Description

The present invention relates to a drain attachment for draining condensed water generated on a glass surface of a door body such as a window of a building.

As a condensed water discharge component for discharging condensed water generated and flowing down on the glass surface on the indoor side of the window, there is one disclosed in Patent Document 1.
This condensed water discharge part is press-fitted between the glass surface of the window and the glass bead that is in contact with it. A discharge path main body having a shape, and a thin-walled outer bent piece which is disposed at the upper end of the discharge path main body and forms a contact stopper with respect to the upper surface of the glass bead.
Japanese Patent No. 2548673

The dimensions of the dew condensation water discharge part are such that the length of the discharge channel body is approximately 1.8 centimeters, and one side of the V shape is 2 millimeters. By press-fitting, it is a retrofit independent part that forms a drain hole.

However, the following problems can be pointed out in this condensed water discharge component.
First, it is difficult to press a condensed water discharge component between a window glass surface and a glass bead with only the power of a human hand, so a jig for press fitting such as a hammer is required. Because the parts are too small, there is a risk of damaging the glass surface due to press fitting failure.
Secondly, since it is premised that the condensed water flows down to the contact stopper, it is effective if the contact stopper must be higher than the glass bead due to the configuration of the glass bead. That may not be demonstrated,
Third, it is a retrofitted independent part, and it is difficult to attach it in advance when loading the window glass into the window jar.
Therefore, the present invention has been completed in order to solve these problems, and it is possible to press-fit between the glass surface and the glass bead only with the power of a human hand, and a jig for press-fitting is provided. It is possible to reduce the possibility of damaging the glass surface when used, and the drainage attachment for condensed water is effective regardless of the configuration of the glass bead, and can be attached not only retrofitted. The purpose is to provide.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention is a drainage attachment that is attached between a glass bead that holds glass loaded in a door and the glass, and that discharges condensed water generated on the glass surface. The drainage attachment is formed in a long shape, and a drainage groove for guiding condensed water or the like downward is provided at a predetermined location, and an insertion piece portion inserted between the glass bead and the glass, and the insertion piece And an abutting piece that extends substantially vertically from the inclined piece and abuts against the heel side of the door. (Invention of Claim 1).

In the above invention, the door is typically a glass shoji placed in the opening of the building, but is not limited to this, and the type of the glass shoji is also a sliding door type, an open door type, a fitting kill. Includes all sorts of things such as formulas.
The glass is typically a multi-layer glass, but is not limited to this and may be a single-layer glass.
The glass bead only needs to hold glass, such as a glazing channel or a gasket.
The inclined piece portion is inclined upward from the insertion piece portion, but may extend substantially horizontally from the upper end of the insertion piece portion, and avoid the accumulation of condensed water or the like. Any configuration can be used.

In the above invention, the long width of the drainage attachment is substantially the same length as the glass surface facing from the upper end of the lower gutter (the invention according to claim 2), and the drainage groove has an insertion piece portion. The lower groove port formed in the surface closely contacting the glass bead and formed in the lower portion of the drainage groove may be wedge-shaped toward the surface closely contacting the glass bead (the invention according to claim 3). .

Since the drainage attachment of the present invention has a long shape, it is easy to press-fit between the glass surface and the glass bead, and when the jig for press-fitting is used, breakage of the glass surface can be prevented.
Moreover, since it is a long thing, a drainage attachment can also be preceded through a glass bead at the time of glass loading not only retrofitting.
Furthermore, since the inclined piece portion is located above the glass bead, the drainage effect is exhibited regardless of the configuration of the glass bead.

An embodiment of drainage attachment according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1A is a perspective view of a window to which a drainage attachment according to the embodiment is attached, FIG. 1B is a cross-sectional view of the main part of the blowing portion of FIG. 1A, FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the drainage attachment, FIGS. 3A and 3B are a plan view and a side view of the drainage attachment, and FIGS. 4 to 10 are modified views of the drainage attachment, respectively.
In each of these drawings and each of the drawings to be described later, the same components are denoted by the same reference numerals, and redundant description is omitted.

The drainage attachment 1 according to the embodiment is attached between a glass bead 22 for holding a glass 20 loaded on the lower arm 20 of the window 2, for example, a double-glazed glass 21 and a glass surface 23 of the double-glazed glass 21. As shown in the above, the insertion piece 10 in which the drainage groove 11 for condensed water or the like is provided at a predetermined location, the inclined piece 12 for allowing the condensed water or the like to flow toward the insertion piece 10, and the inclination The contact piece 13 extends substantially vertically from the piece 12, and is formed from a contact piece 13 that comes into contact with a cocoon component member 200 such as natural wood on the heel side of the window 2.

The said insertion piece part 10 is a thin plate-shaped thing which guides the drainage groove | channel 11 to the part with which the glass bead 22 and the glass surface 23 are closely_contact | adhered by press-fitting between the glass bead 22 and the glass surface 23. FIG. The glass adhesion surface 100 adhered to the glass surface 23 and the glass bead adhesion surface 101 adhered to the glass bead 22 are provided.
The drainage attach 1 itself is formed in a long shape as will be described later, and the insertion piece 10 is also formed in a long shape, but it may be formed only around the drainage groove 11, and the form of the formation Is optional.
The maximum height of the insertion piece 10 may be approximately equal to the height of the side surface of the glass bead 22, but the height is also arbitrary.

The drainage groove 11 drops condensed water or the like toward the lower side of the lower rod 20, and includes a groove part 110 formed at a predetermined position along the height direction of the insertion piece part 10, and the groove part 110. The upper groove 111 is an upper part and a lower groove 112 is provided at the lower part of the groove 110 (see FIG. 2).
The groove 110 has a substantially V-shaped cross section in the lateral direction, and an acute-angle groove 110a is formed on the glass bead adhesion surface 101 side. Since the periphery of the acute-angle groove 110a is the glass contact surface 100 and the glass bead contact surface 101, the airtightness of the lower eyelid 20 of the window 2 is ensured.
In addition, the cross-sectional shape of the groove part 110 in the horizontal direction is not limited to the V shape, and may be a semicircular shape.

The upper groove port 111 is configured to be eaten into the inclined piece portion 12 by the substantially V-shaped acute-angle groove 110a of the groove portion 110, so that condensed water or the like can easily flow in.

The lower groove 112 is cut in the middle of the acute-angle groove 110a of the groove 110 as shown in FIG. 3B, while the substantially V-shaped opening continues to the substantially lower end 102 of the insertion piece 10. Is formed.
Therefore, the side surface shape of the lower groove port 112 is wedge-shaped toward the glass bead adhesion surface 101 to form a drain, and the insertion piece 10 can be easily press-fitted between the glass bead 22 and the glass surface 23. It has become.
The number and the formation positions of the drain grooves 11 configured as described above may be any numbers and formation positions that can efficiently drain condensed water or the like.

The inclined piece portion 12 includes an extending portion 120 that extends obliquely upward from the upper end 103 of the insertion piece portion 10 (in an obtuse shape with respect to the insertion piece portion 10), and the upper groove opening at the lower end 121 thereof. 111 is facing.
The extending portion 120 introduces dew condensation water or the like into the upper groove 111, and has a range in which pressure input can be applied when the insertion piece 10 is press-fitted between the glass bead 22 and the glass surface 23. It also has a role of enlarging and transmitting the pressure input evenly to the plug-in piece portion, making the plug-in piece portion 10 easy to press-fit.
In addition, since the extending portion 120 is formed in an obtuse angle with respect to the insertion piece portion 10 and is positioned above the glass bead 22, the dew condensation water or the like is supplied to the upper groove port 111 regardless of the configuration of the glass bead 22. Can flow down.

The contact piece 13 has a predetermined height 130 that rises substantially vertically from the upper end 122 of the extending portion 120 and a predetermined height that falls substantially vertically from the upper end 122 of the extending portion 120. A standing part 131 is provided.
When the insertion piece 10 is press-fitted between the glass bead 22 and the glass surface 23, the upper end 130 a has a height dimension that substantially matches the upper end of the eaves component 200 of the lower eaves 20. It has become.
On the other hand, when the insertion piece 10 is press-fitted between the glass bead 22 and the glass surface 23, the lower end 131a of the upright portion 131 is in contact with the upper surface of the bag component material 201 such as a packing material. It is supposed to let you.
Since the contact piece 13 configured in this manner slides while being in contact with the heel component 200, it is also a guide when the insertion piece 10 is press-fitted between the glass bead 22 and the glass surface 23. Become.

The length of the drainage attach 1 in the longitudinal direction is arbitrary, for example, it may be substantially coincident with the length of the glass surface (glass splitting dimension) facing upward from the lower eyelid 20 of the window 2. You may arrange | position only in the center part of the collar 20, and you may make it a piece-shaped dimension so that it may divide into the left side of the lower collar 20, the center, and the right side.
The material of the drain attachment 1 is a metal such as stainless steel, but may be other synthetic resins.

As the glass bead 22, a glazing channel that wraps around the circumference of the glass is used, and a drain hole 220 is formed on the bottom surface.
Therefore, the dew condensation water generated and flowing down on the glass surface 23 flows into the upper groove port 111 of the drainage groove 11 from the inclined piece portion 12 of the drainage attachment 1 as shown in FIG. From the hole 220 of the glass bead 22 to the outdoor side through the hole 202 of the lower rod 20.
In addition, although the both ends of the free end of the said glass bead 22 are each formed in the left-right substantially symmetrical, each free end of the glass bead 22 may be left-right asymmetric.

Next, the attachment method of the drainage attachment 1 comprised as mentioned above is demonstrated.
In order to attach the drainage attachment 1 to the existing window 2, the lower end 102 of the insertion piece 10 is pressed against the boundary between the glass bead 22 and the glass surface 23 and press-fitted through a tree or the like. It is also possible to press-fit by directly applying hand force to the inclined piece 12 directly.
Further, in order to precede the drainage attachment 1, the drainage attachment 1 may be set together with the glass beads 22 when the multi-layer glass 21 is loaded into the window 2 window.

As described above, according to the drainage attachment 1, the drainage attachment is sized so that it can be easily attached to the lower eyelid 20 of the window 2. The glass surface 23 and the glass bead 22 in contact with the glass surface 23 are press-fitted only by the power of a human hand. Can reduce the risk of damaging the glass surface 23 even using a press-fitting jig, and can drain the condensed water without causing problems with the position and configuration of the glass beads 22. In the method, there is an advantage that it can be set not only in retrofitting but also in manufacturing a window.

Next, a modified example of the drain attachment 1 will be described.
The modification shown in FIGS. 4-10 changes the structure of the said inclination piece part 12 and the contact piece part 13 corresponding to the shape and attachment position of the collar component 200 of the lower collar 2 of the window 2. Yes.
In the drain attachment 1A and the drain attachment 1B shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the upright portion 130 and the upright portion 131 are positioned at the stepped portion 203 of the dredging component 200.

In the drain attachment 1C shown in FIG. 6, the lower end of the standing part 131 is in direct contact with the glass bead 22.
Further, in the drainage attachment 1D shown in FIG. 7, the contact piece 13 is in direct contact with the lower heel 20 on the heel side when the heel component 200 is not attached.

Further, in the drainage attach 1E shown in FIG. 8, only the upright portion 131 is provided without providing the upright portion of the contact piece portion 13, and the upright portion 131 is brought into contact with the eaves component 200.
Further, in the drainage attachment 1F shown in FIG. 9, with respect to the abutting piece portion 13, only the upright portion 130 is provided without providing the upright portion, and the upright portion 130 is brought into contact with the eaves component 200.
