Description

In recent years, in the filter industry, a filter medium replacement type air conditioning filter that replaces a filter medium has been adopted from the viewpoint of reducing industrial waste, improving the natural environment, and reducing costs. Accordingly, the present invention relates to a filter medium of a zigzag air filter that can be replaced with a filter frame.

Technical background

Conventionally, a filter bead is also replaced for a zigzag air filter in which a resin bead is applied to both sides or one side of a filter medium to form a resin layer, and then the resin layer is solidified so that the folding width of the filter medium is constant. Attempts have been made to install it freely. For example, in Patent Document 1, a filter medium having compression elasticity that is pleated and folded is compressed in the longitudinal direction, and a tape is applied to both ends in the width direction of the filter medium. After mounting on the filter frame, the tape is peeled off and compressed. An invention is disclosed in which the inner surface of both sides of the filter frame is sealed by elastic restoring force. However, this invention cannot be applied to the filter frame of the type that is taken in and out from the side, and since the shape of the filter medium is compressed and maintained using the tape, it is necessary to securely affix the tape at a predetermined size and a predetermined position. In addition, it takes a lot of man-hours and the shape of the filter itself is lost over time, and it is difficult to maintain the shape until it is used on site.

Further, in Patent Document 2, resin beads extending in a direction perpendicular to the pleats are attached to the front and back surfaces of the filter material folded in pleats, the pleat crease spacing is maintained, and the dimension between the left and right side surfaces of the air filter media is determined. An invention is disclosed in which the size is larger than the size between the left and right side plates of the filter frame, and the left and right side surfaces of the filter material for the air filter are pressed against the inner surfaces of the left and right side plates of the filter frame to be accommodated in the filter frame. However, in the present invention, only the left and right side surfaces of the air filter medium are used, and the upper and lower ends of the air filter medium are not devised as usual, and are not sufficient particularly for a filter frame that is taken in and out from the side. .

However, in both cases, the filter media were partially formed into a corrugated shape together with the folding of the filter media, and then a sealing packing material had to be attached to the outer periphery of the filter media with an adhesive. In this manufacturing method, the post-processing after forming the waveform is performed by human work, and accordingly, a corresponding cost is required. In addition, the use of adhesives and packing materials has problems such as consuming energy for the production of materials used for air-conditioning filters, and further consuming energy during disposal, and there are limits to cost reduction. It was.

The present invention is intended to solve the above-described problems, and is an air-conditioning filter medium that can be easily attached to a filter frame and that does not cause air leaks, especially for a type that is taken in and out from the side. The purpose is to provide.

Means for Solving the Invention

The solution of the present invention is that a plurality of resin beads are applied to both sides or one side of a filter medium to form a resin layer, and then the resin layer is folded in a zigzag manner to solidify the resin layer and the folding width of the filter medium is set at a constant interval. In the zigzag air filter, a filter bead can be easily replaced by applying a resin bead to the upper and lower ends of the filter medium while leaving ends of a predetermined width, respectively, and providing a sealing function at each of the ends. The present invention provides a filter medium for air conditioning.

Next, the manufacturing method of the air-conditioning filter medium will be described. First, creases at regular intervals are provided in the longitudinal direction of the filter medium cut to a predetermined width.

A resin bead having a predetermined interval is applied to both sides or one side while leaving ends of a predetermined width at the upper end and the lower end of the filter medium with the crease.

The filter medium coated with resin beads is pressed toward the fold line and folded in a zigzag shape.

The folded filter medium is joined by a resin bead applied on both sides or one side, and a zigzag air filter folded in a zigzag manner at a constant interval is completed.

Here, the ends formed at the upper and lower ends of the filter medium play an important part in the structure of the air-conditioning filter medium, that is, the ends formed at the upper and lower ends of the filter medium are connected to the filter frames of various materials. It functions as an air seal packing material. Therefore, the dimensions of the edges formed at the upper and lower ends of the filter medium are determined by the material, structure and dimensions of the filter frame and the rigidity of the material of the filter medium itself. The dimensions are arbitrary considering the rigidity such as the pressure resistance of the filter without deformation and damage.

The material of the filter medium may be any material such as non-woven fabric, glass fiber, paper, etc. as long as it has both an elongation and strength that do not easily collapse the folded shape, and can be appropriately selected according to the required performance.

The number of resin beads is appropriately determined depending on the rigidity of the material of the filter medium itself, but at least two, that is, the resin beads are applied leaving the end portions of a predetermined width at the upper and lower ends of the filter medium.

Further, although a synthetic resin is used as the material of the resin bead, a hot-melt type material such as a polyester resin or a polyamide resin is preferable in view of solidifying during the manufacturing process.

The operation of the problem solving means is as follows. That is, since the end portions of a predetermined width are formed from the resin beads on both sides to the filter medium for air conditioning to the upper end and the lower end of the filter medium, they are slightly bent by pressing. On the other hand, the central part of the filter medium sandwiched between the resin beads on both sides is fixed by the resin beads, and since the shape is stably maintained, it has a certain degree of hardness without being deformed. For this reason, when the air-conditioning filter medium is attached to the filter frame, the end of the filter medium is bent, and the repulsive force (elasticity) closely adheres to the filter frame and is sealed. On the other hand, the left and right side surfaces of the air-conditioning filter medium are installed so that the filter medium cutting surface is the primary side of the air flow with respect to the end portion, so that the filter medium cutting surface and the filter medium side surface are in contact with the filter frame and sealed. As a result, the air-conditioning filter medium is reliably held all around the filter frame, so that the air-conditioning filter medium is not displaced from or detached from the filter frame, improving airtightness and ensuring holding. . Furthermore, the air-conditioning filter medium can be obtained in which the filter medium is not displaced or detached from the filter frame even when the vehicle such as an automobile is shaken or shocked, or by external force or vibration.

The invention's effect

As described above, the air-conditioning filter medium of the present invention has the following effects.
(1) Since the function as an air seal packing material with the filter frame is provided at the upper end and the lower end of the filter medium, it has the effect of being easy to attach and remove and improving the airtightness.
(2) Since the air-conditioning filter medium is composed of only two types of materials, that is, the filter medium and the resin beads, the number of parts can be reduced, leading to reduction in manufacturing energy and industrial waste.
(3) An inexpensive air-conditioning filter medium is provided by minimizing the number of components of the air-conditioning filter medium and eliminating human work until commercialization.
(4) The air-conditioning filter medium is made of a filter medium such as a nonwoven fabric and a melt resin that is an adhesive that holds the filter medium in a required shape, and does not require an air seal packing material around the filter medium.
(5) Since there are almost no human steps to commercialization, the automation rate of the fully automated line can be made almost 100%, so that an inexpensive air-conditioning filter medium can be provided.
(6) Since the materials used can be reduced, it is possible to minimize the energy consumption required for production and disposal.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION

Hereinafter, an air-conditioning filter medium according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings.
(First embodiment)
In the present embodiment, FIG. 1 will be described. Reference numeral 1 denotes a filter medium for air conditioning, which is composed of a filter medium 2 folded in a zigzag shape at regular intervals and resin beads 3, 3 ′, 3 ″. Since the filter medium 2 is folded at regular intervals, the filter medium 2 The air that has entered from one side of the filter medium 2 is discharged from the other side of the filter medium 2. The resin beads 3, 3 ', and 3 "that serve as gap holding members between the filter medium 2 are the same on both sides of the filter medium 2. It is applied symmetrically. The tops of the resin beads 3, 3 ′, 3 ″ applied in the same symmetry are solidified and bonded so that adjacent filter media 2 adhere to the flow of the air flow so that the flow of the air flow is not hindered. Ends 6 and 7 having a predetermined width are formed from the resin beads 3 'and 3 "on both sides to the upper and lower ends of the filter medium, respectively, and the dimensions thereof are the material of the filter frame, the structure and dimensions, and the material of the filter medium itself. Although it is determined by the rigidity of the filter, it is at least slightly longer than the vertical dimension of the filter frame.

The FIG. 2 is a partially broken view showing a state in which the air-conditioning filter medium 1 is set in the filter frame 8. The air-conditioning filter medium 1 is held and inserted into the filter frame 8 from one side opening surface of the filter frame 8. At this time, the end portions 6 and 7 of the filter medium are bent while being slightly bent on the upper and lower inner surfaces of the filter frame 8, and are tightly sealed to the inner surface of the filter frame 8 by the repulsive force (elasticity). On the other hand, since both side ends 9 and 10 of the filter medium 2 have a certain degree of hardness, they are pressed and sealed tightly by both side plates of the filter frame 8.

In that case, since the air-conditioning filter medium 1 is restrained by the edges 11 formed on both sides of the filter frame 8, in the case of a vehicle filter, even if the vehicle body is shaken or shocked during use, it is used for air-conditioning. The filter medium 1 does not slip out or come off the filter frame 8.

Further, when a predetermined period of use has elapsed, the air-conditioning filter medium 1 is taken out from the filter frame 8 and cleaned or replaced with a new one, and used again. Thus, it can be easily replaced.

(Second Embodiment)
In the present embodiment, FIG. 3 will be described. FIG. 3 is a view from the secondary side of the airflow, using another filter frame 12. In this case, the air-conditioning filter medium 1 is inserted and attached to the filter frame 12 in a deformed state by pressing both sides of the filter medium 1 by hand from the opening surface of the filter frame 12. At this time, the end portions 6 and 7 of the filter medium are bent and tightly sealed with the filter frame by the repulsive force (elasticity). On the other hand, the left and right side surfaces of the filter medium are restored to the original shape and are sealed in a state where they are pressed against both side surfaces of the filter frame. As a result, the filter medium can be reliably held around the entire circumference of the filter frame, and the filter medium will not be displaced or detached from the filter frame, thereby improving airtightness and ensuring holding. Furthermore, a filter medium for air conditioning can be obtained in which the filter medium is not displaced or detached from the filter frame even by shaking or shock of a vehicle such as an automobile or external force or vibration.

In the above-described embodiment, only one example has been described, and the gist of the present invention is not changed even if various changes are made.

The present invention can be easily replaced with a filter frame and has high airtightness, and is optimal as a filter medium for filter medium exchange type general air conditioning. It is also optimal as a filter medium for replacement of air conditioning filters for vehicles such as automobiles that are susceptible to force and vibration.

It is a perspective view of the filter medium for an air conditioning which shows one Example of this invention. It is the figure which showed the state which mounted | wore the filter frame with the filter medium for an air conditioning, and is a partially broken figure. It is the figure which showed the state which attached the filter medium for an air conditioning to another filter frame, and was seen from the secondary side of airflow.
