to step 904, where the timer value Ti is cleared and the routine proceeds to step 807 in FIG.
In
In
In
In
In
In
In
In
The flow of this process is shown in FIG. In FIG. 12, in
In
In
In
In
In FIG. 13, in
In
In
In
In
In
Yw=sin(θm×Gf+adjpha)×Gw…(4)
Yw = sin (θm × Gf + adjpha) × Gw (4)
However, Gf is the order (arbitrarily set) with respect to the motor rotation angle.
Note that Gw may be obtained as described above, or the torque fluctuation amount may be obtained and corrected based on the speed change between the set modes.
This formula (4) corresponds to the formula (1). In other cases, the value of Yw is cleared and the process proceeds to step 1502 after the processing.
In
In
The estimated antiphase wave can be obtained by the above processing.
As described above, according to this embodiment, the output is stabilized by suppressing the torque fluctuation component generated during one rotation depending on the rotation phase unique to the motor and the output fluctuation component dependent on the rotational position of the motor load. Can be made.
Further, technical ideas other than the claims that can be grasped from the above embodiment will be described together with the effects thereof.

(B) In
(C) In
(D) In the motor control device according to the item (c), the correction unit obtains an antiphase wave whose gain decreases when the motor rotates at high speed. As a result, the sine waveform of the current of each phase is likely to be disturbed when the motor rotates at a high speed, but at this time, by reducing the gain of the antiphase wave for correcting the command current value, it becomes a noise component. Is prevented. In general, the motor friction decreases as the rotational speed of the motor increases. Therefore, the command current value can be appropriately corrected by setting the command current value correction amount according to the friction change.
(E) In the motor control device according to (c), the command current value is determined based on a torque command value, and the correction means has a large gain when the absolute value of the torque command value is large. It is characterized in that an antiphase wave is obtained. With this configuration, when the torque command value is large, the torque fluctuation component also becomes large. At this time, the output can be stabilized by increasing the gain of the antiphase wave.
(F) In the motor control device described in the item (e), the correction means detects a phase in which the rotation speed is likely to drop when the torque command value is stable, and a sine having a peak value at the phase. A wave is created to obtain the antiphase wave. As a result, an antiphase wave can be created without having to investigate the characteristics of the torque fluctuation component in advance, so that an effect can be obtained without being influenced by individual differences without individual adjustment.
(G) The constituent elements described in the items (a) to (f) may be applied to the power steering device according to the second aspect, and in that case, the same as the items (a) to (f) There are effects and effects.
