Description

The present invention relates to a composite container, and more particularly to a composite container in which an inner container and an outer container are combined.

Simple containers are widely used as convenient containers for drinking various beverages. A simple container is generally formed of paper or synthetic resin, and is a container having a substantially cup shape. A soft drink or beer is poured into such a container for drinking.

The disadvantage of such a simple container is that the temperature of the beverage inside rises when the ambient temperature is high. That is, when injecting a soft drink or beer and drinking it slowly, the temperature of the drink inside will rise later.

In general, soft drinks get worse when the temperature rises. In the case of beer, the state of 6 ° C. is the most preferable temperature, and if it is higher than that temperature, there is a problem that the taste of beer is lowered.

The subject of this invention is providing the composite container which prevented the temperature of the inside drink from rising, even if atmospheric temperature is high.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a composite container which prevents the beverage from becoming worse due to an increase in the internal temperature due to the ambient temperature.

Another object of the present invention is to provide a composite container that can be maintained at a temperature for obtaining an optimum flavor for a relatively long time when beer is injected.

The above-described problems and other problems of the present invention will be clarified by the technical idea of the present invention and the embodiments thereof described below.

The main invention of the present application is an inner container into which a beverage is placed,
An outer container combined with the outer side of the inner container and forming a predetermined space with the outer peripheral surface of the barrel of the inner container;
A lid fitted to close an upper opening of the inner container and the outer container;
It is related with the composite container characterized by drinking an internal drink through the spout formed by fracture | rupturing a part of said cover body.

Here, a pair of concentric fitting portions are formed inside the lid, the peripheral edge of the inner container opening is fitted to the central fitting portion, and the outer container opening is fitted to the outer fitting portion. The peripheral edge portion may be fitted. In addition, a lid piece having a knob is integrally connected to the main surface of the lid body through a thin-cutting guide part, and when the cutting guide part is broken, the lid piece becomes a part lacking the cutting guide part. The hinge may be opened and closed by a formed hinge. Further, a concave portion is formed on the main surface of the lid so that the hinge becomes a side end, the cutting guide portion is broken to open the lid, and the lid piece is rotated about the hinge. While pushing in into the said recessed part, you may latch the said cover piece with the latching | locking part formed in this recessed part. Moreover, the convex part formed in the inner peripheral surface of the lower end of the trunk | drum of the said outer container may be unevenly fitted with respect to the recessed part formed in the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the trunk | drum of the said inner container. Also, the beverage entering the inside may be beer.

Another main invention of the present application is an inner container into which a beverage is placed,
An outer container combined with the outer side of the inner container and forming a predetermined space with the outer peripheral surface of the barrel of the inner container;
An inner lid fitted to close the upper opening of the inner container;
An outer lid fitted over the inner lid to close the upper opening of the outer container;
It is related with the composite container characterized by drinking an internal drink through the spout formed in the said inner lid.

Here, the spout of the inner lid may be a cross-shaped cut. The outer lid may have a dome shape, and the inner lid fitted to the inner container may be pressed from above.

The main invention of the present application consists of an inner container into which a beverage is placed, an outer container combined with the outer side of the inner container and forming a predetermined space between the outer peripheral surface of the inner container body, and an inner container. A lid that is fitted to close the upper opening of the outer container, and drinks the beverage inside through a spout formed by breaking a part of the lid.

Therefore, according to such a composite container, heat insulation is given to this container by the space formed between the outer container and the outer container, and the temperature of the beverage and the atmosphere temperature inside Even if there is a difference between them, heat transfer is less likely to occur. Therefore, when a cold beverage is poured in, the internal temperature hardly rises even when the ambient temperature is high, and the beverage can be maintained in a delicious state for a relatively long time.

Another main invention of the present application is an inner container that contains a beverage therein, an outer container that is combined with the outer side of the inner container and forms a predetermined space between the outer peripheral surface of the inner container body, An inner lid fitted to close the upper opening of the container, and an outer lid fitted to cover the inner lid and close the upper opening of the outer container, through a spout formed in the inner lid It is intended to drink internal beverages.

Therefore, according to such a composite container, heat insulation is imparted to the composite container by the space formed between the inner container and the outer container, and the temperature of the beverage contained therein hardly changes. In addition, a drink is drunk through the spout of the inner cover of an inner container, or removes the cover body of an inner container, and drinks it.

FIGS. 1 to 3 show an almost entire configuration of the composite container according to the first embodiment of the present invention. This container includes an inner container 11 and an outer container 12. The inner container 11 is formed in a substantially cup shape by, for example, polystyrene, and the upper end is opened by the upper opening 13. The outer container 12 is formed in a substantially cup shape by, for example, polyethylene terephthalate, and the upper end is opened by the upper opening 14.

As shown in FIG. 3, the pair of containers 11 and 12 are combined with each other in a state where a space 15 is formed between their barrels. That is, the inner container 11 and the outer container 12 are concavo-convexly fitted to each other at their lower ends. As shown in FIG. 4, an arc-shaped recess 17 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the lower end of the barrel of the inner container 11, and an arc-shaped convex portion 18 is formed on the inner peripheral surface of the lower end of the barrel of the outer container 12, The inner container 11 and the outer container 12 are fitted to each other at the lower ends thereof by fitting the concave and convex portions to each other.

The composite container composed of the pair of containers 11 and 12 has a lid 20 attached to the upper end thereof. The lid body 20 is formed in a substantially dish shape by, for example, polyethylene, and on the lower surface thereof, on the inner side, fitting portions 21 and 22 each including a pair of circumferential grooves are formed. The center side fitting portion 21 is fitted to the peripheral edge portion of the upper opening 13 of the inner container 11, and the outer peripheral side fitting portion 22 is fitted to the peripheral edge portion of the upper opening 14 of the outer container 12, thereby The prefabricated container consisting of 11 and the outer container 12 is kept closed.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a thin-walled cutting guide portion 25 is formed in a substantially U shape on the main surface of the lid 20. A knob 26 is connected to the inner portion of the cutting guide portion 25 via a connecting portion 27. And the area | region inside the cutting | disconnection guide | induction part 25 which has such a knob 26 comprises the cover piece 28. FIG. A base end side of the lid piece 28 surrounded by the cutting guide portion 25 is a hinge portion 29. Therefore, when the lid piece 28 is broken at the cutting guide portion 25 and rotated outwardly as shown in FIG. 5 around the hinge portion 29, the spout 30 is formed on the main surface of the lid body 20.

On the other hand, a concave portion 32 is formed on the side portion of the cutting guide portion 25 constituting the lid piece 28. The recess 32 is for holding the lid piece 28 in an open state, and locking ribs 33 are formed on opposite sides thereof.

Next, a method for using the composite container having the above-described configuration will be described. A space 15 is formed between the inner container 11 and the outer container 12 at their lower ends, as shown in FIG. 3, by combining an arcuate recess 17 and an arcuate protrusion 18 as shown in FIG. Combine so that. And predetermined | prescribed drinks, for example, draft beer and soft drink, are inject | poured into the inside. If a predetermined amount of draft beer or soft drink is injected, then the lid 20 is fitted on the upper part. At this time, the pair of fitting portions 21 and 22 of the lid body 20 are engaged with the peripheral portions of the upper openings 13 and 14 of the inner container 11 and the outer container 12, respectively, whereby the upper portions of the inner container 11 and the outer container 12 are engaged. The opening is closed. Further, the upper end of the space 15 between the two containers 11 and 12 is also blocked by the outer peripheral portion of the lid 20, and communication with the atmospheric air is cut off.

Next, when drinking draft beer or soft drink injected into such a container, as shown in FIG. 5, the main surface of the lid 20 is cut by pulling the knob 26 of the lid 20 upward. The guide portion 25 is broken, and the lid piece 28 is rotated upward about the hinge portion 29. Then, as shown in FIG. 6, the lid piece 28 is further rotated 180 degrees from the initial state around the hinge portion 29, and the lid piece 28 is inserted into the recess 32 on the main surface of the lid body 20. The both sides of the lid piece 28 are locked by the locking ribs 33. As a result, the spout 30 is opened.

Therefore, it is possible to drink the beverage inside directly through such an open spout 30 or with a straw. For example, in the case of draft beer, the container is tilted and poured directly from the spout 30 for drinking. On the other hand, in the case of a soft drink, it may be drunk by inserting a straw or the like into the spout 30.

As shown in Table 1, the characteristic of such a composite container is that the internal temperature does not change. Draft beer with an initial temperature of 1 ° C. was put in this container, and when the temperature change at the height of 2/3 of the liquid volume and 1/3 of the liquid volume was examined, it was over 30 minutes. Was found to increase only to 7.4 ° C and 7.6 ° C. Further, when the same measurement was performed in a state where ice was put in the space 15 between the inner container 11 and the outer container 12, 30 at a height of 1/3 of the liquid volume and 2/3 of the liquid volume. The temperature after the minute was 4.4 ° C., almost no increase in temperature was observed, and it was confirmed that the beverage could be maintained in a cold state.

Figure 2006151500

Next, a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. The composite container according to the present embodiment includes an inner container 11 and an outer container 12. These containers 11, 12 are provided with upper openings 13, 14 in the upper part thereof. A space 15 is formed between the body portions of the inner container 11 and the outer container 12, and the space 15 provides heat insulation to the composite container. In addition, since the connection structure in the bottom part between the inner side container 11 and the outer side container 12 is the same as that of the said 1st Embodiment, the description is abbreviate | omitted.

An inner lid 41 is provided so as to close the upper opening of the inner container 11, and an outer lid 42 is provided so as to close the upper part of the outer container 12. Here, in particular, the inner lid 41 is provided with a ring-shaped protrusion 43 on its upper surface and an outer peripheral portion, and the ring-shaped protrusion 43 is provided with an inclined portion 44 at a predetermined position in the circumferential direction. The end side is a high region 45. A central recess 46 is formed in the central portion of the inner lid 41, and a cross-shaped cut 47 is formed in the central recess 46. Further, the inner lid 41 is configured with a fitting portion 48 having a ring-shaped groove as shown in FIG. 9, and this fitting portion 48 engages with the peripheral portion of the opening 13 of the inner container 11. And is attached to the inner container 11.

On the other hand, the outer lid 42 that closes the upper opening of the outer container 12 has a substantially dome shape as shown in FIGS. I try to hold it down. A circular flat portion 52 is formed on the top surface of the outer lid 42, and a fitting portion 53 formed of a step portion is formed on the outer peripheral portion. The fitting portion 53 is formed in the upper opening 14 of the outer container 12. The upper opening 14 of the outer container 12 is closed by engaging with the edge portion of the outer container 12.

Even in such a composite container composed of the inner container 11 and the outer container 12, a space 15 is formed in the barrel portion between them, so that heat insulation is imparted to the container. Therefore, especially when cooled beer, soft drinks, or the like are put in, the temperature of the internal beverage is prevented from rising due to the heat insulation of the space 15 and can be maintained at an appropriate temperature for a long time.

When drinking an internal beverage, as shown in FIG. 10, the outer lid 42 that closes the upper opening 14 of the outer container 12 is removed. Then, a straw may be poured into a cross-shaped cut 47 in the center-side recess 46 formed at the center of the ring-shaped protrusion 43 of the outer lid 42 for drinking. If necessary, the inner lid 41 that closes the upper opening 13 of the inner container 11 can be removed, and the beverage inside can be directly drunk through the upper opening 13 of the inner container 11.

In addition, when beer or carbonated drink is put in the inside of the inner container 11, carbonic acid or the like dissolved in the drink is vaporized and the internal pressure of the inner container 11 increases. However, such gas can be extracted through a cross-shaped cut 47 formed in the central recess 46 of the inner lid 41.
