Abstract
【解決手段】心空間の画像データを取得し、該画像データから3Dモデルを作成するイメージング・システムと、三次元モデルを心空間の実時間画像と位置揃えして、三次元モデルを表示する侵襲型システムと、心空間内に配置され、侵襲型システムに表示されて(470、510)上述の位置揃えされた3Dモデルの上で実時間で進路誘導される侵襲型器具と、を有するシステム及びその方法が提供される。好ましくは、この方法及びシステムはまた、3Dモデルを記憶する記憶媒体を含んでおり、また侵襲型システムは、心空間の実時間画像と位置揃えするために記憶された三次元モデルを受け取る。

Description
図5及び図6を参照して述べると、4/8/16/32+検出器横列を備えたマルチ・スライス・スキャナにおいて心螺旋取得を遡及的EKGゲート式再構成と併用した。スキャナ・パラメータの例は、120kV、350mA、0.5秒回転周期、0.3螺旋ピッチ・ファクタ、1.25mm又は0.625mmスライス厚とし、75%心時相位置でのセグメント分割式再構成を行なった。走査配向は、取得の早い時期にさらに重要なデータを取得するために(患者の運動、例えば呼吸を考慮して)、主に心臓の底部から頂部に向かうものとした。心螺旋走査に先立って、タイミング・ボーラス取得を行ない、最適な準備遅延を決定した(造影剤注入の開始時と心螺旋走査の開始時との間の時間)。心画像の走査及び再構成に続いて、画像に運動アーティファクトが認められた場合には全心サイクルにわたって、多時相再構成を指定した。時相位置は、走査時に患者に不整脈が見受けられたときには約45%に選択した。それでも運動アーティファクトが認められた場合には、マルチ・セクタ再構成を用いてもよい。マルチ・セクタ再構成手順の選択は、多時相後処理3Dビューワを用いると容易になる。最適な画像集合(例えば最適な時相、最適な再構成形式)が選択されて、次いで、検討対象の解剖学的標認点(例えば右房、冠状静脈洞)について特定的な3Dプロトコルによって定義される後処理セグメント分割を実行した。

Claims (11)
- 医療的侵襲処置計画に用いられるイメージング・システム(100)であって、
心画像データ空間を形成する医療スキャナ・システム(110)と、
前記心画像データ空間を取得するデータ取得システム(120)と、
前記心画像データ空間から少なくとも1枚の可視画像を形成する画像形成システム(140)と、
前記データ取得システム及び前記画像形成システム(140)からの情報を記憶するデータベースと、
前記医療スキャナ・システム(110)、前記データ取得システム(120)、前記画像形成システム(140)及び前記データベースの少なくとも一つを管理する操作者インタフェイス・システム(160)と、
該操作者インタフェイス・システム(160)に応答して前記心画像データ空間を解析して前記少なくとも1枚の可視画像を表示する後処理システム(180)とを備えており、
前記操作者インタフェイス・システム(160)は、両室ペーシング計画、心房細動計画、心房粗動計画手順、並びに侵襲型器具の位置決定及び進路誘導の少なくとも一つにおいて前記心画像データ空間及び前記少なくとも1枚の可視画像を利用する命令を含んでいる、イメージング・システム(100)。 - 前記医療スキャナ・システム(110)は、計算機式断層写真法(CT)システム、磁気共鳴(MR)システム、超音波システム、三次元(3D)フルオロスコピー・システム、及び陽電子放出断層写真法(PET)システムの少なくとも一つを含んでいる、請求項1に記載のイメージング・システム(100)。
- 前記データベースは、右房、左房、左室及び冠状静脈洞の少なくとも一つの画像データを記憶する記憶装置を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のイメージング・システム(100)。
- 前記データベースは、右房及び冠状静脈洞の少なくとも一方の前記少なくとも1枚の可視画像を記憶する記憶装置を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のイメージング・システム(100)。
- 前記操作者インタフェイス・システム(160)は、右房、左房、左室及び冠状静脈洞の少なくとも一つをビューイングするために前記心画像データ空間をセグメント分割する命令を含んでいる、請求項1に記載のイメージング・システム(100)。
- 心空間内での医療的侵襲処置のためのシステムであって、
心空間の画像データを取得して、該画像データから前記心空間の三次元(3D)モデルを作成する(610)イメージング・システム(100)と、
前記三次元モデルを前記心空間の実時間画像と位置揃えして(620)、前記三次元モデルを表示する(470)侵襲型システムと、
を備えたシステム。 - 前記侵襲型システムに表示され(510)、前記位置揃えされた三次元モデルの上で実時間で進路誘導される(640)前記医療的侵襲処置のための侵襲型器具をさらに含んでいる請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記三次元モデルを記憶する記憶媒体をさらに含んでおり、前記侵襲型システムは、前記三次元モデルを位置揃えするために前記記憶された三次元モデルを受け取る、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記イメージング・システム(100)は計算機式断層写真法(CT)システムである、請求項6に記載のシステム。
- 前記侵襲型器具はマッピング・アブレーション・カテーテルである、請求項7に記載のシステム。
