Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for regenerating an ink cartridge, and more particularly to a method for regenerating an ink cartridge having a first opening and a second opening in parallel with an ink supply port.
In recent years, ink cartridges are often used, and discarding them as they are is not preferable from a public standpoint such as resource saving and pollution occurrence, and it is desired to reuse them as much as possible.
However, for reuse, the used ink cartridge must be undamaged, and if the ink cartridge has a complicated structure, it takes time to clean it before filling with ink, If the method for manufacturing a new ink cartridge is followed as it is, the ink filling efficiency is poor, and the ink cartridge is not always reproducible at low cost.
The present invention breaks the above-mentioned conventional idea, that is, the conventional idea that the regeneration of the collection cartridge starts from cleaning first, and even if the cartridge has a complicated structure, the opening is rationally selected and used. It has succeeded in reproducing the recovery cartridge relatively easily.
The present invention has found that the ink can be easily filled into the ink storage chamber of the ink cartridge by selecting the first opening or the second opening and using it for ink injection, and solves the above problems. . This choice of opening is nothing but surprising. This is because a new article uses both the first opening and the second opening, but the present invention relates to the production of a recycled product, but only one of them can be used as an ink injection port. . In addition, it seems that the direction which selected the 1st opening part as an ink injection opening will achieve the fluid fullness of the ink to an internal chamber in a short time. In addition, since the first opening is smaller in diameter than the second opening, there is an advantage that the insertion portion of the ink injection needle can be made small. There is an advantage that workability is good.

If the present invention is described in more detail,
The invention of claim 1 has a substantially rectangular planar container body that opens to one side, and a container lid that seals the opening of the container object, and an ink flow path system and an air flow path system therein. The ink supply port that can be connected to the ink supply core of the recording head, and the first opening and the second opening parallel to the side of the ink supply port are provided at the lower part of the container body. The first opening is in communication with the first ink storage chamber, the second opening is in communication with the first ink storage chamber and the ink end chamber, and a locking member is provided on the upper side of the container body. Furthermore, when injecting and regenerating ink to a used ink cartridge in which a label for identifying the cartridge is attached to the top surface of the container body and a label covering the air groove is attached to the back surface,
Set the ink supply port of the container body upward or downward, and select either the first opening or the second opening from among the sealed openings for ink injection. After removing the stopper, the hole is cleaned with a drill and then cleaned, and the ink is injected from the opening selected for ink injection while removing the remaining ink and air from the ink supply port, and then the ink is injected. The opening selected for injection is sealed with a sealing means, and then the silicone rubber plug is loaded into the opening selected for ink injection with a stopper pressing jig, and then sealed. A method for reclaiming a cartridge, characterized in that a fusion film is placed on a selected opening and heat-sealed and sealed.
The invention according to
According to the invention of claim 3, a plurality of used ink cartridges are mounted on the support in parallel, and each of the above steps is performed continuously, and the opening selected for ink injection is sealed with sealing means after ink injection. After stopping, the surface of the opening selected for ink injection provided in the container body of a plurality of ink cartridges arranged in parallel is adhered in common with a tape-like fusion film, and then each ink 3. The invention of
Of course, the air groove portion of the cartridge remains sealed, and when ink is injected, vacuum suction is performed from the ink supply port. Of course, the sealing means for sealing the opening selected for ink injection may be sealed with a hot melt adhesive instead of silicone rubber or fluororubber.
The ink cartridge reclaiming method of the present invention is a perfect circle for the 7th ink in the ink required by selecting the first opening or the second opening sealed as the ink injection port when the used ink cartridge is manufactured. This is a method of injecting ink while sucking the remaining ink and air from the ink supply port, even if the remaining ink is present in the container of the ink cartridge. Ink can be easily filled regardless of the viscosity and fluidity of the ink, and the recycled product can be used for printing just like a new product. This has the effect of preventing problems such as unification. In addition, in order to increase the overall work efficiency required for regeneration, a cartridge that is similar to a new cartridge is incorporated by incorporating various efficient work processes such as mounting a plurality of ink cartridges in parallel to the support frame and enabling work without rattling. Has been achieved. It should be noted that the work related to ink injection is essential to obtain a product that can be removed by cotton swabs, air blowing, or suction with great care so that dust does not enter the container.
In addition, although the opening part utilized for ink injection | pouring is sealed, the operation | work with a simple stopper and a holding tool can achieve the stable stable efficiently, and the support tool in a process is as described in Claim 3. By fitting the legs into the locking holes, there is an advantage that the work without wobbling can be performed, and the adhesive tape attaching work can be efficiently performed as described in

However, in the present invention, it was a remanufactured product, and both the first opening and the second opening were normally sealed, and it was found that it was sufficient to use either one for ink injection. In particular, the first opening has a smaller diameter than the second opening, and as a result of careful examination of the flow of ink into the interior, the first opening is evacuated from the ink supply port, and a predetermined amount is obtained from the first opening. It has been found that if ink is injected, sufficient ink is filled in a predetermined ink chamber.
The present invention is implemented as follows. That is, as shown in the perspective view of FIG. 5, the number of the container
Before that, the cartridge itself is inspected for breakage, scratches, ink leakage, etc., and only the reproduction compatible product is selected, and two maker logo marks formed with irregularities in the vicinity of the chip portion are erased. And check the film peeling well.
Next, the seals on the surfaces of the first opening and the second opening are peeled off. Since the
