Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a one-way clutch and a rotation transmission device with a built-in one-way clutch.
A roller clutch is known as a clutch incorporated in a pulley apparatus that rotationally drives an automobile engine accessory such as an alternator. Hereinafter, the configuration and operation of the roller clutch will be described.
The roller clutch includes a clutch inner ring, a clutch outer ring, a roller disposed between the outer peripheral surface of the clutch inner ring and the inner peripheral surface of the clutch outer ring, and between the outer peripheral surface of the clutch inner ring and the inner peripheral surface of the clutch outer ring. A retainer for retaining the roller.
The outer peripheral surface of the inner ring of the clutch is provided with a plurality of concave portions called ramp portions at equal intervals in the circumferential direction, and is a cam surface. The inner peripheral surface of the clutch outer ring is a cylindrical surface. In the portion where the concave portion is formed (ramp portion), the distance between the outer peripheral surface of the clutch inner ring and the inner peripheral surface of the clutch outer ring is larger than the diameter of the roller, and in the portion where the concave portion is not formed (cylindrical surface portion) The distance between the outer peripheral surface of the clutch inner ring and the inner peripheral surface of the clutch outer ring is smaller than the diameter of the roller.
And the spring which elastically presses a roller is distribute | arranged between the pillar part and roller of a holder | retainer, and the roller is pressed in the direction which goes to a cylindrical surface part from a lamp | ramp part with this spring. Therefore, the roller bites in a wedge shape between the outer peripheral surface of the clutch inner ring and the inner peripheral surface of the clutch outer ring in the vicinity of the boundary portion between the ramp portion and the cylindrical surface portion.
Therefore, when the clutch outer ring rotates, if the rotation direction is the same as the pressing direction of the roller, the clutch inner ring and the clutch outer ring are connected by the roller biting and rotate integrally (lock state). . On the other hand, when the rotation direction of the clutch outer ring is opposite to the pressing direction of the roller, the roller rolls while being positioned at the ramp portion. Therefore, the rotation between the clutch inner ring and the clutch outer ring is performed. No force is transmitted (overrun condition).
However, due to reasons such as a prolonged maintenance cycle, a device having a roller clutch incorporated therein is required to have a longer life. Focusing on the fatigue life of the spring, the conventional fatigue life was about 1 × 10 6 times, but a long life of 1 × 10 7 to 1 × 10 8 times may be required.
Accordingly, it is an object of the present invention to solve the above-described problems of the prior art and to provide a long-life one-way clutch and a rotation transmission device with a built-in one-way clutch.
In order to solve the above problems, the present invention has the following configuration. That is, the one-way clutch according to the first aspect of the present invention includes an inner clutch member, an outer clutch member arranged concentrically with the inner clutch member around the inner clutch member, and an outer peripheral surface of the inner clutch member. A plurality of engaging elements arranged between the inner peripheral surface of the outer clutch member, and a spring that presses the engaging elements in a direction in which the engaging elements are engaged with the two peripheral surfaces. In the one-way clutch for transmitting only the rotational force that connects the clutch members by engaging the both peripheral surfaces and rotates one of the clutch members relative to the other in a predetermined direction. Is made of austenitic stainless steel or precipitation hardened stainless steel, and is characterized by being subjected to an aging treatment and having a hardness of Hv 500 or more and less than 600.
According to a first aspect of the present invention, there is provided the one-way clutch built-in type rotation transmission device according to the present invention, an inner rotating member, an outer rotating member arranged concentrically with the inner rotating member around the inner rotating member, and the both rotations. A rolling bearing that is disposed between the members and rotatably supports the rotating members, and a rotational force that is disposed between the rotating members and rotates one of the rotating members relative to the other in a predetermined direction. A one-way clutch built-in type rotation transmission device comprising: a one-way clutch that transmits both the rotating members connected to each other, wherein the one-way clutch is the one-way clutch according to
Martensitic stainless steel and bainite stainless steel can increase the strength of the spring and give it excellent durability, but because it is formed after the heat treatment for hardening, errors in the size and shape of the spring tend to increase. . Therefore, it is not suitable as a spring material that requires high dimensional accuracy. Moreover, since the hardening heat treatment performed on martensitic stainless steel or bainite stainless steel is a relatively high temperature of about 800 ° C., there is a possibility that a heat treatment scale harmful to fatigue life may occur. Providing a process for removing the heat treatment scale leads to an increase in cost.
Austenitic stainless steel and precipitation hardened stainless steel have been subjected to a solution treatment, and can be given strength by performing an aging treatment after molding. The aging treatment can be performed at a temperature of 500 to 600 ° C., and since the dependence of the quality after the heat treatment on the cooling rate is small, it can be cooled at a slow cooling rate. In addition, since there is no phase transformation during cooling, deformation during heat treatment is small compared to martensitic stainless steel and bainite stainless steel. In addition, when manufacturing a spring using austenitic stainless steel, after the solution treatment, before forming, cold rolling with a rolling rate of 90% or more and less than 100% is performed, and the hardness before forming is Hv400 or more and 500 or less. It is preferable to do.
Since the life of the spring used in the one-way clutch is governed by the bending fatigue phenomenon, it is effective to increase the hardness in order to extend the life, and the spring hardness after the aging treatment must be Hv 500 or more. There is. However, if the hardness is too high, the starting point of breakage moves from the surface to the inside non-metallic inclusions, and the cleanliness of the material becomes a problem. Therefore, the hardness of the spring after aging treatment needs to be less than Hv600. .
The one-way clutch and the one-way clutch built-in type rotation transmission device of the present invention have a long life.
Embodiments of a one-way clutch and a one-way clutch built-in type rotation transmission device according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a structure of a pulley device with a built-in roller clutch which is an embodiment of a rotation transmission device with a built-in one-way clutch in which a one-way clutch according to the present invention is incorporated. FIG. 2 is an AA cross-sectional view of FIG. 1 showing only the one-way clutch in an enlarged manner. Further, FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged view showing the spring in the one-way clutch and its peripheral portion in an enlarged manner (viewed from the radial direction).

A plurality of
The
Thus, when the clutch

The
Further, a
Further, both end side
The
When such a roller clutch built-in
However, when the rotational speed of the
When the
In this roller clutch built-in

〔Example〕
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to examples. Plate springs prepared by bending various steel plates into a substantially triangular shape were prepared, and the life was evaluated by repeatedly applying loads. As shown in Table 1, the leaf spring used in the test is composed of SUS301, which is a typical austenitic stainless steel, or SUS631, which is a typical precipitation hardening stainless steel. By adjusting the aging treatment temperature and the aging treatment time, the hardness is Hv 500 or more and less than 600. In addition, as a comparative example, a material made of SUS301 and not subjected to aging treatment and having a hardness of less than Hv500, and a material made of SUS631 and overcured (Hv600 or more) were also prepared.
Next, a life evaluation method will be described with reference to FIG. A
The leaf springs of Examples 1 to 7 were not broken even when the load was repeatedly applied 1 × 10 7 times. On the other hand, the leaf springs of Comparative Examples 1 and 2 having a hardness of less than Hv 500 and the leaf springs of Comparative Examples 3 and 4 having a hardness of Hv 600 or more are compared with the leaf springs of Examples 1 to 7. Short life. Further, when the leaf springs of Comparative Examples 1 to 4 were observed after fracture, the leaf springs of Comparative Examples 1 and 2 were confirmed to have fatigue fracture starting from the outermost surface. It was confirmed that the 3 and 4 leaf springs were subject to fatigue failure starting from non-metallic inclusions near the surface. From this result, it was found that when the hardness is Hv 600 or more, the starting point of fracture changes, and that the improvement of the hardness does not directly lead to the improvement of the life.
In addition, although SUS301 was used as an austenitic stainless steel and SUS631 was used as a precipitation hardening stainless steel, other types of stainless steel such as SUS304, SUS316, and SUS632 may be used.
The one-way clutch of the present invention is suitable as a clutch incorporated in a pulley apparatus for rotating and driving an automobile engine accessory such as an alternator or an engine accessory driving apparatus when the engine is idling stopped.
