Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an exhaust heat recovery device that recovers exhaust heat by exchanging heat between an exhaust gas of, for example, an automobile and a coolant.
By the way, when the heat of the exhaust gas passing through the heat exchanger is recovered and the exhaust gas is cooled, a large amount of condensed water is generated in the heat exchanger. If such condensed water is discharged from the heat exchanger and discharged from the junction to the exhaust pipe to the exhaust pipe, it causes damage to the switching valve and the exhaust purification catalyst device. However, in the above-described conventional technology, no consideration is given to the condensed water generated with the recovery of exhaust heat.
In consideration of the above facts, the present invention provides an exhaust that can prevent condensed water flowing into the exhaust pipe from the outlet of the heat exchanger via the junction part from contacting the flow path switching device in the exhaust pipe. The purpose is to obtain a heat recovery device.
The exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to the first aspect of the present invention is an exhaust pipe for discharging exhaust gas, an introduction path branched from the exhaust pipe, and a position downstream of the branch portion of the introduction path in the exhaust pipe. A heat exchanger for recovering heat from the exhaust gas, and the branch section in the exhaust pipe or between the branch section and the merge section. , A flow path switching device that switches a flow path of the exhaust gas in the branching section, and a liquid that can be stored between the flow path switching apparatus in the exhaust pipe or the exhaust gas outlet of the heat exchanger and the merging section A liquid storage section provided.
In the exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to the first aspect, the exhaust gas passes through the exhaust pipe and is discharged to the outside when the flow path switching device guides the exhaust gas to the exhaust pipe. In the state where the flow path switching device guides the exhaust gas to heat exchange, the exhaust gas passes through the branch part, the introduction path, the heat exchanger, and the lead-out path, and joins the exhaust pipe from the junction located downstream from the branch part in the exhaust pipe. Then discharged. Moisture is condensed from the exhaust gas cooled along with heat recovery by the heat exchanger to produce condensed water.
Here, since the liquid storage part is provided between the exhaust gas outlet and the merging part in the flow path switching device or the heat exchanger, the condensed water can be stored in the liquid storage part. Thereby, it is possible to prevent the condensed water from flowing upstream from the flow path switching device.
As described above, in the exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to the first aspect, the condensed water can be prevented from flowing from the joining portion of the heat exchanger outlet side and the exhaust pipe to the upstream side of the exhaust pipe. The condensed water stored in the liquid storage part is discharged downstream, that is, outside by the exhaust gas when the exhaust gas flow rate is increased, for example. Further, for example, the introduction path or the lead-out path may be constituted by a pipe or the like independent of the heat exchanger, or may be constituted as a part of the heat exchanger.
An exhaust heat recovery device according to a second aspect of the present invention is an exhaust pipe for discharging exhaust gas, an introduction path branched from the exhaust pipe, and a position downstream of the branch portion of the introduction path in the exhaust pipe. A heat exchanger for recovering heat from the exhaust gas, and the branch section in the exhaust pipe or between the branch section and the merge section. A flow path switching device for switching the flow path of the exhaust gas in the branching section, and the flow path switching apparatus in the exhaust pipe or the exhaust gas outlet of the heat exchanger and the merging section for storing liquid And a liquid storage part formed so as to be capable of absorbing a difference in thermal expansion between the exhaust pipe and the heat exchanger.
In the exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to the second aspect, the exhaust gas passes through the exhaust pipe and is discharged to the outside when the flow path switching device guides the exhaust gas to the exhaust pipe.
In addition, the exhaust pipe (between the branching section and the joining section) and the heat exchanger are such that one of the exhaust gas flows and becomes hot, and the amount of thermal expansion is larger than the other. Absorbed. In particular, the liquid storage part that comes into contact with the condensed water has a structure that can absorb the difference in thermal expansion, so the thermal stress due to the temperature difference between the gas contact part and the liquid contact part in the liquid storage part is alleviated, and the durability of the liquid storage part Improves.
As described above, in the exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to the second aspect, the condensed water can be prevented from flowing from the junction of the heat exchanger outlet side and the exhaust pipe to the upstream side of the exhaust pipe.
An exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to a third aspect of the present invention is the exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to the first or second aspect, wherein the lead-out path has a groove formed along the circumferential direction on the inner peripheral surface. A bellows-like tube constituting at least a part of the liquid portion is included.
The exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to claim 3, wherein a heat exchanger is provided in a substantially annular groove portion formed on an inner surface of a bellows-like tube located between an exhaust gas outlet of the heat exchanger and a lead-out path (merging portion). The condensed water produced by cooling the exhaust gas and discharged from the heat exchanger can be stored. In addition, a vibration system having a bellows tube as an elastic element and a heat exchanger as a mass element is configured, and this vibration system can function as a dynamic vibration absorber for the exhaust pipe. In this case, it is desirable that the introduction tube also includes a bellows tube.
In the bellows-like tube of the present invention, in addition to the bellows-like tube in which a plurality of tubular grooves are formed along the axial direction on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces, for example, one or more spiral grooves are formed on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces. Spiral tubes are included.
An exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to the third aspect, wherein the bellows-like tube is disposed horizontally.
In the exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to claim 4, the horizontally arranged bellows-like tube tends to bend downward due to its own weight, the mass of the heat exchanger, etc., but when the condensed water is stored in the lower part, the lower part is Since it is cooled by the condensed water and contracts, the downward deflection is suppressed. For this reason, in the configuration in which the outlet pipe supports (a part of) the mass of the heat exchanger, the posture (arrangement) of the heat exchanger is maintained, and the heat exchanger is displaced downward so that the inside of the heat exchanger It is possible to prevent the condensed water from being easily discharged.
An exhaust heat recovery device according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the exhaust heat recovery device according to the third or fourth aspect, wherein the flow path is continuously upstream from the upstream side to the downstream side of the bellows-like tube. A tapered channel for reducing the cross-sectional area was provided.
In the exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to the fifth aspect, the flow rate of the exhaust gas that has passed through the tapered flow path increases, so that the condensed water stored in the groove inside the bellows-like tube is promoted. This taper flow path is provided, for example, upstream of the bellows-like pipe in the exhaust outlet part of the heat exchanger or the outlet path.
An exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to a sixth aspect of the present invention is the exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein the exhaust pipe is connected to an exhaust portion of the engine and Exhaust gas is discharged outside the vehicle, and the liquid storage is based on information corresponding to the fact that the exhaust gas of the engine is led to the heat exchanger and information corresponding to the rotational speed of the engine When it is determined whether or not the liquid stored in the liquid storage unit needs to be discharged, an operation signal is output to the liquid discharging unit for discharging the liquid stored in the liquid storage unit when it is determined that the liquid discharging unit needs to be operated. And a control device.
In the exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to claim 6, for example, when a signal corresponding to the fact that the exhaust gas of the engine is led to the heat exchanger is input, the control device generates condensed water in the liquid storage unit. It is determined that the condition for storage is satisfied, and it is determined whether or not it is a condition that condensate is easily discharged based on a signal (time change thereof) corresponding to the engine speed. When the engine speed is low, the amount of exhaust gas is small and the flow rate is low, so that condensed water is less likely to be discharged than when the engine speed is high. Therefore, the control device, for example, when the heat of the exhaust gas is recovered and the state where the engine speed is low continues for a predetermined time, or when the estimated amount of condensed water is stored in the liquid storage part. The operation signal for operating the liquid discharging means is output. As the liquid discharging means, a means for increasing the engine speed can be used.
As described above, the exhaust heat recovery apparatus according to the present invention prevents the condensed water flowing into the exhaust pipe from the outlet of the heat exchanger via the junction part from contacting the flow path switching device in the exhaust pipe. be able to.
An exhaust
FIG. 1 is a schematic plan view showing a schematic overall configuration of the exhaust
An
The exhaust
In addition, one end of a
Further, a flow
The
The exhaust heat
Therefore, in the exhaust
(Structure of liquid storage part)
As shown in the side sectional view of FIG. 2, the exhaust
Specifically, the
Similar to the
Further, the
A part or all of the
(Control of engine ECU)
As shown in FIG. 1, the
Various types of vehicle information are input to the
Further, the
Next, the operation of the first embodiment will be described.

The condensed water generated in the exhaust heat
On the other hand, the operation of the
In step S16, it is determined whether exhaust heat recovery has not been completed. If it is determined that the exhaust heat recovery has been completed, the storage of new condensed water thereafter is prevented, and the process returns to step S10. If it is determined that the exhaust heat recovery has not ended, the process proceeds to step S18 to determine whether or not the elapsed time T from the timer start is equal to or longer than the set time Ts. If it is determined that the set time has not elapsed since the timer start, the process returns to step S14, and the setting is performed unless it is determined in step S14 that the idling state has been canceled or exhaust heat recovery has been completed in step S16. Steps S14 to S18 are repeated until the time Ts has elapsed.
If it is determined in step S18 that the set time has elapsed since the timer start, in other words, if it is determined that exhaust heat recovery in the idling state of the
As a result, the amount of exhaust gas passing through the
Here, since the
Thus, in the exhaust
Further, here, when the
In the first embodiment, the example in which the
Next, another embodiment of the present invention will be described. Parts and portions that are basically the same as those of the first embodiment or the previous embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals as those of the first embodiment or the previous embodiment, and are described or illustrated. May be omitted.
The principal part of the exhaust
The
Therefore, the exhaust
Furthermore, when condensed water is stored in the
FIG. 5 is a plan view showing a part of the exhaust
In the exhaust
In this embodiment, the
As shown in FIG. 6, the lower portion of the plurality of annular grooves formed on the inner peripheral surface side of the
Therefore, even with the exhaust
Moreover, since the
Furthermore, in the exhaust
Further, in the exhaust
Further, in the exhaust
