Abstract
該圧電膜が内面、外面、第一端縁部及び第二端縁部を含み、
該圧電膜支持構造体が、
圧電膜の内面が貼り付けられている外面;
圧電膜の第一端縁部を挟持する、互いに向かい合う2つの第一圧電膜挟持壁;
2つの第一圧電膜挟持壁のうちの1つに配置された、圧電膜の内面を電気的に接続するための第一導電領域;
圧電膜の第二端縁部を挟持する、互いに向かい合う2つの第二圧電膜挟持壁;及び
2つの第二圧電膜挟持壁のうちの1つに配置された、圧電膜の外面を電気的に接続するための第二導電領域
を含むことを特徴とする圧電サウンドモニター。
Description
0.001Hz〜1GHzの広い周波数範囲;
水及びヒト組織に近い低音響インピーダンス;
高い絶縁耐力;
良好な機械的強度; そして
耐湿性を有し、多くの化学物質に対して不活性であること。
本発明は、内面、外面、第一端縁部及び第二端縁部からなる圧電膜を含む圧電サウンドモニターに関する。圧電サウンドモニターは、外面、互いに向かい合う2つの第一圧電膜挟持壁、第一導電領域、互いに向かい合う2つの第二圧電膜挟持壁、及び第二導電領域からなる圧電膜支持構造体も含む。圧電膜の内面は、圧電膜支持構造体の外面に貼り付けられている。圧電膜の第一端縁部は、2つの第一圧電膜挟持壁に挟持されており、第一導電領域は、2つの第一圧電膜挟持壁のうちの1つに配置され、圧電膜の内面を電気的に接続している。圧電膜の第二端縁部は、2つの第二圧電膜挟持壁に挟持されており、そして第二導電領域は、2つの第二圧電膜挟持壁のうちの1つに配置され、圧電膜の外面を電気的に接続している。
フレームの該窓を覆って延びる圧電膜であって、外面、フレームの第一面に貼り付けられた内面、及び概ね向かい合う第一端縁部及び第二端縁部を含む圧電膜;
フレームの第二面に面した第一面、第一面の反対側にある第二面、第一面上の第一導電領域、及び第二面上の第二導電領域を有するボード;及び
フレームに接続されたハウジングであって、ボードの第二面に面した内面を有するハウジング
を含む圧電サウンドモニターにも関する。
圧電膜の第一面が第一接触領域と接触するように、圧電膜の第一端縁部を第一接触領域に締結し;
圧電膜を、フレームの窓を覆うように広げ;そして
圧電膜の第二面が第二接触領域と接触するように、圧電膜の第二端縁部を第二接触領域に締結する
ことを含む方法にも関する。
本発明による圧電生体サウンドモニターの態様について、添付の図面に参照して説明する。添付の図面において、生体サウンドモニターは、一般的に参照番号2で示される。
プリント回路ボード8の上面において(図1参照):
−矩形基材36の第一長辺縁部に隣接して長さ方向に配置された、圧電膜4の内面に接続するための導電露出帯状領域42(a longitudinal, electrically conductive exposed strip area 42);
−中央に長さ方向に配置された、コネクター56(図3及び4参照)に接続するための、互いに平行で横方向に隣接した3つの露出導電トレース96;
−プリント回路ボード8の上面の導電領域と、プリント回路ボード8の下面の導電領域との間に機械加工で貫通形成された、プリント回路ボード8の上面と下面の導電領域を電気的に接続するための複数の孔100;
−プリント回路の導電領域の一部を形成し、個々の孔100を囲む、露出した接触パッド101;及び
プリント回路ボード8の下面において(図2参照);
−矩形基材36の第二長辺縁部に隣接して長さ方向に配置された、圧電膜4の外面に接続するための導電露出帯状領域40(a longitudinal, electrically conductive exposed strip area 40);
−プリント回路の導電領域の一部を形成し、個々の孔100を囲む、露出した接触パッド103;及び
−プリント回路ボード8のプリント回路に電気的に接続された、電子部品を接続及び取り付けるための複数の接触パッド38。
−浅い窪み34の4つの角に各々配置され、矩形フレーム6の部材21及び23の穴27、29、31及び33にそれぞれ嵌合する4つのピン52;
−コネクター56を受けとめるためのU字型トラック92;及び
−矩形ハウジング10の対応する端部において窓58を規定するブリッジ部材55であって、U字型トラック92においてコネクター56が滑動できるように、ハウジング10よりも薄いブリッジ部材55。
Claims (21)
- 圧電膜及び圧電膜支持構造体を含む圧電サウンドモニターであって、
該圧電膜が内面、外面、第一端縁部及び第二端縁部を含み、
該圧電膜支持構造体が、
圧電膜の内面が貼り付けられている外面;
圧電膜の第一端縁部を挟持する、互いに向かい合う2つの第一圧電膜挟持壁;
2つの第一圧電膜挟持壁のうちの1つに配置された、圧電膜の内面を電気的に接続するための第一導電領域;
圧電膜の第二端縁部を挟持する、互いに向かい合う2つの第二圧電膜挟持壁;及び
2つの第二圧電膜挟持壁のうちの1つに配置された、圧電膜の外面を電気的に接続するための第二導電領域
を含むことを特徴とする圧電サウンドモニター。 - 窓を有し、第一面及び第二面を有するフレーム;
フレームの該窓を覆って延びる圧電膜であって、外面、フレームの第一面に貼り付けられた内面、及び概ね向かい合う第一端縁部及び第二端縁部を含む圧電膜;
フレームの第二面に面した第一面、第一面の反対側にある第二面、第一面上の第一導電領域、及び第二面上の第二導電領域を有するボード;及び
フレームに接続されたハウジングであって、ボードの第二面に面した内面を有するハウジング
を含む圧電サウンドモニターであって、
圧電膜の第一端縁部が、フレームの第二面を覆うように折り曲げられ、フレームの第二面とボードの第一導電領域との間に挟持されることによって、ボードの第一導電領域が圧電膜の外面に電気的に接続されており、
圧電膜の第二端縁部が、ボードの第二面を覆うように折り曲げられ、ボードの第二導電領域とハウジングの内面との間に挟持されることによって、ボードの第二導電領域が圧電膜の内面に電気的に接続されている
ことを特徴とする圧電サウンドモニター。 - 該圧電膜が圧電材コアシート、圧電膜の外面を形成する第一電極コーティング、及び圧電膜の内面を形成する第二電極コーティングからなることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- 該フレームをくり抜いて形成した、該ボードを受けるための受座を有し、
該ハウジングが、フレーム、圧電膜及びボードを受けるための浅い窪みを有する
ことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。 - 患者の体内で発生する生体音を検出するために、該圧電サウンドモニターの圧電膜外面を患者の体に接着するための粘着面を有する粘着性部材を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- 該粘着性部材が、ボードとフレームの間に挟持された粘着シートを含むことを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- ボードがプリント回路ボードであって、該プリント回路ボードのプリント回路に第一導電領域及び第二導電領域が電気的に接続されていることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- ハウジングをフレームに接続するための、相互に嵌合するピンと穴の組を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- 該プリント回路ボードの第二面が、外部コネクターを接続するための複数の導電トレースを有し、該導電トレースがプリント回路ボードのプリント回路に接続していることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- 該ハウジングが、該複数の導電トレースを露出するための開口部を有することを特徴とする、請求項9に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- 該外部コネクターがハウジングを含み、外部コネクターのハウジング及び圧電サウンドモニターのハウジングが、互いに滑動し合う相補的トラックエレメントを有することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- 該複数の導電トレースが、直線状であり、互いに平行で横方向に隣接しており、また、互いに滑動し合う該トラックエレメントの滑動方向に対して平行であり、それにより、該トラックエレメントが互いに滑動し合う際に、外部コネクターのブレードが該複数の導電トレース上を滑動することを特徴とする、請求項11に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- ハウジングの該開口部が、外部コネクターを受けとめるトラックを規定することを特徴とする、請求項10に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- プリント回路ボードのプリント回路に接続された、音の検出に応答して圧電膜より得られる電気信号を処理するための少なくとも1種の電子部品を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- 該少なくとも1種の電子部品が、圧電膜から得られる電気信号を処理するための周波数変調器を含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- 該少なくとも1種の電子部品が、圧電膜から得られる電気信号を処理するためのパルス幅変調器を含むことを特徴とする、請求項14に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- 該少なくとも1種の電子部品が、圧電膜からパルス幅変調器に供給される電気信号を予備処理するための緩衝器を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項16に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- プリント回路ボードのプリント回路に接続された少なくとも1種の電子部品であって、生体音の検出に応答して圧電膜より得られる電気信号から生体音信号及び心電信号を生成するための電子部品を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項7に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- 該少なくとも1種の電子部品が電界効果トランジスタを含み、該電界効果トランジスタが、圧電膜より得られる電気信号が供給されるゲート電極、心電信号を供給するためのソース電極、及び生体音信号を供給するためのドレイン電極を含むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- 該少なくとも1種の電子部品が、電界効果トランジスタのドレイン電極からの生体音信号を送信するための光学結合器を更に含むことを特徴とする、請求項18に記載の圧電サウンドモニター。
- 音を検出するためのサウンドモニターを組み立てる方法であって、
圧電膜の第一面が第一接触領域と接触するように、圧電膜の第一端縁部を第一接触領域に締結し;
圧電膜を、フレームの窓を覆うように広げ;そして
圧電膜の第二面が第二接触領域と接触するように、圧電膜の第二端縁部を第二接触領域に締結する
ことを含む方法。
