According to the greening facility having the above-described configuration, since it has a water storage function capable of securing an appropriate amount of water, it is not necessary to install a large-scale irrigation device or to construct an expensive water storage system. Can be realized. Of course, since plastic bottles are used, recycling and ecology can be practiced.

Hereinafter, a potting container according to the present invention and a greening facility using the container will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.

1 is a perspective view of a potted container showing Example 1 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a sectional view of the main part, FIG. 3 is a manufacturing process chart, FIG. 4 is a manufacturing process chart, and FIG. FIG.

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a potting container 1 for cultivating a foliage plant (cultivation target) P such as pothos comprises an outer container body (lower member) 1a and an inner container body (upper member) 1b, It is made by a production method to be described later using a discarded plastic bottle.

The inner container body 1b is filled with an inorganic soil improving material 2 and a soil for cultivation part (or improved soil) 3 positioned above the soil improving material 2 and has a soil layer structure considering drainage. A plurality (four in the illustrated example) of drain holes 4 are formed in the circumferential direction on the circumferential surface of the outer container body 1a at positions where the circumferential surface of the inner container body 1b does not overlap.

The inner container body 1b and the outer container body 1a communicate with each other through a notch (V cut) 5 for water movement formed on the lower end surface of the inner container body 1b. Therefore, when water flows into the potting container 1 due to rainwater or irrigation and starts to accumulate, it eventually overflows from the drain hole 4 and the water level (upper limit value) becomes constant. Therefore, the upper part of the potting container 1 becomes the cultivation part 6 and the lower part becomes the water storage part 7 with the drainage hole 4 as a boundary.

The potting container 1 is manufactured through, for example, manufacturing steps shown in FIGS.
First, a 2 liter plastic bottle main body (having a square cross section and chamfered corners) B is divided into two parts by a cutter or the like to divide the outer container body (lower member) 1a and the inner container body (upper member) 1b. (See (a) and (b) of FIG. 3). At this time, the division position (height) can be arbitrarily adjusted.

Next, a plurality of cutouts (V cuts) 5 (four in the illustrated example) are formed in the circumferential direction on the end surface of the mouth neck 1c of the inner container body (upper member) 1b with a cutter or the like ((c) in FIG. 3). reference).

Next, the inner container body (upper member) 1b is forcibly fitted into the outer container body (lower member) 1a so that the mouth-and-neck portion 1c faces downward (see FIG. 4A). At this time, even if the end surface of the mouth and neck 1c is pressed against the bottom surface of the outer container body (lower member) 1a, the inner container body (upper member) 1b and the outer container body (lower The communication state with the member 1a is maintained. Moreover, you may couple | bond between the surrounding surfaces of the inner container body (upper member) 1b and the outer container body (lower member) 1a with an adhesive agent, a stapler, etc.

Finally, a drain hole 4 is formed on the peripheral surface of the outer container body (lower member) 1a with a drill or the like at a position that does not overlap with the peripheral surface of the inner container body (upper member) 1b (FIG. 4B). reference). At this time, the amount of water stored in the water storage section 7 can be adjusted by the position of the drain hole 4. Moreover, as shown in FIG. 5, the drain hole 4 is formed in the four chamfered corners of the outer container body (lower member) 1a.

As described above, according to the potting container 1 of the present embodiment, it has not only a water storage function but also a drainage function, and the position of the drainage hole 4 in the height direction is arbitrarily determined, so that the houseplant P such as pothos. It is possible to secure a necessary amount of water according to the above, and to stably supply water while avoiding death due to excessive water. That is, it can easily cope with various types of cultivation objects, and versatility is enhanced.

Further, since the drain holes 4 are formed in the chamfered portion at the corner of the outer container body (lower member) 1a, the drain holes 4 are not blocked even if a large number of the potting containers 1 are arranged horizontally in a predetermined section, Since the water storage and drainage functions of each potted container 1 are well maintained, it can be easily applied to a greening facility such as a building rooftop or a home veranda. Of course, since plastic bottles are used, recycling and ecology can be practiced.

In addition, in the said Example, when the particle | grains of the inorganic soil improvement material 2 are fine, and there exists a possibility of flowing out to the outer container body (lower member) 1a side, it is a filter, such as a nonwoven fabric, in the inner container body (upper member) 1b. May be appropriately interposed.

FIG. 6 is a structural explanatory view of a greening facility showing Example 2 of the present invention, in which FIG. 6 (a) is a plan view omitting the cultivation section soil (or improved soil), FIG. 6 (b) is a front sectional view, FIG. 7 is an enlarged view of the main part, and FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the main part.

In this example, a large number of potted containers 1 in Example 1 are horizontally arranged in a section of a predetermined area defined by a square frame (member) 12 on a roof waterproof layer 10 via a root-proof sheet 11. And it is the example which constructed the greening equipment for artificial ground by spreading the cultivation part soil 3 in the upper part of each container 1 in the whole area in the said division. In the illustrated example, the cultivation section soil 3 is not filled in each container 1, but the cultivation section soil 3 is filled in each container 1 in the same manner as in the first embodiment, and then the cultivation section is spread over the entire area in the section. The soil 3 may be laid down.

A gap C2 between the square frame 12 and the peripheral surface of each container 1 is filled with a padding (not shown) made of particles larger than the drain holes 4 or a fibrous material such as moss, and each of the four containers 1 The gap C1 formed at the corner of the peripheral surface is closed with a cap 13 of a plastic bottle processed to fit over the four containers 1 (in FIG. 6A, three representatively) Only the water storage and drainage functions by the drain holes 4 of each container 1 are well maintained.

In the illustrated example, the peripheral wall of the cap 13 is cut and raised at four locations to form slits 13c, and these slits 13c are fitted across the peripheral corners of the containers 1 adjacent to each other. It is supposed to be. In addition, 14 in FIG. 8 is a staple, and the peripheral surfaces of the containers 1 adjacent to each other are connected to each other. Further, instead of closing the gap C1 with the cap 13, a filling may be filled to prevent the cultivation part soil from flowing out or to ensure drainage from the drain hole.

As described above, according to the greening facility of this embodiment, since it has a water storage function that can secure an appropriate amount of water, it is not necessary to install a large-scale irrigation device or to construct an expensive water storage system. Can be realized. Of course, since plastic bottles are used, recycling and ecology can be practiced.

Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications such as using PET bottles having different capacities and cross-sectional shapes are possible without departing from the scope of the present invention. Moreover, in the state of FIG. 8, it can utilize also as storage containers, such as an accessory case.
