Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a humidifying device that generates humidified air, and more particularly, to a humidifying device whose operation is automatically stopped according to a decrease in the amount of liquid stored in a liquid storage unit.
The humidifier includes a liquid storage tank that stores a humidifying liquid, and a humidifying unit that generates humid air by vaporizing the liquid stored in the liquid storage tank. The humidifier vaporizes the liquid in the liquid storage tank, supplies humidified air into the living space, and moisturizes the air in the living space.
However, the amount of liquid in the liquid storage tank decreases with the supply of humidified air. When the amount of liquid in the liquid storage tank becomes a predetermined amount or less, humidified air cannot be generated properly in the humidifying unit.
However, in the control method of the humidifying unit used in the above-mentioned Non-Patent
If the liquid level detection means is placed in the tank where the liquid level rises when the operation of the humidifying unit stops, the liquid level rises when the operation of the humidifying unit automatically stops due to insufficient liquid volume, The liquid level may exceed the reference position H0 even though the liquid is not replenished. In this case, when the humidifying unit operates, the liquid level becomes lower than the reference position H0 again, and the humidifying unit is stopped. Thus, in some cases, the liquid level height repeatedly increases or decreases near the reference position H0, and there is a problem that the humidifying unit is repeatedly turned on or off each time.
An object of the present invention is to provide a humidifier that controls the operation of the humidifying unit so that the operation of the humidifying unit is not restarted when the liquid amount is insufficient and the humidifying unit is stopped when the liquid amount is insufficient. is there.

(1) The humidifier according to the present invention is
A liquid container for containing a liquid;
A humidifying unit for vaporizing the liquid stored in the liquid storage unit;
It is arranged between a first reference position that is a liquid level height that is a criterion for determining a shortage of the liquid amount in the liquid storage unit, and a preset upper limit position of the liquid level and the first reference position. A liquid level detecting means for detecting a liquid level height of the liquid in the liquid storage section with reference to a second reference position;
When the liquid level detecting means detects that the liquid level has become lower than the first reference position, the operation of the humidifying unit is stopped, and then the liquid level detecting means causes the liquid level to be the second level. Control means for resuming the operation of the humidifying unit when it is detected that the position is higher than a reference position;
It is provided with.
The humidification device according to the present invention includes a liquid storage unit, a humidification unit, a liquid level detection unit, and a control unit. When the liquid stored in the liquid storage unit is vaporized by the humidification unit, the amount of the liquid in the liquid storage unit is reduced and the liquid level is lowered. The liquid level detection means detects the liquid level height with reference to the first reference position and the second reference position. When the liquid level detection unit detects that the liquid level in the liquid storage unit is lower than the first reference position, the control unit stops the operation of the humidification unit. The first reference position is a lower limit position of the liquid level required for the humidifying unit to generate humidified air properly. The control means does not resume the operation of the humidifying unit immediately after stopping the humidifying unit, even if the liquid level rises and exceeds the first reference position. The control means resumes the operation of the humidifying unit when the liquid level rises and exceeds the second reference position located above the first reference position. This control method is adopted when the liquid level height exceeds the first reference position because the increase in the liquid level is caused by stopping the humidification unit or the user replenishes the liquid. This is because it is unclear whether it is due to this. By using the control to restart the operation of the humidifying unit when the second reference position is exceeded, the operation of the humidifying unit is restarted even when the liquid is not replenished, and the liquid shortage is detected again. The waste of processing such as stopping the operation of the humidifier is eliminated. On the other hand, since the first reference position is located below the preset upper limit position of the liquid level, the liquid level is always set to the second reference level when the user appropriately refills the liquid. Higher than position. Here, the upper limit position of the liquid level is a liquid level designed to be reached when the liquid is properly supplied to the liquid storage unit.
In addition, as a case where the liquid level rises due to the stop of the humidifying part, there is a case where the operating humidifying part applies a force to push down the liquid level to the liquid. In this case, when the load on the humidifying part is reduced or the humidifying part is stopped, the liquid level is likely to rise.
(2) The humidifying device according to (1),
The second reference position is arranged at a position higher than the first reference position by an amount at least equal to the amount of change in the liquid level height that occurs when the humidifying unit operating at maximum load is stopped. It is characterized by.
In this configuration, the second reference position is set at a position higher than the first reference position by a distance corresponding to the maximum amount of change in the liquid level that can be generated by stopping the humidifying unit. If the operation of the humidifying unit is resumed when the liquid level becomes higher than the second reference position after the humidifying unit is stopped, the liquid level rises due to the increase in the liquid level due to the stop of the humidifying unit. It is no longer possible to restart the operation of the humidifying unit even though the replenishment is not performed.
(3) The humidifying device according to (2),
The liquid storage part is divided into a water storage tank in which a humidifying filter is disposed, and a tank insertion part that is communicated with the water storage tank and supplied with liquid to be supplied to the water storage tank.
The humidifying unit includes a fan that sucks outside air through the humidifying filter and discharges the sucked air to the outside of the humidifying device.
The liquid level detecting means is disposed inside the tank insertion portion.
In this configuration, the liquid storage part includes a water storage tank and a tank insertion part connected by a communication path. The humidification filter is immersed in the liquid in the water storage tank. When the liquid in the water tank is vaporized through the humidification filter and the amount of liquid in the water tank is reduced, the liquid is supplied from the tank insertion portion to the water tank through the communication path. The liquid level detection means is disposed in the tank insertion part where the liquid level rises due to the stop of the humidification part. The liquid level rises due to the stop of the humidification part because the liquid level of the water tank that had risen due to the suction action by the fan descends as the fan stops and the liquid level of the water tank decreases. This is because the liquid flows into the tank insertion part side.
(1) According to the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to make it difficult to cause a problem that the operation of the humidifying unit that has been stopped is restarted even though the liquid is not replenished.
(2) According to the invention of
(3) According to the invention of
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of a humidifier according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 2, the
As shown in FIG. 3, the
A part of the side wall of the
On the bottom surface of the
As shown in FIG. 5, a
As shown in FIG. 6, the
FIG. 7 shows a schematic configuration inside the
As shown in FIG. 7B, when the
FIG. 8 shows changes in the water surface height in the
The
However, the
FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing an operation procedure of the
On the other hand, when the operation is stopped in the determination step of S1, the
According to the first embodiment, the
The 2nd Embodiment of the humidification apparatus of this invention is described using FIGS. 11-13. As shown in FIG. 11, in the second embodiment, a
As shown in FIG. 12, in the second embodiment, the
In such a push-in configuration, the water level of the
Therefore, in the second embodiment, as shown in FIG. 13, the water surface height on the
As a result, a malfunction that turns on the
Finally, the description of the above-described embodiment is to be considered in all respects as illustrative and not restrictive.
