Claims (11)
- 各々が電気絶縁層(3)によって囲まれた、金属の少なくとも2つの電気伝導体(1)と、
前記絶縁層(3)の外側で前記伝導体(1)を取り囲む電気シールド(5、6、11)と、
前記電気シールドを取り囲む湿気バリア(11)とを
含む絶縁電気ケーブルであって、
前記電気伝導体(1)と前記湿気バリア(11)との間の領域に配置され、前記領域を少なくとも部分的には充填する、少なくとも部分的には電気的伝導物質である、前記電気シールドの少なくとも2つのシールドストリップ(5)と、
前記シールドストリップ(5)内に配置され、前記シールドストリップと電気的に接触する金属のシールドワイヤ(6)とを有し、
前記湿気バリア(11)は、少なくとも前記シールドストリップ(5)を介して、前記シールドワイヤ(6)と電気的に接触する電気的伝導物質の層を含んでいることを特徴とする絶縁電気ケーブル。 - 前記湿気バリア(11)は前記ケーブルに沿って伸張する接合部を有し、
前記接合部はその長さの少なくとも一部分に沿って前記シールドストリップ(5)と接触し、このようにして、前記接合部が固く耐久性のあるものとなるようにプレスされることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の絶縁電気ケーブル。 - 前記シールドワイヤ(6)はアルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の絶縁電気ケーブル。
- 前記シールドワイヤ(6)は銅であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の絶縁電気ケーブル。
- 前記シールドストリップ(5)は腐食を防止し、水との接触時には膨張特性ももつ充填物質(10)であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の絶縁電気ケーブル。
- 前記湿気バリア(11)の伝導層はアルミニウムであることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の絶縁電気ケーブル。
- 前記湿気バリア(11)の伝導層は銅であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の絶縁電気ケーブル。
- 前記湿気バリア(11)は溝が作られることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の絶縁電気ケーブル。
- 水との接触時に膨張する前記湿気バリア(11)の下側に1つの層が存在することを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の絶縁電気ケーブル。
- 前記シールドワイヤ(6)は前記湿気バリア(11)の前記伝導層と直接的な電気的接触をもつように構成されることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の絶縁電気ケーブル。
- 前記シールドワイヤ(9)は、前記ケーブルの構造の開口を容易にするために、尖った形の断面をもつことを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の絶縁電気ケーブル。
