Abstract
【解決手段】熱分解後に生成される固形分(熱分解固形分)を溶融炉に投入して溶融するときに生成される高温の溶融排ガスを約400−800℃に冷却してこれを熱分解室に投入し、廃棄物と直接接触させながら熱分解炉の内部の廃棄物を加熱するために溶融排ガスを熱分解炉内に投入して廃棄物を直接加熱する。

Claims (4)
- 廃棄物が投入される廃棄物投入装置(1)と、
前記廃棄物投入装置から供給される廃棄物を加熱する熱分解炉(2)と、
前記熱分解炉(2)において生成された熱分解ガス(7)と熱分解固形分(8)の中から前記熱分解固形分(8)をなす可燃性物質と不燃性物質をそれぞれ分離する金属分離器(12)と、
前記熱分解炉(2)から金属分の分離された固形分が供給される溶融炉(4)と、
前記溶融炉(4)から排出される溶融排ガス(5)を前記熱分解炉(2)内に供給する溶融排ガス回収管(17)と、
前記熱分解炉(2)において乾燥された後に熱分解された熱分解ガス(7)を前記溶融排ガス(5)と混合して流入させる燃焼室(9)と、
前記燃焼室から排出された燃焼ガスを冷却する熱交換器(11)と、を備えることを特徴とする溶融排ガスを熱分解炉内に投入して廃棄物を直接加熱する熱分解装置。 - 溶融排ガスの温度を調節すると共に、前記溶融炉(4)の排出側に位置して外気を予熱する空気予熱器(6)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項1記載の溶融排ガスを熱分解炉内に投入して廃棄物を直接加熱する熱分解装置。
- 溶融炉用圧入送風器(13)から排出される空気を前記空気予熱器(6)の空気と互いに熱交換しながら、その空気量を調節する調節弁(14,15,16)をさらに備えることを特徴とする請求項2記載の溶融排ガスを熱分解炉内に投入して廃棄物を直接加熱する熱分解装置。
- 廃棄物が投入される投入段階と、
前記投入段階から供給された廃棄物を加熱する熱分解段階と、
前記熱分解段階から排出されるが、固形分が燃焼・溶融される段階と、
前記溶融段階から排出される溶融排ガスを前記熱分解段階にさらに戻す溶融排ガス回収段階と、
前記溶融排ガスの温度を調節するために前記溶融排ガスと外気を互いに熱交換する外気の熱交換段階と、を含むことを特徴とする溶融排ガスを熱分解段階に投入して廃棄物を直接加熱する熱分解工程。
