Description

The present invention relates to a drawer-type cup holder device that is embedded in an automobile instrument panel, various consoles, and the like and is pulled out during use, among cup holder devices that hold various containers. .

In the drawer type cup holder device, as exemplified in Patent Documents 1 and 2, a so-called two-stage drawer in which the inner case is slidably disposed with respect to the outer case and the holder main body is slid with respect to the inner case. There are types. In this type, for example, the front-rear dimension of the entire apparatus can be reduced, or the front-rear dimension of the apparatus can be suppressed, so that the drawing position of the holder body can be set further forward according to the length of the inner case. The device structure consists of an outer case on the fixed side, an inner case that can be slidably switched to a drawer position that protrudes forward from the outer case and a storage position that is housed in the outer case, and a use position and an inner case that are pulled forward from the inner case. A holder body that can be slidably switched to a non-use position accommodated in the case is provided, and the switching operation to each position is performed by pulling or pushing the front side of the holder body.

Further, the holder main body usually has a holder hole for restraining the periphery of the container and a mounting portion for receiving the container bottom surface. The holder hole is formed corresponding to the largest outer diameter of the assumed containers, and is processed so that it can be used for various containers. For this reason, at the time of use, it becomes easy to rattle in the holder hole as the outer diameter of the container becomes smaller. As a conventional countermeasure, as shown in Patent Document 1, a sub-holder urged upward is attached in a substantially horizontal state inside the holder hole, and the container elastically displaces the sub-holder downward and moves into the holder hole. The play of the holder hole is absorbed by being inserted.

In the two-stage drawer type as described above, as described in Patent Document 2, if there is no means for regulating the sliding order of the inner case and the holder main body to each position, for example, the inner case is in the drawer position. Before reaching the position, the holder body is switched to the use position alone, and the traction force of the holder body is released with the illusion that it has been switched to the device usage mode even though the inner case has not yet reached the drawer position. End up. In Patent Documents 1 and 2, as such a countermeasure, two locking mechanisms (in the case of Patent Document 1, a first engaging part that engages and disengages on the outer case side and a second engaging part that engages and disengages on the inner case side, Patent Documents) In the case of 2, the first lock member that engages and disengages with the holder main body side and the second lock member that engages and disengages with the outer case side) are provided so that the sliding order of the inner case and the holder main body to each position can be defined. ing. However, the conventional structure described above is complicated because it requires two locking mechanisms, which not only increases the number of parts, but also increases the number of assembly steps, making it difficult to reduce the cost.

In addition, the above-mentioned sub-holder is provided on the placement portion so as to be substantially horizontal inside the holder hole or inclined slightly downward, and is further displaced downward when hitting the bottom surface of the container inserted into the holder hole. Even if it is displaced downward, it is only close to the inner wall surface of the hole. For this reason, in the conventional structure, the container which can be inserted into the holder hole is a container whose outer diameter is slightly smaller than the actual size of the holder hole. That is, the conventional sub-holder is a factor that restricts the container that can be inserted. In addition, examples of the target container include a container having a bowl-shaped portion around the lower end and a container having a narrowed diameter by narrowing the periphery, and after inserting them into a holder hole, There is also a problem that the shape portion and the small diameter portion are easily caught.

The present invention solves the above problems. That is, the first object is to regulate the drawing order and the pushing order of the inner case and the holder main body with a simple configuration, so that the advantages of the two-stage drawing structure can always be maintained. The second object is to improve the usability by improving the operability when pulling out the container from the holder hole by expanding the allowable diameter of the container that can be held by devising the sub-holder relationship.

The present invention of claim 1 solves the first object described above, and when specified in the example of the drawings, the outer case 1, a drawing position protruding forward from the front opening of the outer case 1, and the outer case 1 An inner case 2 that can be slidably switched to a storage position stored in the holder, a holder body that can be slidably switched to a use position that is pulled forward from the front opening of the inner case 2 and a non-use position that is stored in the inner case 2 3 in which the switching operation to each position is performed by pulling or pushing the front side of the holder body, the notch 13a provided on the front side of the outer case 1, and the inner case 2 and pivotally supported on the front side of the holder main body 3 so that the holder main body 3 can be pulled out from the non-use position in the retracted position of the inner case while being brought into contact with the corresponding portion 39a of the holder main body. The synchronizing abutment portion 45 and the claw portion 44 that engages with the notch portion 13a when the inner case is almost pulled out to the pulling position, and the holder main body 3 provided on the rear side from the use position to the non-use position. The connecting member 4 having a release contact portion 41 capable of releasing the engagement of the claw portion 44 with the notch portion by hitting the corresponding portion 39b of the holder body while being pushed in the direction, and the claw portion 44 And a spring member 46 that urges the connecting member in a direction to engage with the notch 13a.
In the above invention apparatus, when the holder main body is pulled from the non-use position at the retracted position of the inner case, the corresponding portion of the inner case hits the synchronizing contact portion of the connecting member in the middle of pulling, and the holder main body is moved to the inner case. When the inner case almost reaches the drawer position, the claw part of the connecting member engages with the notch part on the outer case side. Can be switched to. When the holder body is pushed from the use position at the inner case drawing position, the corresponding part of the holder body hits the release contact part on the way and turns the connecting member to release the engagement. The holder body is slid to the storage position integrally with the holder body, and the holder body is also slid to the non-use position. In the above structure, the inner case is restricted from sliding in the retracted position direction from the pull-out position with the claw portion engaged with the notch portion, and is fitted in a guide groove provided in the outer case. It is preferable that sliding further forward from the pulled-out position is restricted in a state where the projection has a mating projection and the projection is in contact with the front end side of the guide groove.

In the invention of claim 3, the second object described above is eliminated, and when specified in the example of the drawings, the outer case 1, the extraction position protruding forward from the front opening of the outer case 1, and the outer case 1 An inner case 2 that can be slidably switched to a stored storage position, and a holder body 3 that can be slidably switched to a use position that is pulled forward from the front opening of the inner case 2 and a non-use position that is stored in the inner case 2. In the cup holder device in which the switching operation to each position is performed by pulling or pushing the front side of the holder main body, the holder main body 3 holds the mounting portion 34 that receives the container bottom surface and the periphery of the container A holder member (33, 50), a recess 52 provided in an inner wall portion defining the holder hole, and a spring member that is pivotally supported by the recess and receives a downward load from above. Against 58 energies A sub-holder 6 that pivots downward and substantially changes the diameter of the holder hole, and is accommodated in the recess 52 when the sub-holder 6 is pivoted downward to the maximum. It is characterized by being almost flush with the inner wall.
In the above invention apparatus, for example, since the sub-holder is housed in the recess, the container that can be inserted into the holder hole can be held up to a container outer diameter that approximates the holder hole. In the above structure, the sub-holder is in the holder hole in a state where it does not receive a downward load and is inclined slightly upward from the horizontal, and a guide rib is provided on the lower surface on the tip side to prevent the container from being caught. (Claim 4), the holder main body is provided on the placement portion, can hold a part of the periphery of the container, and is pivotally supported by a vertical hole that opens in a lateral direction. And a side holding plate that is urged in a lateral expansion direction to form the holder hole together with the vertical hole, and the sub holder is attached to the side holding plate (Claim 5). preferable.

The present invention described above has the following effects.
-The invention of claim 1 can be used with the number of members being reduced compared to Patent Documents 1 and 2, for example, the holder body can always be used in a normal protruding state, and thereby the container and the like can always be held stably. It is possible to improve the usability and device reliability.
In the invention of claim 2, the front edge portion of the outer case can be used as a notch provided in the outer case as in the embodiment, thereby increasing the degree of design freedom and reducing the processing accuracy.
The invention of claim 3 can increase the allowable diameter of the container even when the holder hole has the same diameter as compared with the conventional sub-holder, and thereby the size of the holder hole can be made smaller and smaller.
In the invention of claim 4, even if the container has a bowl-shaped part at the lower periphery or a small-diameter part at the periphery, the container is caught by the upward inclination of the guide rib and the sub-holder when it is pulled out from the holder hole. Can eliminate the fear. In addition, in the present invention, even if the container is extremely thin and leans toward the sub-holder side in the holder hole compared to the conventional horizontal or slightly lower-sub holder, it is careless because the sub-holder is arranged obliquely upward. The problem of falling down can be solved.
The invention of claim 5 is either a configuration in which the invention of claims 3 and 4 has a side holding plate as in the embodiment, or a configuration in which the side holding plate is not provided as in the cited document 1. However, it is meaningful to identify the applicable points.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 to 3 show schematic configurations of cup holder devices in different modes. 4 to 6 and 8 show components of the apparatus. 7 and 9 show the relationship between the side holding plate and the sub-holder. 10 to 15 show the device switching operation, and FIG. 16 schematically shows an example of using the sub-holder in comparison with the conventional example. In the following description, the structure of the apparatus will be described in detail, and then the usage or operation will be referred to.

(Apparatus structure) The cup holder device of the embodiment is installed, for example, in an instrument panel or various consoles of an automobile, and the main members are an outer case 1 on the fixed side, an inner case 2 on the movable side, and a container holding container. Holder body 3, connecting member 4 pivotally supported on inner case 2, side holding plate 5 pivotally supported on holder body 3, and sub-holder 6 pivotally supported on the inner wall surface side of side holding plate 5 And. Here, the relationship between the main members or the members is basically as follows. The outer case 1 is embedded in a state in which the front opening is exposed in the recess on the attached portion side. The inner case 2 is slidably switched between a storage position where the inner case 2 is pushed in from the front opening of the outer case 1 and a use position where the inner case 2 is pulled out. The holder body 3 has a mounting portion 34 for receiving the bottom surface of the container and holder holes (33, 50) for holding the periphery of the container, and is slid between a non-use position to be pushed in from the front opening of the inner case 2 and a use position to be pulled out. Can be switched. The connecting member 4 operatively connects the inner case 2 and the holder body 3 when necessary. The side holding plate 5 is rotated inward against the urging force when the holder body 3 is switched from the use position to the non-use position, and conversely when the holder body 3 is switched from the non-use position to the use position, the side holding plate 5 is laterally expanded. Direction) by the biasing force. When the sub-holder 6 receives a downward load, the sub-holder 6 rotates downward against the urging force to substantially change the hole diameter of the holder hole (33, 50). Details are as follows.

As shown in FIG. 4, the outer case 1 has a resin frame shape, the inside of the case is partitioned by an upper surface 12, a lower surface 13, and both side surfaces 14, and is made of a metal mounted on the upper side. The guide member 11 is inserted into the upper groove 16 and is fitted into the upper groove by engaging the locking claws 11a and 11b on the back side into the corresponding locking holes 18a and 18b.

The inner case 2 is a metal press product having a substantially U-shaped cross section having a lower surface 22 and both side surfaces 23, and an upper opening is closed by a resin cover 20. The lower surface 22 is provided with a play window 22a opened in the front width direction and an arrangement window 22b opened on the rear side. Each side surface 23 has a stopper 23a which is located on the rear side and is bent outward at a substantially right angle and fitted in the guide groove 14a, and a cross-sectional U-shape on which the guide member 21 is disposed extending in the front-rear direction. The upper groove 24 is provided with a mounting hole 24a in the middle of the outer surface and a locking hole 24b at the corner of the outer surface. The guide member 21 is inserted into the upper groove 24 and is fitted into the upper groove by engaging the locking claws 21a, 21b on the back side into the corresponding locking holes 24b. The cover 20 includes a plate portion 25 that is placed on a portion where the upper grooves 24 are formed on both sides, a protrusion 26a that is provided on both sides of the plate portion 25 and is slidably fitted to the guide member 11, and a plate portion. 25, the mounting portion 26b is provided from both sides, and the space between both side surfaces 23 is covered, and the screw S2 is secured to the mounting hole 24a from the hole 26c provided in the mounting portion 26b. It is done. Reference numerals 25 a and 25 b are rattling absorbing ribs disposed between the upper surface 12 of the outer case 1. On the inner surface of the plate 25, cam grooves 27a for guiding the movement of the side holding plate 5 (the shaft portion 56) described later, and guide grooves 27b provided on both sides and extending in the front-rear direction (see FIG. 13). ) And are provided. A stopper 27c is provided on the front side of the guide groove 27b. The stopper 27c comes into contact with the protrusion 39 when a holder body 3 to be described later slides the protrusion 39 forward along the guide groove 27b, and restricts the frontmost position of the holder body 3, that is, the use position.

As shown in FIG. 5, the arrangement window 22 b is provided with a support piece 28 a that pivotally supports the connecting member 4 so as to face both sides, and a standing wall 29 at the rear edge. Both support pieces 28a are provided with shaft holes on a coaxial line. On the standing wall 29, a locking portion 29a is projected in the width direction from one upper side. The connecting member 4 is composed of a substantially rectangular plate body 40, and engages with a disengagement contact portion 41 that stands largely on the rear side of the upper surface, and is fitted on the shaft hole of the support piece 28a. A shaft 42, a claw portion 44 projecting on the front side of the lower surface, a synchronizing contact portion 45 projecting on the opposite side of the claw portion 44 on the front side of the upper surface, and one side on the rear side of the plate body 40 And a projection 43 for restricting the rotation range disposed between the lower surface 22 and the locking portion 29a in a state where the plate body 40 is pivotally supported by both support pieces 28a, and the upper surface of the plate body 40. A recess on the side where the coil-shaped spring member 46 is disposed and a shaft portion (both not shown) for supporting the spring member 46 disposed in the recess are integrally formed. The above connecting member 4 is pivotally supported on the support pieces 28a on both sides through fitting of the shaft hole and the shaft 42 from the state in which the plate member 40 incorporates the spring member 46. In that case, the protrusion 43 is disposed between the lower surface 22 and the locking portion 29a. Thereafter, one end side of the spring member 46 is locked onto the standing wall 29, and the other end side is locked to the front side of the plate body 40 while exerting an urging force. As a result, the connecting member 4 is urged to rotate in a direction in which the claw portion 44 is pushed downward with the shaft 42 as a fulcrum.

In the inner case 2 described above, the connecting member 4 is mounted on the outer case 1 so that the stoppers 23a on both sides get over the elastic protrusions 14b and fit into the lower guide groove 14a, and the claw portions 44 ride on the notches 13a. It is pushed in while rotating against the biasing force of the spring member 46. Then, the inner case 2 is assembled to the outer case 1 so as to be slidable back and forth through the fitting of the projection 26a and the guide member 11 or the like. When the inner case 2 is pulled out to the maximum, the stopper 23a hits the front end of the lower guide groove 14a to determine the drawing position, and when the inner case 2 is pushed to the maximum, the stopper 23a hits the rear end of the lower guide groove 14a to determine the storage position. .

The holder body 3 includes a part 30 to be put in the inner case 2, an operation part 31 which is a decorative plate provided on the front side of the part 30, a vertical hole 33 provided on both front sides of the part 30, A base end portion 32 provided on the rear side, and a side holding plate 5 that is rotatably supported by the base end portion 32 and restrains the peripheral surface of containers inserted into the vertical hole 33 together with the vertical hole 33, and the like. ing. The operation unit 31 has a substantially rectangular shape, is provided with a concave portion 31a that is long in the width direction at the center of the front surface, and is designed to be hooked into the inner space (see FIG. 10) with the hand inserted into the concave portion 31a. ing. The vertical hole 33 is provided between the operation portion 31 and the base end portion 32, is a hole located on the placement portion 34 and opened in the lateral direction, and is a holder together with the front bending portion 50 of the side holding plate 5. Create a hole. The base end portion 32 is divided vertically and has protrusions 32 a that are provided on both side surfaces and fit into the guide member 21 of the inner case 2.

As shown in FIG. 13, on the lower side of the base end portion 32, a first wall portion 39a that is provided below the front-rear intermediate portion and a rear surface of the first wall portion 39a are located on the rear surface of the first wall portion 39a. A second wall 39b that is inclined obliquely upward from the lower end is provided. The second wall portion 39b acts on an engagement release contact portion 41 of the connecting member 4 described later, and the first wall portion 39a acts on a synchronization contact portion 45, respectively.

The upper side of the base end portion 32 is bordered by both walls and the rear wall, and is partitioned by an intermediate wall to form a left and right arrangement space, and the arrangement space is closed by a lid 37 mounted on the upper side. The arrangement space has shafts 36 protruding on both sides, and the base end portion 51 of the side holding plate 5 is rotatably supported using the shafts 36 and the like. The lid 37 includes mounting holes 37a provided on both sides and the front intermediate portion, guide grooves 37b provided close to the holes 37a on both sides, and an upper surface side of the inner case 2 protruding from the upper surface. And ribs 38a and 38b on both sides that are in sliding contact with each other, and elastic ribs 39 (see FIG. 13) that are provided on both sides and fit into the guide grooves 27b of the inner case 2. The lid 37 is mounted by locking the screw S3 from the hole 37a to the mounting hole 35a provided on the upper side of the end portion 32 in a state of covering the upper arrangement space of the base end portion 32. This attachment operation is performed after the base end portion 51 of the side holding plate 5 is assembled in the arrangement space.

The side holding plate 5 includes a front curved portion 50 and a base end portion 51. Among these, the base end portion 51 is held by the upper and lower shaft holes 55 provided on the rear side, the shaft portion 56 projecting from the upper surface, and the portion projecting from the shaft hole 55 of the shaft portion 56 to be side-held. A spring member 57 for urging the plate 5 in the lateral expansion direction is provided. The base end portion 51 is pivotally supported by the predetermined space through the fitting of the shaft 36 and the shaft hole 55 with respect to the arrangement space. In a state where the spring member 57 is held using the shaft portion 56, one end side is locked to the corresponding portion on the upper side of the base end portion 32, and the other end side develops spring pressure while corresponding to the corresponding portion of the base end portion 51. The side holding plate 5 is urged to rotate in the lateral expansion direction. The shaft portion 56 passes through the corresponding guide groove 37b of the lid 37 and is fitted with the cam groove 27 provided on the inner surface of the plate 25 constituting the inner case described above. In the side holding plate 5 described above, the shaft portion 56 slides along the locus of the cam groove 27 in the process of being pushed into the inner case 2 from the state in which the holder body 3 is pulled out from the inner case 2 and is in the use position. By being moved, the spring member 57 is rotated inward (reduced) against the urging force of the spring member 57. As a result, the holder body 3 automatically rotates the side holding plate 5 inward in the process of being housed in the inner case 2 even if the side holding plate 5 that extends laterally at the use position is attached. To switch to the non-use position.

On the other hand, the front bending portion 50 forms a holder hole together with the vertical hole 33 described above. A substantially rectangular recess 52 corresponding to the sub-holder 6 is provided on the inner surface side. As shown in FIG. 7, the recess 52 has a depth and an inner shape that can accommodate the sub-holder 6 flush with each other, and a shaft hole 52 a provided on the upper side of the inner surface so as to be opposed to the left and right. A vertical rib 53 projecting from the left and right of the inner surface, a horizontal rib 53a connecting the upper sides of the vertical ribs, a rotation restricting hole 54 formed through the upper corner of the inner surface, and the like. is doing. In FIG. 6, reference numeral 50 a denotes a U-shaped recess provided on the outer surface side of the front bending portion 50, and support holes 54 are penetrated through both side portions of the recess. The sub-holder 6 is assembled with the spring member 58 in the recess 52.

As shown in FIG. 8, the sub-holder 6 has a front surface 60 formed in a curved surface having substantially the same curvature as the front curved portion 50, and a rear surface 61 positioned in a concave portion 61 a that escapes the vertical rib 53 and the horizontal rib 53 a and an upper intermediate portion. And a plurality of guiding ribs 65 projecting toward the tip side are formed, the upper both sides are formed as small protrusions 62, and both side surfaces are formed with shaft portions 63 on the upper side. ing. As shown in FIG. 8B, the small concave portion in the rib 64 is provided with shaft portions facing left and right, and a coil-shaped spring member 58 is supported on both the shaft portions. Each rib 65 has a substantially arc shape and is provided close to the tip side.

From the state in which the spring member 58 is supported in the rib 64, the above-described sub-holder 6 inserts each small protrusion 62 into the corresponding rotation restricting hole 54 with respect to the recessed portion 52, and the shaft portions 63 on both sides correspond to the corresponding shaft holes 52a. It is assembled so as to be able to rotate by being fitted to. Thereafter, one end side of the spring member 58 is locked in a locking hole (not shown) provided in a corresponding portion of the rib 64, and the other end side is locked to the lateral rib 53a while expressing a biasing pressure. Then, as shown in FIG. 9A, the sub-holder 6 is rotated upward with the shaft portion 63 as a fulcrum by the urging force of the spring member 58, and in the holder hole described above in a non-use mode in which no downward load is received. In this state, it is inclined slightly upward from the horizontal. In this case, in the above-described non-use mode, the sub-holder 6 has an upper or base end side positioned between the upper surface of the vertical rib 53 and the upper end surface of the recess 52, and the small protrusions 62 on both sides rotate. By being in a state of being fitted in the restriction hole 54, the amount of rotation is restricted upward. In this non-use mode, the holder hole described above has the smallest substantial hole diameter due to the presence of the sub-holder 6.

The holder body 3 described above is configured so that, for example, the upper ribs 39 (see FIG. 13) are fitted into the corresponding guide grooves 27b on the inner case 2 side while being elastically displaced, and the shaft of the side holding plate 5 is used. The portion 56 is pushed into the cam groove 27a as described above. Then, the holder main body 3 is assembled to the inner case 2 so as to be slidable back and forth through the fitting of the projection 32a and the guide member 21.

(Operation) The above members are in the following relationship in the assembled state. First, the inner case 2 is placed in the retracted position with respect to the outer case 1 through the fitting between the projection 26a and the guide member 11 and the fitting between the guide groove 15 and the portion where the upper groove 24 is formed. Sliding switching is possible between the drawer position withdrawn forward. In the retracted position, it is restricted by the operation portion 31 of the holder body 3 and by the stopper 23a, and in the pulled-out position, the stopper 23a is restricted by hitting the front end of the lower guide groove 14a. The holder main body 3 can be slidably switched between a non-use position and a use position pulled forward with respect to the inner case 2 through the fitting of the protrusion 32a and the guide member 21 described above. In the non-use position, it is restricted by the operating portion 31 and in the use position, the rib 39 is restricted by hitting the stopper 27c of the guide groove 27b. The side holding plate 5 is rotated to the side of the vertical hole 33 in the non-use position of the holder main body 3 so as to be settled in the inner case 2, and to the outside of the vertical hole 33 in the process of pulling out the holder main body 3. Rotate to use.

In this embodiment, in addition to the above basic operation, the operation by the connecting member 4 is devised. This point will be described with reference to FIGS.
FIG. 10 shows a non-use mode of the cup holder device, in which the inner case 2 is in the storage position and the holder body 3 is in the non-use position. In this state, the contact member 41 is pressed rearward and downward by the second wall portion 39b, and the connecting member 4 resists the urging force of the spring member 46 by the pressing and rotates clockwise around the shaft portion 42, that is, the claw portion. 44 is rotated in a direction to be lifted up to the arrangement window 22b.
FIG. 11 shows an initial stage in which the operation unit 31 is pulled by putting the hand into the concave portion 31a from the embodiment of FIG. In this process, when the holder body 3 is pulled forward, the first wall portion 39a will soon hit the contact portion 45 from the rear. Thereafter, the holder main body 3 and the inner case 2 are connected via the first wall 39a and the abutting portion 45, and are pulled out integrally.
FIG. 12 shows a state in which the claw portion 44 of the connecting member 4 is engaged with the outer case side cutout portion 13a while the inner case 2 is being pulled out together with the holder main body 3. That is, when the inner case 2 is pulled out together with the holder body 3 and the claw portion 44 reaches the notch portion 13a, the connecting member 4 rotates counterclockwise around the shaft portion 42 by the urging force of the spring member 46, that is, the claw The part 44 is rotated in a direction to engage with the notch 13a. At the time of this engagement, the inner case 2 is further prevented from moving forward due to the engagement between the stopper 23a and the front end of the lower guide groove 14a. Further, the contact portion 45 is displaced downward as the connecting member 4 is rotated as described above, and is separated from the first wall portion 39a. That is, the holder main body 3 and the inner case 2 are not connected.

FIG. 13 shows a mode in which the holder main body 3 is pulled out from the inner case 2 and switched to the use position. In the use position, the holder body 3 is prevented from further forward movement by the engagement between the elastic rib 39 and the stopper 27c of the inner case side guide groove 27b. Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the side holding plate 5 is rotated from the inside of the vertical hole 33 to the expanded state in conjunction with the holder body 3 being pulled out from the inner case 2. Then, the user inserts or pulls out the target container into a holder hole formed by the vertical hole 33 and the corresponding portion of the side holding plate 5. In that case, the container holding structure has the following advantages over the conventional configuration.

First, when the container is inserted from above and receives a downward load, the sub-holder 6 is rotated downward against the biasing force of the spring member 58 until the container passes with the shaft portion 63 as a fulcrum, and the tip thereof is Abuts around the container. In this structure, as shown in FIG. 9B, when the sub holder 6 is rotated downward to the maximum, the sub holder 6 is completely accommodated in the recess 52 and is substantially flush with the inner wall portion of the front bending portion 50. Compared to the sub-holder, the allowable diameter of the container can be increased even if the holder hole has the same diameter. In terms of design, the holder hole can be made somewhat small to enable miniaturization.
Secondly, the target container may have a bowl-shaped portion around the lower periphery or a small-diameter portion around the periphery. In this structure, in such a case, the container received by the mounting portion 34 is hooked in the conventional manner when the container is pulled out from the state in which the periphery of the container is held by the vertical hole 33 and the distal end side of the sub-holder 6. It can be pulled out smoothly. This prevents the sub-holder 6 from being caught by contacting the arcuate rib 65 at the tip to the bowl-like portion or small-diameter portion on the container side, and is rotated until the sub-holder 6 is inclined upward from the horizontal. For this reason, even if the bowl-shaped portion or the small-diameter portion on the container side is caught, it passes through.
Thirdly, another effect obtained by attaching the sub-holder 6 to the state inclined upward from the horizontal is as follows. That is, FIG. 16B shows a type in which the sub-holder 8 is arranged horizontally or slightly obliquely downward as in the prior art. In this case, when the container C is very thin and tilts in the halter hole (33, 50) as shown in the figure and hits the sub-holder 8, the load of the container C as indicated by the alternate long and short dash line is because the sub-holder 8 is originally horizontal. Therefore, the liquid is further inclined in the direction of falling, and the liquid easily spills from the inside of the container. On the other hand, in the sub-holder 6 of the present invention schematically shown in FIG. 16 (a), the container C is very thin as shown in the figure, and even if the container C tilts as shown in the figure in the halter holes (33, 50) and hits the sub-holder 6, the horizontal It is possible to solve the problem of inadvertently falling because it is inclined upward.

FIG. 14 shows a state in which the cup holder device is no longer needed and the operating portion 31 is pushed by putting the hand into the concave portion 31a from the mode of FIG. The holder body 3 is pushed into the inner case 2 when pushed. At that time, the inner case 2 does not move because the claw portion 44 engages with the notch portion 13a. In this structure, the second wall portion 39b comes into contact with the contact portion 41 as shown in the figure just before the holder main body 3 is completely pushed into the inner case 2.
FIG. 15 shows a state where the holder body 3 is further pushed into the inner case 2. In this state, the connecting member 4 rotates clockwise with the shaft portion 42 as a fulcrum against the urging force of the spring member 46 due to the load applied to the contact portion 41 from the second wall portion 39b, that is, the claw portion 44 extends from the notch portion 13a. It is rotated in the direction of detachment. Thereafter, as shown in FIG. 1, the holder body 3 is switched to the non-use position where the holder body 3 is completely inserted into the inner case 2, and the inner case 2 is moved to the storage position where it is completely inserted into the outer case 1. Can be switched. Thereby, with this structure, all the problems mentioned in the problem can be solved while reducing the number of constituent members.
