Abstract
Description
図1は、円形のパイロンセグメント4(上側からみて)を示している。なお、このパイロンセグメントでは、その一部の部品はパイロンセグメント表面から取り外されている。ここで、パイロンセグメントの上部領域2(upper region)に加熱要素1が挿入され(let into)、この加熱要素は、コンクリートセグメント4内において曲がりくねった形状で配置された電熱線5を備えていることがわかるであろう。また、電熱線5に対して、2つの接続端子6a、6bが設けられていることもわかるであろう。これらの接続端子に、例えば、電熱線5を流れることができる大電流を生成する溶接変圧器を接続することが可能である。これにより、電熱線5は加熱され、セグメントの最上部の領域でコンクリートを加熱し、その結果セグメント上の接着材が硬化することができる。
Claims (6)
- 互いに重ね合わせられたセグメントを備えていて、互いに重ね合わせられた上記セグメント間に接着材が存在する、風力発電装置のパイロンであって、
下向きに配置されたセグメント(4)の上部領域、及び/又は、上記セグメントの上面に上向きに配置されたセグメント(6)の下部領域に、反対に配置されたセグメントに向いた加熱要素が設けられていることを特徴とするパイロン。 - 上記加熱要素が、上記セグメントの頂面に配設され、又は上記セグメント(4)自体の内部において上記頂面の下に配設された電熱線(5)又はPTC抵抗線を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のパイロン。
- 上記電熱線(5)又はPCT抵抗線が、その加熱のために電流が流れるワイヤであることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載のパイロン。
- 上記電熱線(5)が、上記セグメントの頂面で、又は上記セグメント(4)内の下部領域で、曲がりくねった形状で配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載のパイロン。
- 上記電熱線(5)を加熱するために、溶接変圧器又はその他の電流生成装置を接続することができる電流接続端子(6a、6b)を備えていることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1つに記載のパイロン。
- 請求項1〜5のいずれか1つに記載のパイロンを備えている風力発電装置。
