Ｄ：おむつ長手方向中心線ＣＬと、ウエスト部伸縮領域５３の両端部における該伸縮領域５３の中央位置との間の距離Ｌａ（ｍｍ）。

作製したおむつの性能を下記方法で評価し、結果を表１に示した。
１．コンパクト性
装着前のおむつの様子を観察し、以下の基準で評価した。
〇：コンパクト △：ややコンパクト ×：コンパクトでない
２．装着時のすっきり感
おむつをモニターに装着し、装着した状態のおむつの外観を観察した。
○：すっきり △：ややすっきり ×：すっきりしていない [Evaluation]

表１に示す結果から、本発明品（実施例１，２）は、コンパクトであり、装着時にすっきりした外観を呈し、ずれや上端部の折れといった不都合が生じないことが判る。実施例２は、腹側部中央において、ウエスト部伸縮領域５３よりも上方の部分がやや折れやすいがほぼ問題がないレベルであった。
これに対して、比較例１は、ウエスト部伸縮領域５３よりも上方の部分が折れ、実用上問題があった。比較例２は、使用中にウエスト部伸縮領域５３の位置にずれが生じた。参考例は、締め付け力をかなり落としたものであり、そのため、ずれが生じやすくなったものである。 From the results shown in Table 1, it can be seen that the products of the present invention (Examples 1 and 2) are compact, have a clean appearance when mounted, and do not suffer from inconveniences such as displacement and bending of the upper end.
