Claims (8)
- 殊に自動車搭載電源網における少なくとも1つのセンサ(6)に対するセンサ保護回路であって、
センサ(6)に給電するために少なくとも1つの給電線路(3, 4)を有している形式のものにおいて、
給電線路(3)を介して流れる電流を検出するために電流測定ユニット(R1, R3, T2, T3, R4)が設けられており、過電圧によるセンサ(6)の障害が阻止され、
前記電流測定ユニット(R1, R3, T2, T3, T4)は、電流制限のために、電流制限部(T1)と接続されており、および/または給電線路(3)の分離のためにスイッチングエレメント(T1)と接続されている、
ことを特徴とするセンサ保護回路。 - 前記電流測定ユニット(R1, R3, T2, T3, R4)によって監視される給電線路(3)は、センサ(6)に対するアース線路である、請求項1記載のセンサ保護回路。
- 前記スイッチングエレメント(T1)は給電線路(3)を分離させるために制御入力側(9)と接続されている、請求項1および/または請求項2記載のセンサ保護回路。
- センサ(6)からセンサ信号を受け入れる信号線路(7)が設けられている、請求項1から3までの少なくとも1項記載のセンサ保護回路。
- センサ(6)に電流を供給するために、電圧線路(4)およびアース線路(3)が設けられている、請求項1から4までの少なくとも1項記載のセンサ保護回路。
- 前記電圧線路(4)および/またはアース線路(3)および/または信号線路(7)は、過電圧を阻止するために少なくとも1つのツェナーダイオード(D3, D4)および/または少なくとも1つのコンデンサ(C2, C3, C4)と接続されている、請求項1から5までの少なくとも1項記載のセンサ保護回路。
- 前記ツェナーダイオード(D3, D4)および/またはコンデンサ(C2, C3, C4)は、一方での電圧線路(4)および/または信号線路(7)と、他方でのアース線路(3)の間に接続されている、請求項6記載のセンサ保護回路。
- 前記センサ(6)は短絡保護として少なくとも1つのツェナーダイオード(D1, D2)を有しており、
前記センサ保護回路(1)のツェナーダイオード(D3, D4)は、センサ(6)のツェナーダイオード(D1, D2)よりも低いブレークダウン電圧を有している、請求項6および/または請求項7記載のセンサ保護回路。
