Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a type of centrifugal fan fan blade unit. In particular, the present invention relates to a fan blade structure of a centrifugal fan used for a kind of heat dissipation.
Taiwan's semiconductor and IT industries have grown rapidly in recent years, and many products occupy a leading position in the world. Along with the development of science and technology, these products have developed along with the trend of high performance, high efficiency, high speed and compactness, and ICs are also becoming smaller. The miniaturization of this IC results in an increase in the heat generation density of electronic components, and the operation at high temperatures tends to destabilize electronic products, so how to properly remove heat is now a success or failure of product research and development. It is the key to divide
Until now, the amount of heat generated by computers has not been so large, so the demand for heat dissipation systems has not been so high. However, because current computers perform operations at very high speeds and have high functionality, a heat dissipating mechanism is usually installed inside for the purpose of effectively cooling the electronic components by discharging the heat generated by the electronic components outside the case. Install. In other words, the thermosyphon, the heat pipe, the heat sink, etc. help the heat dissipation of the electronic components and the entire system.
In this heat dissipating mechanism, a heat dissipating system in which a fan is combined with a heat dissipating piece is most widely accepted by general users in order to satisfy both economic efficiency and heat dissipating function.
In the structure, the fan blade wheel converts electrical energy into mechanical energy by the power unit, and the energy causes the gas to flow by the transmission of the blade, thereby increasing the convection coefficient in the space. The flow that takes advantage of this pressure change and speed increase can remove the heat energy directly from the heat dissipating piece and achieve the purpose of heat dissipating. However, the design of a fan is a very important research subject because it increases the amount of heat energy that can be dissipated in a limited space.
Generally, the fans that are most widely used for heat dissipation are classified into two types: axial fans and centrifugal fans. In the centrifugal fan, the flow direction of the gas is radial or perpendicular to the axis, and when the wing wheel rotates, the gas enters from the center of the wing wheel and gains energy by the centrifugal force action of the gas itself, The shape of the wings affects the overall performance of the fan as it flows radially along the piece. In general, the shape of the wing piece is divided into three types: a backward curve type, a radial direction type, and a front curve type. Since the centrifugal fan has a higher wind pressure, it is often used in systems with high resistance, but the air flow of the centrifugal fan is complex, so that after the fluid flows into the center of the wing wheel, the fluid moves in the radial direction according to the rotation of the wing wheel. become. In this way, the fluid causes circulation, reverse flow, and fluid separation in the wing wheel, complicating the flow path in the wing wheel.

It can install a plurality of first fan blades and second fans in the axial direction around the wheel squeeze to control the inflow pressure at different fluid inflow positions, thereby increasing the air intake and reducing noise .

As described above, the present invention installs a plurality of first fan blades and second fans in the axial direction around the wheel squeeze, and controls the inflow pressures at the inflow positions of different fluids to increase the amount of incoming air and reduce noise. Can be reduced.
As shown in FIGS. 6 and 7, the first optimum embodiment of the present invention includes a
