Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a filter of a dust collector provided in an industrial facility such as a garbage incineration facility, and a dust collector including the filter.
In refuse incineration facilities, etc., mainly nitrogen oxides (hereinafter referred to as NOx) and dioxins (hereinafter referred to as DXN) contained in the exhaust gas are reduced, oxidatively decomposed and removed in a dust collector that removes dust from the exhaust gas. A bag filter carrying an exhaust gas treating agent (hereinafter referred to as a catalyst) is used.
The bag filter is a bag-shaped filter, and as shown in FIG. 4, an exhaust gas introduction space (hereinafter referred to as exhaust gas space) 6 and a clean gas discharge space (hereinafter referred to as clean space) 7 are provided. It is used by being fixedly arranged in a hole provided in the
The
The
In view of such a current situation, Patent Document 1 discloses a bug filter that prevents a filter cloth from being locally damaged and extends the life of the filter.
The bug filter disclosed in Patent Document 1 is characterized by the shape of the retainer provided in the bag filter and the method of using the retainer. Specifically, the retainer includes a helical member along the longitudinal direction of the bag filter and an auxiliary member for holding the shape of the helical member. The bag-shaped retainer is provided with the above-described helical retainer, and the filter or retainer is rotated and used at regular intervals.
According to the bag filter having the helical retainer as described above, it is certainly considered that the possibility that the filter cloth is locally damaged in a short period is lowered. However, since there is still a contact portion between the retainer and the filter cloth, the cause itself of the breakage of the filter cloth due to contact and rubbing cannot be completely wiped out. In addition, labor is required to rotate the filter and retainer at regular intervals, and the dust collector must be stopped each time, and the efficiency of exhaust gas treatment is also reduced.
The present invention renews the concept of the dust collector, and includes a filter that does not require a retainer that causes local damage to the filter cloth while maintaining a filter area equivalent to or larger than that of the conventional one, and the filter. An object of the present invention is to provide a dust collector.
In order to achieve the above object, the filter according to the present invention cleans the exhaust gas introduced from the dust collection surface arranged in the exhaust gas introduction space and discharges it from the clean gas discharge surface arranged in the clean gas discharge space. A filter cloth formed in a blow-off type cylinder carrying an exhaust gas treatment agent, and a partition wall having a gas flow path from the exhaust gas introduction space to the clean gas discharge space. A fixed portion for fixing the cloth and closing the gas flow path, and the inner surface of the tubular filter cloth has a hole having a hole diameter smaller than the average particle diameter of the collected dust A cylindrical filter having a structure in which a membrane is attached, and an inner side surface of the cylinder is the dust collecting surface and an outer side surface is the clean gas discharge surface.
In the cylindrical filter having the above-described configuration, the exhaust gas treating agent may be titanium oxide.
In order to achieve the above object, a dust collector according to the present invention is configured to fix any one of the cylindrical filters having the above-described configuration to separate the exhaust gas introduction space from the clean gas discharge space. It is characterized by providing in the part.
Further, the cylindrical filter having any one of the above-described configurations provided in the fixed portion that separates the exhaust gas introduction space and the clean gas discharge space, and provided in the exhaust gas introduction space, with respect to the dust collection surface of the cylindrical filter In addition, the dust collector may include a pulse pipe that directly ejects compressed air.
Fixing for fixing the tubular filter cloth and closing the gas flow path on a partition wall having a gas flow path from the exhaust gas introduction space to the clean gas discharge space, and a filter cloth formed in a blow-off type cylindrical shape A porous membrane having pores whose pore diameter is smaller than the average particle size of the dust to be collected is attached to the inner surface of the filter cloth formed in a cylindrical shape, and the inner surface of the tube is attached to the dust trap. By adopting a configuration in which the collecting surface is used and the outside surface is the clean gas discharge surface, when the cylindrical filter is used, gas flows from the inside to the outside of the cylindrical filter. In comparison, the inner side is higher. For this reason, the cylindrical filter of the said structure will be used in the state (expanded state) which applied the force which is going to expand outside, and the retainer for shape maintenance becomes unnecessary. Therefore, the filter cloth and the porous membrane are not damaged by contact and rubbing, and the lifetime of the filter and the porous membrane can be extended.
In addition, by adopting a configuration in which a porous membrane having pores whose diameter is smaller than the average particle size of the collected dust is attached to the inner surface of the filter cloth formed in a cylindrical shape, the dust is attached to the surface of the porous membrane. Since it accumulates, it becomes easy to remove dust. Moreover, since dust that enters the filter cloth can be prevented, the filter cloth can be prevented from being clogged. In addition, since the filter cloth is less clogged and dust dust can be easily removed, when dust dust is removed by pulse air, a good dust dust removal effect can be obtained with a low pulse pressure. For this reason, the possibility that the catalyst supported on the filter cloth falls off due to the pressure of the pulse air is low.
Further, by using titanium oxide as the exhaust gas treating agent, NOx and DXN contained in the exhaust gas can be efficiently reduced, oxidatively decomposed and detoxified.
Further, in the dust collector configured to include the above-described cylindrical filter, it is not necessary to use a retainer for the filter, and the life of the filter and the porous membrane can be extended. In addition, when a filter having a porous film attached to the inside of the cylinder is used, dust can be easily removed and the filter can be prevented from being clogged, so that maintainability is improved. Furthermore, by using titanium oxide as a so-called catalyst, it is possible to reduce NOx and DXNs, reduce and oxidatively decompose them, and make them harmless.
Moreover, when it is set as the structure provided with the pulse piping which jets a pulse air directly with respect to the dust collection surface of the said cylindrical filter, since pulse air will be directly sprayed on a dust collection surface, it is lower than before It is possible to obtain the dust removal effect as usual or better than conventional with the pulse pressure. Further, since the pulse pressure can be set low, it is difficult for the catalyst supported on the filter to fall off. In particular, a remarkable effect can be obtained when a cylindrical filter with a porous film attached is provided.
DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENTS Hereinafter, embodiments of a cylindrical filter and a dust collector according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The following embodiments are only some of the embodiments according to the present invention, and the technical scope of the present invention includes various forms as long as the main part is not changed.
First, an embodiment according to the cylindrical filter of the present invention will be described with reference to FIGS. 1 and 2.
The
The said
As a method for supporting the
The fixing
In the
It is desirable that the pore diameter of the pores formed in the
According to the
Moreover, since the
In addition, as shown in FIG. 2, in the case where the
Further, in the
Furthermore, in the
Next, an embodiment of the dust collector of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. The
The
At the boundary between the
By fixing the two places in the longitudinal direction of the
In the
Further, the
In the
Hereinafter, as an example, it is proved that the
A test (back washing / cleaning acceleration test) was performed on the following three filters as the object.
(1) Cylindrical filter according to the present invention (porous membrane attached to the inner surface of a filter cloth)
(2) Conventionally used catalyst bag filter with a porous membrane (with a porous membrane attached to the outer surface of the bag)
(3) Conventionally used catalytic bag filter (without a porous membrane)
In addition, the filter which stuck the porous film made the side surface which stuck the porous film the dust collection surface, and set it as the structure which all blows toward the filter from the inner surface side of a filter.
The test for the purpose of proving the quality of dust dust removal was performed under the following conditions.
Gas temperature (° C): 180
Gas flow rate (m / min): 1.0
Pulse interval (min): 20
Dust: Fly ash (10 types described in JIS Z 8096: 4.8 to 5.7 μm)
Filter cloth material: PTFE / Glass fiber porous membrane material: PTFE
Pore diameter of porous membrane: about 1 μm (Measurement method ASTM F316)
As a result, in the cylindrical filter according to the present invention shown in (1), it was possible to obtain a good dust removal effect by setting the pulse pressure to 0.3 (MPa). On the other hand, in the bag filters shown in (2) and (3), a pulse pressure of 0.6 (MPa) was required in order to obtain the same dust removal effect. This is because the cylindrical filter shown in (1) is cleaned by blowing pulsed air directly onto the dust collecting surface, whereas the bag filter shown in (2) and (3) is used to clean the dust collecting surface via a filter cloth. It is thought to result from backwashing. Here, the bag filter shown in (2) and (3) is also considered to be able to obtain the same result by blowing pulse air directly on the dust collecting surface. It is extremely impractical to blow pulse air directly on the entire dust collection surface arranged on the outer peripheral surface of the bag filter, which is very inefficient, complicated in the shape of the pulse piping, and has few industrial advantages. Therefore, it is only the cylindrical filter according to the present invention shown in (1) that can adopt the configuration in which the pulsed air is directly blown onto the dust collecting surface as described above.
Moreover, the cylindrical filter according to the present invention shown in (1) has a smaller amount of catalyst dropping than the bag filter provided with the porous membrane shown in (2). This is because in the cylindrical filter according to the present invention, there is no damage to the filter cloth and porous membrane due to contact and rubbing with the retainer due to repetition of pulse air, and a good dust removal effect is obtained with a low-pressure pulse. This is considered to be because the probability that the catalyst is pushed out by the pressure of the pulsed air is low.
From the above, the cylindrical filter according to the present invention is superior in dust removal efficiency as compared with the conventional bag filter, and is excellent in catalyst carrying performance when the dust collector is operated in a suitable operation state. I can say.
As described above, in the cylindrical filter according to the present invention and the dust collecting device including the cylindrical filter, the life of the filter and the porous membrane can be extended without the need for a retainer. In addition, since dust can be efficiently removed with a low-pressure pulse, the amount of catalyst falling off during filter cleaning can be reduced. In addition, it is possible to suppress scattering of soot in a clean space or the like, which is a problem when collecting the filter.
In the embodiment, it is described that the porous film is attached only to the inner surface of the filter cloth formed in a cylindrical shape. However, the porous membrane may be attached to the outer surface of the filter cloth. In the case of such a configuration, it is desirable that at least the porous film attached to the outer surface is provided with pores having a smaller diameter than the particle diameter of the catalyst to be supported. By doing so, it is possible to reduce the amount of catalyst falling off due to the blowing of pulsed air (filter cleaning).
In addition, the cylindrical shape in the embodiment includes not only a cylindrical shape but also a polygonal cylindrical shape, and also includes a barrel-shaped one in which the vicinity of the central portion in the longitudinal direction is expanded to increase the filter area. And
Further, in the embodiment, it is described that the pulse air from the pulse pipe is used as a means for removing dust, but even when dust is removed using other mechanical means, the dust collector of the present invention is used.
