本発明は、上記従来の技術で述べた撹拌粉砕処理装置は、被処理物の撹拌と粉砕との調整及び水分と酸素の調節も容易に出来るものであるが、例えば、厨芥等の有機固形物の堆肥化処理等に最も必要な温度管理が不充分である問題点があった。
また、先に出願人が出願した特願2003−436702号の二重攪拌粉砕筒では、固形物の粉砕加工と固形物の巻上げ作動とが大変に悪いと云う問題点があった。更に各種の汚泥等の有機物の種類による処理物に対する異なる発酵能力に対する槽内の調整については何等配慮されず無駄な処理時間を要すると云う問題点を有していた。
本発明は、従来の技術の有するこのような問題点に鑑みてなされたものであり、その主たる目的とする所は、二重処理槽には、外周筒と内周筒とによって熱源を送る空間部を設ける。また、二重処理槽の内部に設置する撹拌粉砕筒の外周全体に多数の切抜き穴を穿設し、且つ破砕筒の下部に下向に開放した長孔切抜き穴を設けた開口輪筒を形成し、処理槽内の温度を適宜一定に確保することによって各種の汚泥等の被処理物を早く能率よく短時間で混合撹拌処理することができる撹拌粉砕処理装置を提供するものである。In the present invention, the stirring and pulverizing apparatus described in the above-mentioned prior art can easily adjust the stirring and pulverization of the object to be processed and the adjustment of moisture and oxygen.
