In such a showcase having a display room surrounded by a transparent wall, when a shelf is installed in the display room, the wire that normally constitutes the shelf protrudes backward, and the tip of this wire is attached to the column. It was inserted into the engagement hole of the shelf support part and engaged. In addition, the shelf holder is formed of resin, and the shelf holder is engaged with the engagement hole to receive the shelf. However, in any case, there is a problem that the cost of the shelf holder structure increases.

The present invention has been made to solve the conventional technical problem, and in a showcase having a display room surrounded by a transparent wall, a structure for constructing a shelf in the display room Is intended to be provided at low cost.

The showcase of the present invention comprises a display chamber surrounded by a transparent wall supported by pillars located at the four corners of the main body, and is provided on the pillar and has a plurality of engagement holes. A shelf support unit; a shelf for displaying products supported by the shelf support unit and installed in the display chamber; and a shelf receiver that engages with an engagement hole of the shelf support unit to support the shelf. The receiver is configured by bending a sheet metal material, and is configured by tight bending of the sheet metal material, and has an engagement portion that is inserted and engaged with the engagement hole.

The showcase of the invention of claim 2 includes a cold air discharge port formed on one side of the main body, a cold air suction port formed on the other side, a heater provided on the shelf, and a circuit installed on both sides of the shelf. The damper is provided movably and includes a damper that opens and closes a cold air passage between the shelf and the transparent walls on both sides of the shelf. The damper opens the cold air passage in a standing state, and in a rotated horizontal state. The cool air passage is closed, and the damper is held by the shelf holder in the horizontal state.

In the showcase of the invention of claim 3, the shelf is constructed in a plurality of stages in the display chamber, and the electrical box disposed in the machine room formed on the lower side of the main body, the electrical box and each shelf A plurality of lead wires respectively connecting the heaters, and a plurality of storage portions configured in the main body for storing the remaining portions of the lead wires, respectively, and a remaining portion of the lead wires from a shelf laid upward in the display room Is housed in a housing portion close to the electrical box.

A showcase according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is an openable / closable door that constitutes at least one of the transparent walls in each of the above inventions, a magnet built-in gasket provided around the inner surface of the door, and a metal provided on the support column. The reinforcing material is made of a rubber material, and the reinforcing material is arranged on the outer surface of the support column, and the gasket is adsorbed to the reinforcing material in a state where the door is closed.

According to the present invention, in a showcase including a display chamber surrounded by a transparent wall supported by pillars positioned at the four corners of the main body, the shelf support provided on the pillar and having a plurality of engagement holes. A product display shelf supported by the shelf support portion and installed in the display chamber, and a shelf holder that engages with an engagement hole of the shelf support portion to support the shelf. Since the sheet metal material is bent and the engagement portion is formed by tight bending of the sheet metal material, and this engagement portion is inserted and engaged in the engagement hole, the manufacturing cost of the shelf holder is significantly reduced. Can be reduced. Thereby, the cost for installing a shelf can be reduced. Further, since the engaging portion of the shelf holder is configured by tight bending of the sheet metal material, the strength is also maintained without any trouble, and the shelf can be stably constructed.

According to the invention of claim 2, in addition to the above, a cold air discharge port formed on one side of the main body, a cold air suction port formed on the other side, a heater provided on the shelf, The damper is provided on both sides so as to be freely rotatable, and includes dampers that respectively open and close the cold air passages between the shelf and the transparent walls on both sides thereof. Since the cool air passage is closed in the state, the heater is heated by setting the damper in a horizontal state, so that the display chamber above the shelf can be heated while cooling the display chamber below the shelf. In this case, since the damper is held by the shelf holder in the horizontal state, the horizontal state of the damper is stably held, and a special holding structure is not required, so that the structure can be simplified.

According to the invention of claim 3, in addition to the above, the shelves are installed in a plurality of stages in the display chamber, and the electrical box disposed in the machine room formed on the lower side of the main body, and the electrical box Since there are a plurality of lead wires that connect the heaters of each shelf and a plurality of storage portions that are configured in the main body and each of the remaining portions of each lead wire, there is room for the lead wire length of the heater. Thus, while ensuring the movement of the shelf, the remaining portion of the lead wire can be accommodated in the accommodating portion to improve the appearance. In particular, since the remaining portion of the lead wire from the shelf installed upward in the display room is accommodated in the accommodating portion near the electrical box, the lead wire of the shelf far from the electrical box is accommodated in the accommodating portion near the electrical box. Thus, it is possible to equalize the remaining portion of the lead wire accommodated in the accommodating portion in each shelf.

According to the invention of claim 4, in addition to the above inventions, an openable / closable door constituting at least one of the transparent walls, a gasket with a built-in magnet provided around the inner surface of the door, and a support The reinforcing material is disposed on the outer surface of the support column, and the gasket is adsorbed to the reinforcing material when the door is closed. It will consist of Thereby, it is not necessary to attach a special sheet metal material for adsorbing the gasket, and the structure can be simplified and the cost can be reduced.

The damper 27 is attached to the front and rear shafts 26A and 26A of the frame member 26 so as to be rotatable and vertically movable (within a predetermined range). The cold air passage is located above the cold air discharge port 21 and the cold air suction port 22, and the damper 27 rotates to open and close the cold air passage as will be described later.

Reference numerals 31 and 31 denote shelf receivers according to the present invention for installing the shelf 2. The shelf receiver 31 is configured by bending a sheet metal material (steel plate), and includes a horizontal receiving portion 31A attached to the lower surface of the shelf 2, and a raised portion 31B protruding in a step shape outside the receiving portion 31A. The engaging portion 31C protrudes rearward on the outside of the raised portion 31B. The engaging portion 31C is configured by closely bending a sheet metal material, and the contact surface is in the vertical direction.

And the shelf receptacles 31 and 31 are attached to the rear side both sides of the lower surface of the shelf 2 by screwing the receiving portion 31A to the rear corner portion of the lower surface of the shelf 2 (see FIG. 6). In this state, the raised portion 31B is spaced outward from the recessed portion of the shelf 2, and the damper 27 is positioned between the raised portion 31B and the shelf 2.

On the other hand, a shelf support portion 8A is formed on the front surface (the surface on the display chamber 14 side) of the rear struts 8 and 8, and a plurality of engagement holes 33. It is formed at intervals. Further, shelf supports 7A are also formed on the front struts 7 and 7 on the surfaces facing each other, and a plurality of engagement holes 34... Are formed at predetermined intervals over the shelf supports 7A. Yes. Then, the engaging portions 31C of the shelf receivers 31 on both sides of the rear portion are inserted into and engaged with any of the engaging holes 33, and the front engaging protrusions 32 protruding on both sides of the front end of the shelf 2 are inserted into the engaging holes 34. By engaging, the shelf 2 is installed in an inclined state with the front portion lowered.

Thus, since the shelf receiver 31 is formed by bending the sheet metal material, the manufacturing cost of the single shelf receiver 31 can be remarkably reduced. Thereby, the cost for installing the shelf 2 can be reduced. In addition, the engaging portion 31C of the shelf holder 31 is formed by close bending of a sheet metal material, and is inserted into the engaging hole 33 with the close contact surface in the vertical direction, so that the strength against the load applied to the shelf 2 is not hindered. The shelf 2 can be stably installed.

In the embodiment, the upper and lower three stages are installed in the display chamber 14, but the lowermost shelf 2 is a deck pan, and is inclined to the front supports 7 and 7 and the rear supports 8 and 8 instead of the above-described installation structure. It is fixed with.

On the other hand, a storage groove 36 that opens on the front side of the engagement hole 34 is formed in the front struts 7, 7, and the lead wires 37 of the electric heaters H of the respective shelves 2 are stored in the storage grooves 36. Descent. Then, it is connected to an electrical box 38 provided at the right rear corner from the front of the machine room 18 to connect the electrical box 38 and each electric heater H, but leads from the uppermost shelf 2. The wire 37 is arranged in the storage groove 36 of the right front support column 7 from the front, and the lead wire 37 from the lower shelf 2 is arranged in the storage groove 36 of the left front support column 7. Further, housing portions 41, 41 opened upward are integrally formed at the front portion of the case 6 of the main body 3, and the remaining portions of the lead wires 37 of the uppermost shelf 2 are directed from the front. The lead wire 37 from the lower shelf 2 is accommodated in the left accommodating portion 41 in the right accommodating portion 41 (see FIG. 3). Conventionally, since the remaining portion is stored in the shelf itself, the effective area of the shelf 2 is reduced. However, by forming the storage portion 41 in the main body 3 and storing it, such inconvenience is eliminated.

Here, the installation position of the uppermost shelf 2 and the lower shelf 2 moves up and down by changing the positions of the engagement holes 33 and 34 that engage the engagement portion 31C and the engagement protrusion 32. It is possible. Therefore, the lengths of the lead wires 37 and 37 of the uppermost shelf 2 and the lower shelf 2 are also set with a sufficient margin so as to absorb this moving distance, but the remaining portion is accommodated as described above. By accommodating in the part 41, it will not be exposed in the display chamber 14 etc., and an external appearance will improve. Further, the remaining portion of the lead wire 37 from the shelf 2 (the uppermost shelf 2) installed upward in the display chamber 14 is accommodated in the accommodation portion 41 on the right side close to the electrical box 38. . That is, since the lead wires 37 of the shelf 2 (the uppermost shelf 2) far from the electrical equipment box 38 are accommodated in the accommodation portion 41 near the electrical equipment box 38, the remainder of the lead wires 37 accommodated in the accommodation portion 41. The portions can be equalized in the upper and lower shelves 2 (the lead wire 37 of the uppermost shelf 2 has a longer distance between the shelf 2 and the accommodating portion 41, and the lead wire 37 of the lower shelf 2 is equal to the accommodating portion 41. The distance between the electrical boxes 38 becomes longer).

With the above configuration, when the entire area of the display chamber 14 is used in a refrigerated state, the dampers 27 and 27 on both sides of the uppermost stage and the shelves 2 and 2 below the uppermost are rotated as shown in FIGS. To stand up. In this state, the damper 27 is located between the raised portion 31 </ b> B of the shelf receiver 31 and the shelf 2, and opens a cold air passage between the shelf 2 and the transparent walls 9 and 9 outside thereof. Thus, the cold air discharged upward from the cold air discharge port 21 rises from the front of each shelf 2 to the right side cold air passage, and descends the left side cold air passage to be sucked into the cold air suction port 22. Therefore, the entire area in the display chamber 14 is cooled to the refrigeration temperature.

Next, for example, when the display chamber 14 above the uppermost shelf 2 is used in a heated state and the inside of the lower display chamber 14 is used in a refrigerated state, only the dampers 27 and 27 on both sides of the uppermost shelf 2 are used. 4 and 8 are rotated to a horizontal state, and the cool air passage between the uppermost shelf 2 and the transparent walls 9 and 9 outside thereof is closed. Thereby, the cold air is not supplied above the uppermost shelf 2. If the electric heater H of the uppermost shelf 2 is energized in this state, the inside of the display chamber 14 above the shelf 2 is heated to a predetermined temperature.

Here, when the damper 27 is in a horizontal state as shown in FIG. 8, the rear end is placed and held on the raised portion 31 </ b> B of the shelf receiver 31. Thereby, since the horizontal state of the damper 27 is stably held, a special holding structure is not required, and the structure can be simplified.
