使用者の少なくとも股関節に対応する位置にトルク発生手段を装着すべく使用者の腰部に着脱自在ならしめる開口を備えた歩行補助装置用装着具であって、
少なくともその一部に相対摺動可能部分が設けられた複数の剛体部と、前記相対摺動可能部分に設けられた結合・離脱手段とを有し、
前記相対摺動可能部分を伸縮移動させて前記開口の寸法を増減させることを特徴とする歩行補助装置用装着具。
