Description

The present invention relates to a brittle material cutting jig for forming a band-shaped cutting portion at an edge portion of a brittle material panel such as an ALC panel used in the construction field.

ALC (autoclave foamed concrete) is lightweight and excellent in fire resistance, heat resistance and workability, and thus is formed into a panel and widely used in the construction field. In this case, when attaching the ALC panel to a steel building, it is bolted to a metal fitting attached to a ruler angle fixed to the steel beam of the building. Fixing with metal fittings and screws.
In this installation, flanges, ruler angles, bolts, etc. exist for steel buildings, and sashes, drainers, etc., exist as appendages for wooden buildings. It is necessary to bury it so that it does not protrude from. For this purpose, the peripheral part of the ALC panel is cut using a saw blade or the like.

However, with this conventional cutting method, skillful work is required to process the ALC panel with no missing part and high finishing accuracy, and workability is also poor.
In order to solve this problem, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. H10-228667, which will be described later, has a small notch that is embedded in a mounting angle fixed to a ruler angle so as not to protrude from the panel surface from the edge of the ALC panel to the inside of the panel. An ALC panel cutout planer that can be formed in a short time without requiring work is disclosed.

By the way, in the wooden house, the edge of the ALC panel arranged around the sash is cut into an L shape, and this ALC panel is attached around the sash. In this case, interference with the sash is performed. In order to prevent this, it is necessary to cut the edge of the ALC panel into a strip shape with a predetermined depth.
However, in the method described in Patent Document 1, a small notch can be formed from the edge of the ALC panel toward the inside of the panel, but since there is no guide means, the edge of the ALC panel is cut into a strip shape. It requires a high level of skill and is difficult for actual work. Furthermore, in order to cut the edge of the ALC panel whose edge has been cut into an L shape into a strip shape, the work of changing the contact direction of the jig must be performed in an unnatural posture. It can be said that it is almost impossible.

In addition, the trench tool for the brittle material disclosed in Patent Document 2 has the other end portion of the barrel having a grip portion formed at one end bent in a U-shape in the grip portion direction, and at the tip of the bent portion. This is a reference in which a blade is formed, a groove for electric wiring is formed in a brittle material, and a basic technique used in the present invention is disclosed.
JP-A-8-300309 Japanese Patent No. 3457678

The present invention has been made in order to solve the problems in the notch forming technique for the ALC panel as described above, and its purpose is the edge of a brittle material panel such as an ALC panel used in the construction field. Another object of the present invention is to provide a brittle material cutting jig that forms a strip-shaped cutting portion with high accuracy and good workability.

In order to achieve the above object, the first invention according to claim 1 is a brittleness in which a support is disposed on a surface of a brittle material panel so as to cut and form a band-shaped cutting portion at an edge of the brittle material panel. A material cutting jig, formed integrally with the support, and a first inclined surface to which the first cutting blade is fixed and a second inclined surface to which the second cutting blade is fixed in both longitudinal directions of the support. And an extending base, a fixing means for fixing the first cutting blade to the first inclined surface, and the second cutting blade to the second inclined surface, and the longitudinal direction of the support. And a stopper body that slides along a side surface of the brittle material panel during the cutting operation and sets an end position of the cutting. The distance between the end faces of the stopper body facing the tip of the cutting blade or the second cutting blade At least one of, and is characterized in that it is selected and set to more than the blade width of the first cutting edge and the second cutting edge.

In the first invention, the first inclined surface to which the first cutting blade is fixed and the second inclined surface to which the second cutting blade is fixed are extended and disposed in both longitudinal directions of the support, respectively. On the surface of the brittle material panel by the support in a state where the first cutting blade is fixed to the first inclined surface and the second cutting blade is fixed to the second inclined surface by the fixing means on the mounting base provided integrally. The end of the cutting is stably slid along the side surface of the brittle panel, with a stopper body that is stably disposed in contact with each other and further bent and extended at one side edge in the longitudinal direction of the support body. A high-quality strip-shaped cut portion is formed on the edge portion of the brittle material panel with the position of the portion set accurately.
In this case, since at least one of the distances between the end faces of the stopper body facing the tip of the first cutting blade or the second cutting blade is selected and set to be equal to or greater than the blade width of the first cutting blade and the second cutting blade, Is cut in one direction with respect to the brittle material panel cut in a substantially L shape in one direction, and then the first side surface that is substantially orthogonal to the first side surface of the brittle material panel. 2 by a simple operation of reciprocating cutting, without leaving a non-cutting portion that causes protrusion of the attachment attached to the building from the panel surface, a predetermined depth in the edge portion of the brittle material panel. The high-quality strip-shaped cutting portion is continuously formed by high-precision processing without processing cracks.

Similarly, in order to achieve the object, the invention according to claim 2 is the first invention, wherein the first cutting blade is fixed to the first inclined surface by the fixing means, and the second cutting blade is second. Position fixing means for changing the fixing position of the fixing means in accordance with the cutting depth of the strip-shaped cutting portion at the time of fixing to the inclined surface is further provided.

According to the second invention, in addition to the action in the first invention, the position of the first cutting blade is fixed to the first inclined surface by the fixing means and the second cutting blade is fixed to the second inclined surface. The setting of the cutting depth of the band-shaped cutting portion set according to the attachment attached to the building of the brittle material panel by the changing means is performed simultaneously with the fixing of the first cutting blade and the second cutting blade by the fixing means. Easy to do.

According to the first invention, the first inclined surface to which the first cutting blade is fixed and the second inclined surface to which the second cutting blade is fixed are extended and arranged in both longitudinal directions of the support, respectively. In the state in which the first cutting blade is fixed to the first inclined surface and the second cutting blade is fixed to the second inclined surface by the fixing means, the brittle material cutting jig is supported on the mounting base provided integrally with the support. The stopper body, which is pressed against the surface of the brittle material panel and can be stably placed in contact with each other, and further has one side edge portion in the longitudinal direction of the support body integrally bent and extended, is provided on the side surface of the brittle material panel. It is possible to set the end position of the cutting with high accuracy by sliding it along the edge of the high-quality band-shaped cutting part by high-precision processing without processing cracks at the edge of the brittle panel. It becomes possible to form.
2 by a simple operation of reciprocating cutting, without leaving a non-cutting portion that causes the attachment of the attachment to the building from the panel surface, leaving a predetermined depth at the edge of the brittle panel. The continuous high-quality strip-shaped cutting portion is cut and formed by high-precision machining without processing cracks, so that the protrusion of the attachment band from the panel surface can be completely prevented, and the design can be improved.

According to the second invention, in addition to the effects obtained in the first invention, when fixing the first cutting blade to the first inclined surface by the fixing means and fixing the second cutting blade to the second inclined surface, By setting the cutting depth of the band-shaped cutting portion according to the attachment attached to the building of the brittle material panel by the position changing means, by changing the fixing positions of the first cutting blade and the second cutting blade by the fixing means It can be done easily.

Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3 in which a band-shaped cutting portion is formed by cutting on an edge portion of an ALC panel used for a building wall.
FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing the configuration of the present embodiment, FIG. 2 is a front view in the direction of each coordinate axis showing the configuration of the present embodiment, and FIG. 3 is an explanatory view showing the cutting operation of the present embodiment.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2, the entire brittle material cutting jig 12 is supported on the ALC panel by being disposed in contact with the plate surface of the ALC panel to be cut. A support 1 made of an iron material and having a substantially E shape is provided, and a substantially arc-shaped blade mounting base 5 is welded and fixed to a plate surface between the notches 13a and 13b of the support 1.
As shown in FIG. 1, a blade mounting base 5 having inclined surfaces 16 a and 16 b formed at an inclination angle α with respect to the plate surface of the support 1 in both longitudinal directions is fixed to the support 1. In the embodiment, the inclination angle α of the inclined surfaces 16a and 16b is set to approximately 45 °. Also, one edge in the longitudinal direction of the plate surface of the support 1 is bent and extended at a right angle to the plate surface of the support 1 so as to slide against the side surface of the ALC panel during the cutting operation, and the end position of the cutting is determined. A stopper body 2 to be set is formed.

On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 2 (b), a long hole 15a having a predetermined adjustment length on the center line is provided on the cutting blades 3a and 3b having a blade width a attached to the inclined surfaces 16a and 16b of the blade mounting base 5, respectively. 15b are formed, and the cutting blades 3a and 3b are fixed at positions in the long holes 15a and 15b, respectively, and screwed by the screw 6a and the nut 14a at the selected fixed position, or the screw 6b and the nut. It is being fixed to the inclined surface 16a or the inclined surface 16b by the screwing by 14b, respectively. By the selection of this fixed position, the protruding length of the cutting blades 3a and 3b from the back surface of the support 1 is set in accordance with the cutting depth of the band-shaped cutting portion to be cut and formed.

In this case, in this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4A, the distance between the end faces of the stopper body 2 facing the tip of the cutting blade 3a is set by the position setting of the cutting blade 3a with respect to the inclined surface 16a. The distance between the end faces of the stopper body 2 which is set to the blade width a of the cutting blades a and b and faces the tip of the cutting blade 3b by setting the position of the cutting blade 3b with respect to the inclined surface 16b is the blade of the cutting blades a and b. The distance b is shorter than the width a (b <a).

Next, the cutting operation according to the present embodiment having such a configuration will be described in the case where an L-shaped band-shaped cutting portion is formed on a surface that interferes with an attachment attached when attaching a sash or the like to an ALC panel. I will explain.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3A, the ALC panel 7 whose edge is cut into an L-shape is the object of cutting, but during the cutting operation, as already described, the ALC panel 7 The cutting depth of the band-shaped cutting portion formed by cutting at the edge portion is set to 8 mm, for example, and by this setting, the distance between the end faces of the stopper body 2 facing the tip of the cutting blade 3a is set to the blade width a, and the cutting blade 3b The distance between the end faces of the stopper body 2 facing the tip is set to a distance b shorter than the blade width a.

As shown in FIG. 3B, the brittle material cutting jig 12 with the cutting depth set in this way is pressed against the edge of the ALC panel 7 and the support 1 is pressed against the plate surface of the ALC panel 7. The stopper body 2 is placed in a stable contact with the side surface of the ALC panel 7 and moved in the direction of arrow A while pressing the support body 1, so that the edge of the ALC panel 7 is set by the cutting blade 3 b. Now cut it.
As described above, since the distance between the end faces of the stopper body 2 facing the tip of the cutting blade 3b is set to a distance b shorter than the blade width a, by this cutting, the edge of the ALC panel 7 A band-shaped cutting portion 8a shown in FIG. 3C is formed.
This cutting operation stops at the position where the end surface of the stopper body 2 comes into contact with the side surface of the ALC panel 7 on which the stopper body 2 slides and the side surface of the ALC panel 7 orthogonal to the L-shaped bent portion. The end of 8a enters the inside of the ALC panel 7 by a minute distance b from the aforementioned orthogonal side surface.

Next, as shown in FIG. 3D, the brittle material cutting jig 12 is arranged on the edge of the ALC panel 7 perpendicular to the strip-shaped cutting portion 8a, and the brittle material cutting jig 12 is moved in the direction of arrow B. Thus, when the edge portion of the ALC panel 7 is cut with the cutting blade 3b, a strip-shaped cutting portion 8b is formed as shown in FIG. Since the non-cutting portion 10 remains on the cutting blade 3a side of the brittle material cutting jig 12 in the strip-shaped cutting portion 8b formed by this cutting, as shown in FIG. The tool 12 is moved in the direction of arrow C, and the edge of the ALC panel 7 is cut by the cutting blade 3a.
Since the distance between the end faces of the stopper body 2 facing the tip of the cutting blade 3a is set to the blade width a, in this cutting, the end face of the stopper body 2 facing the tip of the cutting blade 3a is connected to the strip-shaped cutting portion 8b. Cutting ends at a position where it contacts the side surface of the ALC panel 7 at a right angle, and strip-shaped cutting is performed at a position where the blade width a enters the inside of the ALC panel 7 from the side surface where the stopper body 2 contacts, continuously from the band-shaped cutting portion 8b. The end face of the part 8b is set.
In this way, according to the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3G, the processing cracks are left without leaving the non-cutting portion 10 on the edge portion of the ALC panel 7 whose edge is cut into an L shape. By the high-precision machining without any, a high-quality L-shaped strip-shaped cutting portion 8L continuous with a constant width is formed by a simple operation.

As described above, in the present embodiment, the support 1 is pressed against the panel surface at the edge of the ALC panel 7 whose edge is cut into an approximately L shape, and the stopper body 2 is stably attached to the side of the panel. The brittle material cutting jig 12 is stably placed on the surface of the ALC panel 7 in contact, and the jig is moved in the direction of arrow A while pressing the support 1 to cut the edge of the ALC panel 7. A strip-shaped cutting portion 8a is formed by the blade 3b. Next, after the jig is moved and arranged in the direction of the arrow B in the edge portion of the ALC panel 7 perpendicular to the belt-like cutting portion 8a, the belt-like cutting portion 8b is formed on the edge portion of the ALC panel 7 with the cutting blade 3b. By moving the jig in the direction opposite to the arrow B and cutting with the cutting blade 3a, the edge of the ALC panel 7 has a constant width without the non-cutting part 10 by high-precision machining without machining cracks. It becomes possible to form a continuous high-quality L-shaped strip-shaped cutting portion 8L.
Prior to this cutting operation, a fixing position is selected in the long holes 15a and 15b, and the cutting blades 3a and 3b are screwed into the screws 6a and 6b and the nuts 14a and 14b, respectively. It is possible to easily set the depth of the.
Thus, according to the present embodiment, when the ALC panel 7 is used for an outer wall of a building, various attachments such as various metal fittings, bolts, and screws used for mounting work are attached to the ALC panel 7. Protruding from the panel surface can be completely prevented and the design of the building can be improved.

The present invention is not limited to the embodiment described above and the configuration principle shown in FIG. 4A, but as shown in FIG. 4B, the stopper body facing the cutting blade 3b. It is also possible to set the distance between the end faces of 2 to be greater than the cutting edge width a of the cutting blades 3a, 3b, and the distance between the end faces of the stopper body 2 facing the cutting blade 3a to b <a, or as shown in FIG. As described above, any of the distances between the end faces of the stopper body 2 facing the cutting blades 3a and 3b can be set to be equal to or larger than the blade width a.

Further, the inclination angle α of the cutting blades 3a and 3b with respect to the plate surface of the support 1 is not limited to 45 ° in the above-described embodiment, and according to experiments by the inventors, the inclination angle α is 10 °. It is clear that a comfortable cutting can be performed by selecting within a range of ˜60 °, and the ALC panel to be cut is not limited to one having an L-shaped bent portion that intersects at a substantially right angle. It is possible to target an ALC panel cut into a refracting line that intersects at a predetermined angle.
Further, the cutting blades 3a and 3b are fixed to the inclined surfaces 16a and 16b by forming a mounting hole through the plate surface at a predetermined position of the inclined surfaces 16a and 16b. Several kinds of cutting blades 3a and 3b, which are welded to the back surface and have different lengths to the cutting edge, are prepared in advance, and the cutting blades 3a and 3b having a necessary length on the site are selected and the inclined surface 16a of the mounting base 5 is selected. , 16b can be screwed into the mounting hole position, and can be fixed without a position adjusting operation, so that the workability can be improved.
