Description

The present invention relates to a structure of a cassette-type internal accessory device that is additionally provided in a circuit breaker intended for a wiring breaker and the like and is stored inside the main body case.

As is well known, the circuit breakers mentioned above are equipped with various auxiliary devices such as auxiliary switches, alarm switches, voltage trip devices, undervoltage trip devices, etc., so as to respond flexibly to specification changes. . In addition, in order to retrofit and mount the internal accessory device on the main body case of the circuit breaker, a pocket-shaped accessory storage part is defined inside the main body case, and the accessory device is cassette-type here. Then, the lead wire of the accessory device is pulled out from the main body case and wired to the operation display unit, control unit, etc. of the circuit breaker installed in the panel.
Next, taking as an example an accessory device in which the auxiliary switch and the alarm switch are combined, the conventional structure of the accessory device and the structure of the main body case of the circuit breaker mounting the accessory device are shown in FIGS. 5 is an external view of a circuit breaker (wiring breaker). 1 is a case of a circuit breaker body, 2 is a cover, 3 is an openable top cover attached to the upper surface of the cover 2, and 4 is an opening / closing operation. Although not shown, the main body case is equipped with functional parts such as a main circuit contact corresponding to each of the R, S, and T phases, a switching mechanism, and an overcurrent trip device.

In addition, the attachment device 5 shown in FIG. 6 includes two micro switches 7 corresponding to auxiliary switches and alarm switches arranged in parallel on a cassette-structure base (resin molded product) 6 and is connected to one end of the base 6. A handle 6a that also serves as a catch is assembled with an operation lever 8 for an auxiliary switch and an operation lever 9 for an alarm switch on the other end, and a lead wire 10 soldered to a terminal of each switch is connected to the upper surface of the base 6. The structure is drawn from the side.
On the other hand, as shown in FIG. 7, the cover 2 of the circuit breaker body case on which the accessory device 5 is mounted has pocket-shaped accessory storage portions 2a on both sides of the handle mounting position. The accessory device 5 is inserted and set into the storage portion 2a from above, and the operation levers 8 and 9 are connected to the open / close mechanism of the circuit breaker at the assembly position shown in FIG. , And trip operation status are detected. In FIG. 8, one end of the top cover 3 is hinged to the cover 2, and the top cover 3 is closed to cover the attachment device 5 as shown in FIG.

Further, in the state where the accessory device 5 is incorporated in the circuit breaker body, the lead wire 10 shown in FIG. 6 is placed outside the case through the lead lead-out gap formed between the cover 2 and the top cover 3 of the body case. In this case, the lead wire 10 is bound to the main body case side of the circuit breaker in a state in which the lead wire 10 is bound so that the lead wire 10 is not detached from the connecting portion (soldering) of the accessory device due to external force. It is necessary to hold the lead wire holder as an independent part on the left and right side wall parts of the circuit breaker case as detachable holding means, and the lead wire inserted into this holder and connected to the accessory device is attached to the case. The thing of the structure made to pull out outward is known (for example, refer patent document 1).

By using the lead wire holder disclosed in Patent Document 1, the same components can be used for any accessory device stored in the left storage portion and the right storage portion of the circuit breaker case cover 2 as shown in FIG. While it is convenient to handle with the lead wire holder, the lead wire holder is an independent small part, so there is a risk of losing the part when attaching the attached device on the user side, and storage management is troublesome In addition, it takes time to mount the lead wire holder on the circuit breaker case separately from the attached device. In addition to pulling out the lead wire of the accessory device from the circuit breaker case to the left and right sides depending on the set position of the accessory device, depending on the specifications, the lead wire may be pulled out and wired to the power supply side of the circuit breaker case. Since it attaches to the side wall of a circuit breaker case, there also exists a problem which cannot respond to such wiring.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and the object thereof is to hold the lead wires in a state where the accessory device is mounted on the circuit breaker case without using the lead wire holder which becomes an independent part as described above. Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to provide an internal auxiliary device for a circuit breaker that can be pulled out to either the left or right side or the power source side, thereby improving the convenience of wiring work.

To achieve the above object, according to the present invention, a cassette-type internal accessory housed in a pocket-shaped accessory storage section defined in the main body case of the circuit breaker and linked to the opening / closing mechanism of the circuit breaker main body. In the device, in which the lead wire connected to the functional component incorporated in the base is bundled and pulled out to the outside of the main body case for wiring,
Provided on the left and right side wall surfaces of the base are lead wire holding portions for inserting and holding the lead wires of the functional parts in a bundled state (Claim 1), and the lead wire holding portions are specifically as described below. It is comprised in an aspect.
(1) The lead wire holding portion is a T-shaped arm protruding from the base side wall, and the lead wire is inserted into the gap between the arm and the base side wall from both sides of the arm so as to be held in a bundled state. (Claim 2).
(2) In the preceding item (1), a protrusion for preventing the lead wire from coming off is provided at the tip of the T-shaped arm.
(3) The lead wire held in the lead wire holding portion is pulled out to the power supply side along the base side wall surface of the internal accessory device.

According to the above configuration, the T-shaped arm as the lead wire holding portion is provided in advance on the left and right side wall surfaces of the base in which the functional parts are assembled to the accessory device, so that the configuration disclosed in Patent Document 1 is obtained. In addition, by selecting the lead wire holder provided in the accessory device without the need for a lead wire holder that is an independent component separate from the accessory device, the lead from the circuit breaker case to the left or right or the power supply side The lead wire can be held in a bundled state corresponding to the drawing of the wire. In addition, since the lead wires are pulled off along both side walls of the base 6, the external dimensions of the accessory device are not increased. Thus, even when the user attaches the attached device to the circuit breaker, the lead wire can be easily wired and the convenience is improved.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described below based on the examples shown in FIGS. In addition, in the figure of an Example, the same code | symbol is attached | subjected to the member corresponding to FIGS. 5-8, and the detailed description is abbreviate | omitted.
First, FIG. 1A shows the structure of an accessory device according to an embodiment of the present invention, taking as an example an accessory device in which an accessory switch and an alarm switch are combined into a unit in the same manner as the accessory device in FIG. That is, the attached device of the illustrated embodiment is basically the same as the configuration of FIG. 6, but the base (cassette container) 6 made of molded resin assembled with functional parts corresponding to the auxiliary switch 7 a and the alarm switch 7 b is Lead wire holding portions 6c projecting laterally from the left and right side wall surfaces are integrally formed. The lead wire holding portion 6c is a T-shaped arm, and between the arm and the base side wall surface, the lead wire 10 is provided from both ends of the arm at the central leg portion 6c-2. A gap with both ends open is defined so as to be inserted and held in a bundled state. Also, a retaining protrusion 6c-1 is formed at the tip of the arm to narrow the gap and prevent the lead wire from coming off. Reference numeral 6b denotes an upper cover of the base 6 which also serves as a holding plate for the lead wire 10.

With the above configuration, the lead wire 10 soldered to the terminals of the accessory switch 7a and the alarm switch 7b of the accessory device 5 is connected to the lead wire holding portion 6c provided on the right side surface of the base 6 when viewed from the direction of arrow P in the figure. In order to hold the T-shaped arm, a total of six lead wires 10 are grouped in groups of three for each switch as shown in the figure, and the lead wires 10a of the auxiliary switch 7a are one by one from the same direction as the arrow P. Push into the gap and insert. The lead wire 10b of the alarm switch 7b is inserted from the direction opposite to the arrow P. As a result, the lead wire 10a is held on the left side and the lead wire 10b is held on the right side with the center support leg 6c-2 of the T-shaped arm as a boundary.
When the lead wire 10 is pulled out to the side opposite to FIG. 1A, the lead wires 10a and 10b connected to the auxiliary switch 7a and the alarm switch 7b are grouped as shown in FIG. Above, it is inserted and held in the gap between the T-shaped arm of the lead wire holding portion 6c provided on the left side surface of the base 6 and the side wall of the base 6 when viewed from the direction of the arrow P.

Then, the accessory device 5 in which the lead wire 10 is bound and held by the lead wire holding portion 6c in the above-described procedure is defined on both the left and right sides of the cover 2 of the circuit breaker case in accordance with the lead-out direction of the lead wire 10. Store and set in a pocket-shaped accessory storage (see FIG. 7). FIG. 1B shows a state in which two sets of attachment devices 5 are divided into left and right and stored and set in the cover 2 of the circuit breaker case. Lead wires 10 of the attachment devices 5 are respectively connected to the cover 2 and the top cover 3. It is pulled out to the side from the left and right sides of the main body case through a gap between them.
Next, with regard to the accessory device 5 mounted on the circuit breaker case, wiring for drawing out the lead wires 10 of the auxiliary switch 7a and the alarm switch 7b to the power supply side of the main body case (see FIG. 5) will be described. In this case, as shown in FIG. 3, the lead wire 10 a of the auxiliary switch 7 a is fitted and held in the lead wire holding portion 6 c on the right side surface of the base 6 when viewed from the direction of the arrow P, and then along the side surface of the base 6. The lead wire 10b of the alarm switch 7b is inserted and held in the lead wire holding portion 6c on the opposite side to the above to be pulled out. FIG. 4 shows a state in which the lead wire 10 of the accessory device 5 mounted on the cover 2 of the circuit breaker case is pulled out to the power supply side. Even in this case, since the lead wire 10 pulled out from the attachment device 5 is held by the lead wire holding portion 6c, the lead wire is not likely to come out even if the lead wiring is pulled from the outside. In addition, since the lead wires are pulled off along both side walls of the base 6, the external dimensions of the accessory device are not increased. In the illustrated embodiment, an auxiliary device combining an auxiliary switch and an alarm switch has been described. Needless to say, the auxiliary device such as a voltage trip device and an undervoltage trip device can be implemented in the same manner.
