Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a strainer attached to a water flow pipe.

When the water flow in the

(2) Since the outer filtering channel or the inner filtering channel has a substantially right-angled bent portion, a pressure loss is generated, leading to a decrease in the flow rate of water supplied to the water-circulating device.
(3) In the case of the
The present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a strainer capable of reducing the weight of a water flow pipe to which a strainer is attached without increasing the cost and reducing the pressure loss of the water flow pipe as compared with the conventional one. The purpose is to do.
A further object of the present invention is to provide a strainer in which dust attached to the net does not fall to the upstream side of the strainer when the strainer placed in the upward flow is removed for maintenance.
In order to solve the above-described problems, in the present invention, a strainer attached to a water flow pipe, an open cross-section net orthogonal to the water flow in the water flow pipe, and a frame that supports the net and slides on the inner surface of the pipe. A strainer is provided that includes a body and a lid that supports the frame and closes a strainer insertion port formed in the water flow pipe.
In the strainer according to the present invention, the flowing water in the water flow pipe flows from the upstream side to the downstream side through the net of the open section. The water flow does not flow from the radially outer side of the cylindrical net with a closed cross section into the net and flows out from the open end of the cylinder formed by the net, or from the open end of the cylinder formed by the net. It does not flow into the net and flow outward in the radial direction of the net, but simply passes through the net with an open cross section, so there is no need to fold the water flow before and after the net. Therefore, in the water flow pipe to which the strainer according to the present invention is attached, the flow path in the water flow pipe may be straight. A water flow pipe having a straight flow path can be manufactured inexpensively and thinly by forging and resin molding, and thus lightweight.
By making the flow path in the water passage pipe go straight, the pressure loss of the water passage pipe can be reduced as compared with the conventional case.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the net has a semicircular cross-sectional shape.
By making the cross-sectional shape of the net semicircular, the effective area of the net is increased and the strength of the net is increased.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the strainer includes a foreign material receptacle that is orthogonal to the water flow in the water flow pipe and faces the net.
When placing the strainer according to the present invention in the upward flow, if the foreign material receiver is directed upstream and the net is directed downstream, and the strainer is attached to the water pipe, it will adhere to the net when the strainer is removed for maintenance. Even if the trash is dropped, it is captured by the foreign object receiver directly below, so that the trash does not fall to the upstream side of the strainer. Therefore, immediately after resuming the water flow, there is no possibility that dust dropped from the net adheres to the outer surface of the net and the net is clogged.
In a preferred aspect of the present invention, the strainer includes a positioning portion that engages with a positioning portion formed in the water flow pipe.
By attaching the strainer to the water pipe with a predetermined relative positional relationship, when placing the strainer in the upward flow, the foreign matter receiver can be reliably directed upstream and the net can be directed downstream.
The present invention provides a pressure reducing valve including the strainer.
The present invention provides an electromagnetic valve including the strainer.
The pressure reducing valve and electromagnetic valve in which the strainer according to the present invention is integrated are lighter in weight and less in pressure loss than the pressure reducing valve and electromagnetic valve in which the strainer having a conventional structure is integrated.
A water flow pipe having a straight flow path can be manufactured inexpensively and thinly by forging and resin molding, and thus lightweight.
By making the flow path in the water passage pipe go straight, the pressure loss of the water passage pipe can be reduced as compared with the conventional case.
A strainer according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described.
As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 3A, the

Since the cross-sectional shape of the net 11 is a semicircular shape, the effective area of the net 11 is increased and the strength of the net 11 is increased as compared with a case where the net is simply a plane. When the cross-sectional shape of the net 11 is a simple plane, the structure of the
