Description

The present invention relates to a busbar support device for insulatingly supporting a main circuit busbar wired in a panel of a switchboard (closed switchboard).

As the bus support device described above, the conductors of the three-phase main circuit buses of the U, V, and W phases are individually supported by the insulator, and the insulators of each phase are supported by the insulator support base to the support frame in the panel. The thing of the attached structure is known (for example, refer patent document 1), and the conventional structure is shown in FIG. 3, FIG.
In the figure, 1 is a closed switchboard, 1a is a front door, 2 is a three-phase (U, V, W phase) main circuit bus wired to the upper part of the switchboard 1, and 2a is a board branched from each phase bus Feeder wired to the equipment inside, 3 is a support insulator for the bus 2, 4 is an insulator support base installed near the ceiling inside the board and fixed to the support frame on the board side, 5 is a fastening to fix the bus 2 to the insulator 3 It is a bolt.
Here, the bus bar 2 includes U, V, and W phase bus conductors arranged in parallel in the front-rear direction from the front of the switchboard 1, and each phase bus 2 is arranged in front and rear as shown in FIG. 4. The insulator support 4 is insulated and supported through the insulator 3.
JP-A-8-298706

In the bus support device having the above-described conventional configuration, the three insulators 3 corresponding to the buses 2 of the respective phases overlap in front and rear and are arranged in a line, and the fastening bolts 5 are fastened to the lower surface of the insulator 3 facing downward. .
For this reason, when a maintenance person who has entered the panel accesses the fastening bolt 6 that supports the bus 2 on the insulator 3 from the front (arrow P) during the maintenance inspection of the switchboard, As a result, it is difficult to visually inspect the fastening part of the bolt 5, and in particular, the phase buses wired on the back side in the panel are obstructed by the buses 2 of the other phases arranged in front of them and the conductors of the branch feeders 2 a. Therefore, there is a problem that it is difficult to retighten the bolt 5, and the user has requested a countermeasure for the improvement. Further, in the conventional structure, three insulators 3 are required at each support location to support the three-phase main circuit bus 2, so that the number of parts of the bus support device increases and the cost increases.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and in addition to improving the workability of maintenance and inspection performed in the panel, the busbar support of the switchboard improved in the structure of the busbar support member so that the number of parts used can be reduced. An object is to provide an apparatus.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, there is provided a bus support device for insulatingly supporting the buses of each phase of the main circuit wired in parallel in the front-rear direction from the front front side to the back in the upper part of the switchboard panel. The beam-shaped bus bar supporting member to be a resin molded product has a bus bar mounting base that is dispersed on the lower surface side and bolts the bus bar of each phase, and the bus bar mounting base has the bus bar mounting seat surface facing diagonally forward and downward. It is constructed to be installed on a support frame on the panel side via mounting seats formed at both front and rear ends of the support member.
Further, as an aspect of the above configuration, the bus bar supporting member is configured such that a hook-like interphase barrier is formed between bus bar mounting bases dispersedly formed on the lower surface side of a frame having an H-shaped cross section as a base. 2).

According to the above configuration, each phase bus of the three-phase main circuit can be collectively insulated and supported without using an insulator for one bus support member. Reduction can be achieved. In addition, when the bus support device is incorporated in the switchboard and the busbar is supported, all the bolt fastening locations of the bus are facing diagonally forward, so the bolt fastening locations of each phase can be easily visually checked from the front side of the switchboard. In addition to being able to confirm, even when entering the panel during maintenance inspection and tightening the fastening bolts of the busbars further, the front of the bolted fastening part of each phase bus lined up in the front and rear rows without being obstructed by the busbars and feeder conductors of other phases It can be easily accessed from and can be retightened.

DESCRIPTION OF THE PREFERRED EMBODIMENTS Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the examples shown in FIGS. In addition, in the figure of an Example, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the member corresponding to FIG. 4, and the description is abbreviate | omitted.
In the configuration of the illustrated embodiment, for example, the following bus bar mounting pedestals are dispersedly formed on the lower surface side of the bus bar supporting member 6 that is a molded product of epoxy resin, and the bus bars (U, V) of the three-phase main circuit are formed on this bus bar mounting base. , W phase) 2 are fixedly supported by fastening bolts 5 individually.
Here, the bus bar supporting member 6 has a frame 6a having an H-shaped cross section as a base, and a bus bar mounting base 6b corresponding to the bus bar 2 of each phase is integrally formed on the lower surface side of the frame 6a. In addition, a cage-like interphase barrier 6c is formed between the bus bar mounting bases 6b, and mounting seats 6d are formed at both front and rear ends of the frame 6a. The bus bar mounting base 6b has a hollow rectangular tube shape, the bus bar mounting seat surface 6b-1 is formed to face obliquely forward, and a bolt is inserted into the bus bar mounting seat surface with one end open. A hole is formed.

In order to fix and support the bus 2 of each phase on the bus support member 6, bolts are fastened to a support frame (not shown) in which mounting seats 6d provided at both front and rear ends of the bus support member 6 are installed in the panel of the switchboard. Then, the rectangular conductor of the bus 2 is superposed on the bus mounting seat surface 6b-1 facing obliquely forward for each bus mounting base 6b of the support member 6 and fixedly supported by the fastening bolt 5. In this bolt fastening operation, a rectangular screw seat plate 5a is fitted into the rectangular tube bus bar mounting base 6b, and the fastening bolt 5 inserted into the conductor of the bus bar 2 is inserted into the bolt insertion hole of the base 6b from the front. The screw seat plate 5a is inserted and fastened.
According to the above busbar support structure, the busbars 2 (three) for three phases can be collectively supported by one busbar support member 6, thereby reducing the number of parts compared to the conventional structure of FIG. 4. That's it. Further, in the support state of the bus bars, the creepage distance necessary for insulation between the bus bars can be secured by the bowl-shaped interphase barrier 6c. Further, in a wiring state in which the bus bar supporting member 6 is assembled to the upper part in the switchboard and the bus bar 2 is fixed to the bus bar mounting base 6b with the fastening bolts 5, all bolt fastening points of the respective phase buses 2 are diagonally forward. Therefore, it is possible to easily visually check the bolt fastening location of each phase from the front side of the switchboard, and even when entering the panel and tightening the fastening bolt 5 at the time of maintenance, the other bus 2 feeder Retightening can be performed by easily accessing the bolt fastening portions of the phase buses arranged in the front and rear rows from the front without being obstructed by the conductor 2a.

In the illustrated embodiment, the bus bar mounting base 6b is a rectangular square tube, but is not limited thereto, and may be, for example, a triangular protrusion.
