前記シリンダの前記先端部方向に摺動する際も、手元方向に摺動する際も、その周側部を前記シリンダの内室の周側壁に密着させるように構成したピストンと、
前記吸気弁を備えた開口部と吸気対象とを接続する吸気用の管と、
前記排気弁を備えた開口部と排気対象とを接続する排気用の管と、
