Description

The present invention relates to a panel mounting structure, and more particularly to a panel mounting structure in which a panel member can be easily attached to and detached from a mounting surface.

Conventionally, a soundproof room formed by connecting a plurality of panels to each other is known. A panel member having a sound absorbing function is attached to the indoor side of the wall forming the soundproof room, and good acoustic characteristics can be obtained by attaching and detaching the panel member according to the characteristics of the musical instrument or the acoustic device. ing. Here, the attachment of the panel member is performed through attachment means, and the attachment means is formed on a protruding portion made of a screw or the like provided so as to protrude from the wall surface and on the back side of the panel member. It is comprised by the hole which receives a protrusion part.

However, in the attachment means, when the panel member is removed, the protruding portion is exposed in a state of protruding from the wall surface, so that the leading end side of the protruding portion is caught by clothes or the like, or the protruding portion is inadvertently collided with the protruding portion. This has the disadvantage of damaging the protrusions and wall surfaces. In addition, if a large number of protrusions are provided so that the panel member can be attached to various positions on the wall surface, the above-described inconvenience becomes more apparent, and the appearance of the soundproof room is impaired. In addition, when an external force is applied to the panel member unintentionally in the mounted state of the panel member, the panel member may be lifted and the protruding part may come out of the hole, and the panel member may fall and be damaged.

[Object of invention]
The present invention has been devised by paying attention to such points, and its purpose is to prevent clothes from being caught on the mounting surface side, and to maintain a good appearance of the mounting surface. It is to provide a panel mounting structure.
Another object of the present invention is to provide a panel mounting structure capable of stably maintaining the mounting state of the panel member.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a panel mounting structure for detachably mounting a panel member to a predetermined mounting surface via mounting means.
The mounting means includes a protrusion provided on the back side of the panel member, and a receiving part that is provided on the mounting surface and receives the protruding part that receives the protruding part.

In the present invention, the attachment surface is formed by a plurality of wall panels, while the receiving portion is attached to a gap between adjacent wall panel ends and the adjacent wall panel across the gap. It is preferable to adopt a configuration that is formed by a fixing member that connects the two.

Further, the protruding portion is configured to include a hook portion that can be hooked from above the fixing member, and a stopper for restricting the upward movement of the panel member is detachably provided on the mounting surface. A configuration is also adopted.

Further, a protective member capable of compressive deformation is provided at a position adjacent to the protruding portion, and the amount of protrusion of the protective member from the back surface of the panel member is set larger than the amount of protrusion of the protruding portion from the back surface of the panel member. Good.

Moreover, the structure that the said protrusion part is provided in the horizontal direction substantially center part of a panel member is also employ | adopted preferably.

In the present specification and claims, unless otherwise specified, the “back” is used for the left side in FIG. 5, while the “front” is used for the opposite side.

According to the present invention, since the projecting portion is provided on the panel member and the receiving portion is provided on the mounting surface, it is possible to eliminate the member projecting from the mounting surface. As a result, it is possible to prevent clothes from being caught by a member protruding from the mounting surface as in the conventional example or damage due to collision, and usability can be improved.

Moreover, since a receiving part is formed by the clearance gap between adjacent wall panels and a fixing member, it becomes possible to attach a panel member to an existing wall panel connected with a fixing member without difficulty. In other words, not only is it unnecessary to change the appearance of the wall panel to attach the panel member, but it is possible to omit special processing to form the receiving part or separately prepare other members, It is possible to reduce work labor and cost burden.

Furthermore, since the protrusion is a hook and the stopper is provided on the mounting surface, not only can the panel member be easily mounted, but also the panel member can be prevented from being accidentally dropped off.

Moreover, when a protective member is provided at a position adjacent to the protruding portion, it is possible to avoid clothing or the like from being caught on the protruding portion when the panel member is removed. In addition, when the panel member is attached, the protective member is compressed and deformed, and the protruding portion is smoothly received in the receiving portion.

Furthermore, when the protrusion is provided at the substantially central portion in the horizontal direction of the panel member, the operation of allowing the receiving portion to be received by reducing the number of protrusions as much as possible while stabilizing the mounting state of the panel member. Can do.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a partial schematic perspective view of a wall body to which the mounting structure according to the embodiment is applied, and FIG. 2 shows an enlarged exploded view thereof. The wall body 10 includes a plurality of wall panels 11 oriented in the vertical direction, and connecting tools 12 that are connected to each other at three positions on the upper and lower sides of the adjacent wall panels 11 and 11. A plurality of panel members 14 are detachably attached to the front surface 11 </ b> A side of the wall panel 11 via attachment means 15.

As shown in FIG. 3, the wall panels 11 are erected in a state of being adjacent to each other so that the front surface 11 </ b> A constituting the mounting surface is located in the same plane, and the adjacent wall panels 11. , 11 are disposed between the end faces 11B, 11B with a gap S having a width of several millimeters. Two fillers 16 made of a foam or an elastic body are interposed in the gap S. Each panel member 11 is provided with a plurality of recesses 11 </ b> C for receiving the connector 12. Each recess 11C is formed by partially dropping the front surface 11A side along the end surface 11B of the panel member 11, and has a front shape corresponding to a fixing member described later.

The connector 12 is received in the recesses 11C and 11C located on both the left and right sides of the gap S, and a fixing member 17 positioned over the gap S, and two for attaching the fixing member 17 to the wall panel 11. The screw 18 and 18 of this book and the cover 19 received in each recessed part 11C and 11C and concealing the fixing member 17 and the screw 18 and 18 from the front side are comprised.

The fixing member 17 is formed of a plate-like body made of metal such as steel that can be magnetized, and is provided in an outer shape that is an oblong shape that is horizontally long when viewed from the front. A pair of holes 17A and 17A for inserting the screws 18 and 18 are formed in the surface of the fixing member 17, and the screws 18 and 18 inserted into the holes 17A and 17A are formed in the pilot holes 11D and 11C of the recesses 11C and 11C, respectively. It is designed to be screwed into 11D. The cover 19 is provided in a thin plate shape having an outer shape substantially the same as that of the fixing member 17 and is formed of a predetermined magnetic body that can be joined to the fixing member 17 by magnetic force. The thickness of the cover 19 and the fixing member 17 is set so that the surface of the cover 19 is substantially flush with the front surface 11A of the panel member 11 in a state where these are received in the recesses 11C and 11C.

As shown in FIGS. 2, 4 and 5, the panel member 14 includes a main body plate 21 having a vertically long rectangular shape, a frame body 22 provided on the back side of the main body plate 21, and a main body. A cross member 23 that covers the front and end surfaces of the plate 21 and the outside of the frame 22 is provided. The main body plate 21 is made of a known material that exhibits a sound absorbing effect on incident sound. The frame body 22 extends vertically by connecting the upper frame 22A and the lower frame 22B, a pair of side frames 22C and 22C that connect these left and right ends, and the horizontal center of the upper frame 22A and the lower frame 22B. It consists of an intermediate frame 22D. Spacers 25, 25 extending in the vertical direction are fixed to the back surfaces of the side frames 22C, 22C by adhesion or the like, and the spacers 25, 25 are made of the same material as the filler 16.

The attachment means 15 is formed by the protrusions 27 provided at two positions on the back side of the panel member 14, and the gap S and the fixing member 17 on the front surface 11 </ b> A of the wall panel 11. And a receiving portion 28 for receiving the.

As shown in FIG. 6, each of the protrusions 27 is formed in a substantially L shape in plan view by processing a single metal plate. Specifically, the wall surface 11 is connected to a support surface portion 31 attached to the back surface side of the frame body 22 via a screw 30 and one end side in the horizontal direction (the upper end side in FIG. 6) of the support surface portion 31. And a piece-like hook portion 32 protruding to the side. As shown in FIG. 5, the hook portion 32 includes a concave cutout portion 32 </ b> A that opens downward at the lower end portion, and the fixing member 17 and the cover 19 can be received and hooked in the cutout portion 32 </ b> A. Yes. The vertical position of each protrusion 27 is set to a position corresponding to the upper connector 12 of the wall panel 11 and the lower connector 12 (see FIG. 2). Further, the horizontal position of each protrusion 27 is set so that the hook portion 32 is positioned at the substantially central portion of the panel member 14 in the horizontal direction.

A rectangular parallelepiped protective member 34 that is compressible and deformable is provided at a position adjacent to the hook portion 32 and on the back side of the support surface portion 31. In the unloaded state, that is, in the state shown in FIG. 6, the protective member 34 is set such that the protrusion amount h1 from the back surface of the panel member 14 is larger than the protrusion amount h2 of the hook portion 32, It is difficult to touch carelessly.

Here, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6, a stopper 35 is provided on the upper side of the panel member 14. The stopper 35 is a front surface 11 </ b> A of the wall panel 11 and is screwed into a screw hole 37 formed slightly above the upper connector 12, and a panel member connected to the screw shaft 38. 14 is configured by a substantially cylindrical main body 39 located at an upper end of 14 with a slight gap therebetween. The stopper 35 is rotated and operated on the main body 39, so that the screw hole 37 and the screw shaft 38 are screwed together and released, whereby the stopper 35 can be attached to and detached from the wall panel 11.

In the above configuration, when attaching the panel member 14 to the wall panel 11, first, the panel member 14 is held, and the hook portion 32 is inserted into the clearance S above the receiving portion 28, that is, the connector 12 from the front surface 11 </ b> A side of the wall panel 11. To accept. Thereafter, the panel member 14 is moved downward, and the hook portion 32 is hooked from above the fixing member 17 as shown in FIG. At this time, the protection member 34 is sandwiched between the front surface 11A of the wall panel 11 and the back surface of the panel member 14 and is compressed and deformed, and exhibits elasticity to return to the initial shape, and the notch portion 32A is formed on the back surface of the fixing member 17. The shading of the thickness direction of the panel member 14 is controlled by pressing the forming edge. Thereafter, the stopper 35 is attached to the screw hole 37 of the wall panel 11. The stopper 35 restricts the upward movement of the panel member 14 and prevents the hook portion 32 and the fixing member 17 from being released unintentionally. In this state, each of the spacers 25, 25 comes to substantially contact the front surface 11A of the wall panel 11, and fluttering on both the left and right sides of the panel member 14 is prevented.

On the other hand, the removal of the panel member 14 may be performed in the reverse order of the mounting operation described above. That is, after the stopper 35 is rotated and removed from the wall panel 11, the panel member 14 is lifted to release the hook portion 32 and the fixing member 17, thereby removing the panel member 14.

Therefore, according to such an embodiment, not only can the panel member 14 be attached and detached without difficulty, but also the member protruding from the front surface 11A of the wall panel 11 when the panel member 14 is removed as shown in FIG. Can be eliminated. In addition, since the fixing member 17 that connects the adjacent wall panels 11 is engaged with the hook portion 32, the panel member 14 can be attached to the existing wall panel 11 using the fixing member 17 without performing processing or the like. Become.

For example, the receiving portion 28 may be capable of receiving the protruding portion 27 by forming a hole or a groove in the wall panel 11. However, if the receiving portion 28 is formed by the gap S and the fixing member 17 as described above, it is advantageous in that a special process can be omitted and the appearance of the front surface 11A of the wall panel 11 can be kept good.
The shape of the fixing member 17 can be variously changed. For example, the fixing member 17 may have a substantially rectangular shape or a substantially circular shape when viewed from the front.
The stopper 35 is detachably attached to the wall panel 11 through a screw structure, but may be attached or detached by a fitting structure or an engaging structure.
