Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a lens barrel, an imaging device, and a manufacturing method thereof.
In many cases, the optical system includes a fixed lens fixed to a lens mounting portion provided inside the lens barrel.
Such a fixed lens needs to be attached to the lens barrel with its optical axis aligned with the optical axis of the optical system, that is, in a state where the optical axis is aligned. A technique is known in which a substrate for holding is provided, and a fixed lens is positioned and fixed on a lens of another optical system on the substrate before being incorporated in a lens barrel (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
However, such a conventional technique has a problem that the fixed lens cannot be positioned with respect to the lens barrel inside the lens barrel.
In addition, there is a proposal that incorporates an adjustment mechanism for positioning the fixed lens inside the lens barrel. However, since the adjustment mechanism is incorporated inside the lens barrel, the size of the device increases, and adjustment is performed for each device. Since it has a mechanism, the number of parts increases, and there is a problem that the cost cannot be reduced.
The present invention has been made in view of such circumstances, and an object of the present invention is to provide a lens barrel, an imaging device, and a lens barrel that can reduce the size of the device, reduce the number of components, and reduce costs. It is in providing the manufacturing method.

Therefore, according to the present invention, the outer peripheral surface of the fixed lens has two flat portions formed at locations on the outer peripheral surface facing each other, and each flat portion is disposed so as to be substantially parallel to the mounting wall. This is advantageous in reducing the thickness of the lens barrel in the front-rear direction and reducing the size of the imaging apparatus.
The optical axis of the fixed lens can be easily adjusted using these adhesive injection holes before the adhesive is injected, which is advantageous in improving the assembly work efficiency and reducing the assembly cost.
Further, since the fixed lens is positioned and bonded by using the same adhesive injection hole, the number of holes provided in the lens barrel is small, which is advantageous in reducing the size and improving the strength of the lens barrel.
In this embodiment, since the fixed lens is held by the contact wall and the spring means, the optical axis of the fixed lens is appropriately adjusted from the adhesive injection hole by a jig, and then the jig is taken out. Even so, the fixed lens is held in a state in which the optical axis is adjusted, which is advantageous in further improving the assembly work efficiency.
Further, when the optical axis is adjusted, the first jig and the second jig are applied from the two adhesive injection holes facing each other to the fixed lens portions facing each other. The fixed lens can be translated without rotating by the jig of 2, the damage of the fixed lens at the time of optical axis adjustment can be prevented, and the flat portion can be prevented from entering the range of the effective diameter.
For the purpose of reducing the size of the device, reducing the number of parts, and reducing the cost, two flat portions are provided on the outer peripheral surface of the fixed lens, and the abutment surface of the fixed lens is brought into contact with the lens mounting portion by a spring means. This is realized by positioning the fixed lens in contact with the wall and fixing the two flat portions in parallel with the mounting wall of the lens mounting portion by the adhesive injected into the adhesive injection hole.

According to the mounting structure of the third
Next, such an attachment method will be described in detail.
As shown in FIG. 22, first, the third
Next, as shown in FIG. 23, the spring means 56 is inserted into the
