Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an anti-slip material that can be carried, can be used easily, and can be prevented from slipping. More specifically, the present invention relates to an anti-slip material that can be used for opening a bottle cap, opening a paper pack, preventing slipping of a pencil, a spoon, etc., and preventing slipping of clothes hung on a hanger.
In recent years, a wide variety of drinks are sold in glass bottles or PET bottles. Most of these are sealed with plastic caps. This plastic cap is used not only for drinks such as soft drinks and drinks, but also for cooking, such as soy sauce, mirin and ketchup, as well as for air fresheners, detergents and other everyday situations. Many of milk, juices, alcoholic beverages, etc. are sold in the form of paper packs.
A container with a cap or a paper pack is suitable for automatic mass production and is easy for a manufacturer to adopt from the viewpoint of cost reduction. These containers are in close use by consumers through convenience stores, supermarkets and vending machines. Coupled with the diversification of buyer demand, these types and quantities are increasing.
The force required to open the cap will be set within a predetermined range from the viewpoint of manufacturing technology. When the sealing force is set to be small and opening is easy, an unexpected opening accident may occur during handling on the distribution channel. Since this is prevented, a certain degree of rotational resistance is given to the opening of the cap. There is also a difference in ease of opening between containers with various caps. Even normal people may require considerable effort to open the cap. Although there are individual differences, the number of people who are quite troublesome to open plastic caps is increasing.
On the other hand, the demographic composition is increasing significantly among the elderly. Consumer goods purchases are also aging. The buyers who purchase products in capped containers are also aging. Older people generally have lower grip strength than younger people. Some elderly people have difficulty opening even this force. Elderly fingertips have low water retention and may be slippery against plastics. Not only elderly people but also rehabilitation people face the same difficulty in opening.
When it is difficult to open everyday, things close to a cap such as a leather band, cloth, rubber band, etc. are used to assist the gripping force. However, with leather or cloth, the hand may be slippery. The rubber band may not transmit the force well. As a cap opening assisting tool, there is a hard plastic or metal ring having a claw that is angled in the opening direction on the inner periphery (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2003-300597). This opening device cannot obtain a certain effect if the cap sizes are different. In addition, there is a resin grip portion and a grip portion, and the grip portion has a friction material and is opened in a C shape (Registered Utility Model No. 3037435). Since these proposed openers must be at hand when needed, they must be carried at all times. These instruments have the disadvantages that they are bulky and cumbersome to remove from the carrying bag.
The opening of the paper pack is folded and bonded so that it can be opened with one touch. In order to open the bonded portion, a force for peeling the bond is required. Some paper packs are difficult to open even by powerful people, possibly due to variations in adhesive strength. In this case, since the opening is forcibly peeled off, the opening is often distorted. Even in the case of a normal paper pack, it is often difficult for a person with weak power to open the cap as in the case of the cap.
For people with weak power, the gripped pencil may slip on the fingertips and may not be able to write characters sufficiently. In addition, a person with weak power may not be able to eat enough because the gripped spoon slips on the fingertip.
The present invention has been made in view of the current situation as described above, and is easily carried when the container is difficult to open, when the object being gripped slips on the fingertip, or when the object slides down. The anti-slip material is attached to the main body through the covering film. And the surface of the upper adhesive layer of this anti-slip material is coat | covered with the mold release film, and the said anti-slip material is comprised so that removal from a main body is possible.
The paper pack according to the present invention includes a main body, a base layer, an adhesive layer on the upper side of the base layer, and an anti-slip material having an adhesive layer on the lower side of the base layer, and the anti-slip material is It is attached to the main body.

The material of the
A synthetic resin film is more preferably used for the
The thickness of the
The shape of the
The width of the
The upper pressure-
As the base polymer suitable for the pressure-sensitive adhesive, an acrylic resin is mainly used. Examples of the pressure-sensitive adhesive in which the acrylic resin is used include a copolymer of an acrylic resin and another resin, a gelled cross-linked product of the acrylic copolymer, and an emulsion of cross-linked acrylic polymer particles. . Examples of the copolymer include, for example, a polymer mainly composed of an alkyl acrylate ester monomer and a polymer mainly composed of vinyl acetate, methyl acrylate, methyl methacrylate, styrene, acrylonitrile, and the like. These block copolymers are known. As the gelled crosslinked product, an acrylic resin copolymer of an acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer and a carboxyl group-containing radical polymerizable monomer was gelled by a crosslinking agent having a functional group that reacts with a carboxyl group. There is something. In addition, there is one having a synthetic resin emulsion containing acrylic resin particles whose surface layer portion and the inside are cross-linked as a main component.
The same adhesive may be used for both the upper
If the lower
The upper
For example, a hydrophilic pressure-sensitive adhesive containing a metal cross-linked product of polyacrylic acid and polyacrylate is known. Specifically, it is preferable that the weight average molecular weight of the polyacrylic acid or the polyacrylate is about 10,000 to 5,000,000 in terms of tackiness and contact feeling. When two or more kinds of these polyacrylic acids having different average molecular weights and salts thereof are combined, better adhesive force and feeling of use can be obtained. In addition to the polymer obtained by polymerizing ordinary acrylic acid, a partially crosslinked acrylic acid polymer can also be suitably used.
Examples of the polyacrylate include monovalent metal salts of polyacrylic acid such as sodium polyacrylate, amine salts of polyacrylic acid such as polyethanol monoethanolamine, ammonium salts of polyacrylic acid, and the like. In order to improve the feeling of use of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, a cellulose derivative such as an alkali metal salt of carboxymethyl cellulose or hydroxymethyl cellulose may be added to the substrate. In other cases, those obtained by dispersing polymer particles having an epoxy group in an acrylic pressure-sensitive adhesive having a hydroxyl group, a carboxyl group or an amino group are used as the hydrophilic pressure-sensitive adhesive. As a commercially available hydrophilic adhesive material, specifically, a product name “Liquid Rubber” made of acrylic resin by Yutaka Make Co., Ltd. can be suitably used from the viewpoint of good usability.
When the upper adhesive layer gives a sticky feeling to the finger, olive oil and other oils are applied to this adhesive layer directly or through a release film to adjust the feeling of use. Also good. The upper

FIG. 3B is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view showing a cap-equipped

FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing how the
The
In each of the above embodiments, the configuration for taking out the anti-slip material attached to the container is not limited to perforations. For example, the anti-slip material may be adhered to the main body through or without the covering film in a state where the anti-slip material is put in a bag formed of a film. In this case, when the anti-slip material is used, the bag is peeled off from the main body and is torn and the anti-slip material is taken out.
FIG. 5 is a perspective view showing a

A slip does not occur only between a person's hand and an object. Slip also occurs between objects. When using daily necessities, the intended purpose of use may not be achieved due to slipping. FIG. 7 is a front view showing a situation where the
