特許文献1は、その実施例からすると、画像形成装置(電子写真記録装置)に着脱可能なカートリッジ側の転写前ガイドを可動形状にし、転写材がレジストローラ対を抜けたときのショックを低減する構成を開示している。しかしカートリッジはトナーエンド若しくは、感光体の寿命がくると交換するものである。
特許文献2では、その実施例においてレジスト駆動ローラ(ゴムローラ)の外径を一部細くしている。実施例のレイアウトでは転写材が搬送経路上に押し付けられるローラ(レジスト駆動ローラ)の外径の一部が小径になっている。
