Abstract
【解決手段】熱交換器、特に自動車の暖房または空調装置用の熱交換器であって、互いに並行に配置されて伝熱媒体を流通させる複数の扁平管を有し、扁平管の少なくとも一部に、熱交換器のろう接後に取付けられる電気運転式加熱素子が補助ヒータとして付設されており、この加熱素子が保持要素によって熱交換器に固定されており、各加熱素子が当該扁平管に関して正面側でかつこれと平行に延設され、やはり扁平管と平行に延設される保持要素によって取付けられている。

Claims (11)
- 熱交換器、特に自動車暖房または空調装置用の熱交換器であって、互いに並行に配置されて伝熱媒体を流通させる複数の扁平管(2;12;22;32;42;52;62;72;82)を有し、扁平管(2;12;22;32;42;52;62;72;82)の少なくとも一部に、熱交換器(1;41;81)のろう接後に取付けられる電気運転式加熱素子(4;14;24;34;44;54;64;74;84;104;114;124)が補助ヒータとして付設されており、この加熱素子が保持要素(5;15;25;35;45;55;65;75;85;105;115;125)によって熱交換器(1;41;81)に固定されており、各加熱素子(4;14;24;34;44;54;64;74;84;104;114;124)が当該扁平管(2;12;22;32;42;52;62;72;82)に関して正面側でかつこれと平行に延設され、やはり扁平管(2;12;22;32;42;52;62;72;82)と平行に延設される保持要素(5;15;25;35;45;55;65;75;85;105;115;125)によって取付けられていることを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 張り出したフィン束(13;103)によって保持要素(15;105)が形成されており、または張り出したフィン束の間に保持要素(125)が受容されていることを特徴とする、請求項1記載の熱交換器。
- 加熱素子(14)が、または加熱素子(104;114;124)の主要領域が、張り出したフィン束(13;103)の間に少なくとも部分的に押し込まれていることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載の熱交換器。
- 張り出したフィン束(103)の隅が加熱素子(104)用導入穴の領域で丸められまたは斜にされていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 保持要素(5;15;25;35;45;55;65;75;85;115)が保持格子(6;46;86)として構成され、および/または加熱素子(84;104;114)が加熱格子(84’;104’)として構成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 保持要素(5;15;25;35;45;55;65;75;85;115;125)が熱伝導式に熱交換器(1;41;81)に取付けられていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 加熱素子(4;14;24;34;44;54;64;74;84)および/または保持要素が絶縁被覆(4’’;14’’;84’’)を有し、または絶縁被覆を備えていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 加熱素子(114)が蛇行状に構成されており、互いに平行に延びる個々の加熱区画が各1つの側で結合腹部を介して各1つの隣接加熱区画と結合されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 個々の加熱区画の間の導電線路に冷却突部が設けられていることを特徴とする、請求項8記載の熱交換器。
- 加熱素子(124)と保持要素(125)が複合材料として一体に構成されていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
- 単数または複数の過温度ヒューズ(S)が設けられていることを特徴とする、先行請求項のいずれか1項記載の熱交換器。
