平面視で相並ぶ2つの長辺の一方側で上下に相対する桁床梁と桁天井梁の梁長手方向の中間部に中間柱を接合するとともに、それら2つの長辺の他方側で上下に相対する桁床梁と桁天井梁の梁長手方向の中間部に中間柱を接合し、両中間柱の接合位置を互いにずらしてなることを特徴とする建物ユニット。
