The shelf mounting structures described in the above-mentioned literature are all for the purpose of adjusting the distance between the wall surface and the placement surface of the shelf, or widening the range of freedom of the shape of the shelf. It does not increase the horizontal accuracy of the shelf attached to the wall.
That is, in the technique of the above-mentioned document, after attaching a member (specifically, the demon nut 4 or the mounting bracket 1) fixed to the wall surface, the horizontal accuracy of the shelf connected to this member is inferior. However, in order to improve the horizontal accuracy of the shelf, the members (demon nut 4 and mounting bracket 1) fixed to the wall surface must be removed and reattached. In addition, there is a problem in that the initial mounting position remains as a trace of a fixing tool such as a nail or a screw, and the appearance is deteriorated.
Therefore, the present invention is a wall surface mounting connector used by interposing between an article such as a shelf and a wall surface, and can attach the article such as a shelf to the wall surface in a detachable manner. It is an object of the present invention to provide a wall surface mounting connector that can improve the horizontal accuracy of an article such as a shelf without removing a fixing means such as a nail or a screw that has penetrated.

As shown in FIGS. 1 to 4, the wall surface mounting connector 1 of the present invention includes a first screw member 2, a fixing member 3, and a second screw member 4.
The first screw member 1 is a screw member formed by integrally forming a head portion 5, a rotation prevention portion 6, and a screw portion 7.
Here, the head 5 is a thin disk-like plate-like body having a diameter that cannot pass through the long hole 10 of the fixing member 3.
The rotation preventing portion 6 can be fitted into the long hole 10 of the fixing member 3 and cannot rotate about the axis of the first screw member 1 in the state fitted in the long hole 10. It is a portion formed in a shape, and specifically, is a substantially square plate-like body interposed between the head portion 5 and the screw portion 7. The length of the diagonal line of the outer surface (substantially square surface) of the rotation preventing portion 6 is determined to be smaller than the diameter of the head portion 5 and larger than the diameter of the screw portion 7.
The rotation preventing portion 6 may be anything that can be fitted in the elongated hole 10 of the fixing member 3 in a non-rotatable manner, and may be a substantially hexagonal plate, a substantially rectangular plate, or the like. Also good.
The screw portion 7 is a male screw portion in which a male screw is threaded on the peripheral surface of a cylindrical body having a diameter that can be inserted into the long hole 10 of the fixing member 3.

The fixing member 3 includes a flat plate portion 8 having a shape as if the inside was cut into a substantially rectangular shape, leaving only the edge portion of a substantially rectangular flat plate-like body, and a substantially rectangular edge inside the flat plate portion 8. A concave portion forming plate portion 9 formed so as to rise inward from the flat plate portion 8 so as to have a predetermined height, and a strip-shaped long hole 10 formed inward of the concave portion forming plate portion 9. It is formed as having.
Here, the flat plate portion 8 has fixing tool insertion holes 12 at each of the four corners. By inserting a fixing tool (not shown) such as a nail from the second screw member 4 side to the first screw member 2 side (wall surface side) through these fixing tool insertion holes 12, The fixing member 3 can be fixed to a wall surface (see FIG. 9) that contacts the back surface of the fixing member 13.
The recessed portion forming plate portion 9 has a fixing tool insertion hole 13 at each of an upper portion and a lower portion thereof. If a fixing tool such as a nail is inserted using the fixing tool insertion hole 13 in addition to the fixing tool insertion hole 12, the fixing member 3 can be more firmly fixed to the wall surface. Note that a fixing tool such as a nail inserted through the fixing tool insertion hole 13 is inserted obliquely with respect to the wall surface.

The width (longitudinal dimension) of the long hole 10 of the recess forming plate portion 9 rotates the rotation preventing portion 6 without passing the head portion 5 with respect to the first screw member 2 as described above. It is determined so that it is impossible to fit and the threaded portion 7 can pass freely. In addition, the length of the long hole 10 (dimension in the longitudinal direction) is adjusted by adjusting the position of an article such as a shelf, which is the object of the present invention, by sliding the first screw member 2 along the long hole 10. The size can be set within an appropriate range.
The portion composed of the concave portion forming plate portion 9 and the long hole 10 forms a concave portion 11 that can accommodate the head portion 5 of the first screw member 2 without protruding toward the wall surface side from the flat plate portion 8. ing. That is, as shown in FIGS. 2 to 4, the head 5 of the first screw member 2 is fixed in a state where the first screw member 2 and the second screw member 4 are fastened to the fixing member 3. It fits in the space (concave part 11) on the second screw member 4 side with respect to the surface of the flat member 8 of the member 3 that extends inward from the back surface. Therefore, when the fixing member 3 is fixed to a wall surface (not shown) that is an attachment target surface, the head portion 5 of the first screw member 2 is accommodated in the recess 11 between the wall surface and the fixing member 3. become.

The second screw member 4 includes a housing 14 and a head 15.
The casing 14 is formed in a columnar shape, and a threaded portion 16 for screwing with the threaded portion 7 of the first threaded member 2 is drilled at a predetermined depth in the axial direction on the end surface. .
The end surface of the housing 14 has a diameter larger than the width of the long hole 10 of the fixing member 3. Therefore, after the rotation preventing portion 6 of the first screw member 2 is fitted into the elongated hole 10 of the fixing member 3, the screw portion 16 of the second screw member 4 is connected to the screw portion 7 of the first screw member 2. When the head 15 of the second screw member 4 is rotated in a predetermined direction, the second screw member 4 moves toward the fixing member 3 and finally the fixing member 3. To the fixing member 3 together with the first screw member 2.
The head 15 is formed in a disc shape having a diameter larger than the diameter of the housing 14. In addition, a groove 17 is formed in the head 15 for inserting and rotating the end of the driver.
In order to increase the fastening force when the first screw member 2 and the second screw member 4 are fastened to the fixing member 3, a washer or the like is provided between the second screw member 4 and the fixing member 3. May be interposed.

As the first screw member and the fixing member, for example, those having the form shown in FIG. 5 may be used in addition to those shown in FIG. FIG. 5A is a perspective view showing the first screw member 20 and the fixing member 23 separated from each other, and FIG. 5B is a first screw member 20 and the fixing member 23. It is a perspective view shown in the state which combined.
In FIG. 5, the first screw member 20 includes a head portion 21 that is a substantially square plate-like body and a screw portion 22. The shape of the head 21 may be any shape as long as it can be accommodated in the recess 25 of the fixing member 23 so as not to rotate. Specifically, the head 21 has a thickness smaller than the depth dimension of the recess 25. And a plate-like body having a shape that cannot be rotated in the recess 25 (for example, a substantially square, a substantially rectangle, a substantially hexagon, etc. having a width slightly smaller than the width of the recess 25), etc. .
On the other hand, the fixing member 23 includes a flat plate portion 26 (only a part in the longitudinal direction is shown in FIG. 5) formed in the same shape as the flat plate portion 8 shown in FIG. 1, and a flat plate. A concave portion forming plate portion 27 formed so as to rise from the flat plate portion 26 so as to have a predetermined height inward from a substantially rectangular edge inside the portion 26; And a strip-shaped long hole 24 formed on the side.
The concave portion forming plate portion 27 includes a vertical plate portion that is vertically bent from an inner edge of the flat plate portion 26 and has a predetermined height, and an inner portion from the end portion of the vertical plate portion. And a horizontal plate portion formed by bending vertically toward the direction. The outline of the long hole 24 is formed by the inner periphery of the horizontal plate portion.

The portion formed by the concave portion forming plate portion 27 and the long hole 24 forms a concave portion 25 that can accommodate the head portion 21 of the first screw member 20 without protruding toward the wall surface side from the flat plate portion 26. ing. That is, as shown in FIG. 5 (b), the head 21 of the first screw member 20 is fitted in the recess 25 (with the second screw member 4 similar to FIG. 1 not shown) In the state of being fastened to the member 23), the head 21 of the first screw member 20 is on the side of the second screw member with respect to the surface extending the inward of the back surface of the flat plate portion 26 of the fixing member 23. It fits in the space (recess 25). Therefore, when the fixing member 23 is fixed to a wall surface (not shown) that is an attachment target surface, the head portion 21 of the first screw member 20 is accommodated in the recess 25 between the wall surface and the fixing member 23. become.
The head 21 of the first screw member 20 cannot pass through the long hole 24 of the fixing member 23 and cannot rotate with respect to the fixing member 23 as shown in FIG. It has the function of the head 5 and the rotation prevention part 6 of the 1st screw member 2 shown in FIG.
As a method of fixing the fixing members 3 and 23 to the wall surface, a strong adhesive layer may be provided on the back surface of the fixing members 3 and 23 without using a fixing tool such as a nail.

Next, an example of the article attachment connector used together with the wall surface attachment connector will be described. The following example is an example of the article attachment connector used in combination with the wall surface attachment connector 1 shown in FIG.
In FIG. 6, a shelf 30 that is an object to be attached to a wall surface includes a pair of side wall portions 31 and a horizontal wall portion 32 that is laid between the side wall portions 31.
On the back surface of the shelf 30 (the surface on the side in contact with the wall surface), an article attachment connector 33 is mounted on each surface of the pair of side wall portions 31.
The article mounting connector 33 is composed of a flat plate member 34 having a fixing tool insertion hole for inserting a fixing tool 37 such as a nail or a screw. A strong adhesive layer may be provided on the back surface of the flat plate member 34 in place of the combination of the fixing tool 37 and the fixing tool insertion hole.
As shown in FIG. 8, the flat plate member 34 is a laminate of a surface layer plate 34a, an intermediate layer plate 34b, and a base layer plate 34c, and a hole 35 and a groove 36 are formed by these plates 34a, 34b, and 34c. In addition, the thickness of the intermediate | middle layer board 34b is determined so that it may become larger than the thickness of the head 15 of the 2nd screw member 4. FIG.

The hole 35 is a hole for locking the head portion 15 of the second screw portion 4 of the wall surface mounting connector 1, and the head portion 15 of the second screw member 4 is inserted as shown in FIG. The first circular opening 35a formed so as to be able to be straight, and a straight groove having a width smaller than the diameter of the head portion 15 of the second screw member 4 and larger than the diameter of the housing 14 of the second screw member The second opening portion 35b has a continuous shape.
After inserting the head portion 15 of the second screw member 4 into the first opening 35a (FIG. 7 (a)), the groove portion 36 keeps the inserted depth while maintaining the second depth. The screw member 4 is formed on the edge of the second opening 35b so that the head 15 of the screw member 4 can slide to the upper end of the second opening 35b (FIG. 7B).
The groove portion 36 is a portion that cannot be seen from the front surface of the flat plate member 34, and is distinguished from the hole 35. The groove portion 36 is a mismatched portion between the hole of the intermediate layer plate 34b and the hole of the surface layer plate 34a, and the hole 35 is a matching portion (overlapping portion) of the hole of the intermediate layer plate 34b and the hole of the surface layer plate 34a.

A method of using the wall surface mounting connector 1 will be described. First, as shown in FIG. 9A, a pair of wall surface mounting connectors 1 are placed at a predetermined height in the left-right direction with respect to the wall surface 50. A predetermined distance (specifically, a distance equal to the distance between the pair of article attachment connectors 33 mounted on the shelf 30) is fixed apart.
Next, as shown in FIG. 9B, the shelf 30 is brought close to the pair of wall surface mounting connectors 1. As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8, a pair of wall surface attachments are provided in the first openings 35a of the respective holes 35 of the pair of article attachment couplers 33 attached to the back surface of the shelf 30. The head 15 of each second screw member 4 of the connector 1 is inserted ((a) of FIG. 7), and then the inserted depth of the head 15 of the second screw member 4 is maintained. When the shelf 30 is lowered, the head 15 of the second screw member 4 is located upward along the second opening 35b in a state where the head 15 is sandwiched between the surface layer plate 34a and the base layer plate 34c (FIG. 8). It slides and reaches the upper end of the second opening 35b (FIG. 7B) and is locked. Thus, the work for attaching the shelf 30 to the wall surface 50 is completed.
When the horizontal accuracy of the shelf 30 is low after the shelf 30 is attached, the shelf 30 is removed and the head of the second screw member 4 of either one of the pair of wall surface attachment connectors 1 is removed. The second screw member 4 is loosened by rotating the portion 15 in a predetermined direction, and then the second screw member 4 is slid in the vertical direction, so that the other second screw member 4 is slid. 4 is finely adjusted and tightened so as to be at the same height as the point 4, and then the pair of second screw members 4 are locked in the holes 35 of the article attachment coupler 33 attached to the shelf 30. That's fine.

In this invention, what has a various form can be used as a shelf which is a target article attached to a wall surface. For example, as shown in FIG. 10, in addition to the shelf 30 shown in FIG. 6 (FIG. 10 (a)) having a single stage mounting surface, a shelf 38 (FIG. 10) having a two stage mounting surface and a ceiling plate. (B)), a shelf 39 having two orthogonal back surfaces to be attached to an intersecting portion (a corner portion of a room) of two orthogonal wall surfaces (FIG. 10 (c)), and the like. it can. In FIG. 10, the position of the article attachment coupler 33 is indicated by a dotted line.
In FIG. 10B, the article attachment coupler 33 is attached to each of the upper center part and the lower center part of the rear surface of the shelf 38 so that the hole 35 extends in the left-right direction. This is an example in which the upper end and the lower end of each can be adjusted in the horizontal direction (left-right direction). In this case, the wall surface attachment connector 1 is fixed to the wall surface so that the longitudinal direction of the long hole 10 extends in the left-right direction corresponding to the article attachment connector 33. In addition, at the end of the second opening 35b of the article attachment coupler 33, a notch and a groove portion associated therewith are formed in the width direction (short direction) of the second opening 35b. If the end portion of the opening 35b is a substantially T-shaped opening, the head 15 of the second screw member 4 enters the substantially T-shaped portion, and the shelf 38 moves in the left-right direction. Can be prevented.

In the present invention, instead of the second screw member 4 shown in FIG. 1 and the article attachment coupler 33 shown in FIG. 6, a second screw member and an article attachment coupler having other forms may be used. Good.
For example, as shown in FIG. 11, a screw portion 42 (FIG. 11) is attached to the other end of a housing 41 having a screw portion (not shown) similar to the screw portion 16 of the second screw member 4 shown in FIG. 11, a second screw member 40 formed with a female screw portion is prepared, and a screw portion (not shown) that engages with the screw portion 42 is provided at one end. If the article attachment connector 43 having a notch 44 that can be fitted with a rod-like body 45 (for example, a horizontal bar for toweling) that is an object to be attached to a wall surface is prepared, The rod-shaped body 45 can be attached to the wall surface in a state where the horizontal accuracy can be adjusted as appropriate without removing the fixing tool fixed to the wall surface.

In the present invention, the first screw member 52 and the second screw member 53 shown in FIG. 12 may be used instead of the first screw member 2 and the second screw member 4 shown in FIG.
In FIG. 12, the wall surface mounting connector 51 includes a first screw member 52, a fixing member 3 similar to that shown in FIG. 1, and a second screw member 53.
The first screw member 52 includes a head portion 54 and a rotation prevention portion 55 formed in the same manner as the head portion 5 and the rotation prevention portion 6 of the first screw member 2 shown in FIG. 1, and the first screw member 52 shown in FIG. A screw portion 56 formed by shortening the same length as the screw portion 7 of the screw member 2 and a cylindrical body having a smaller diameter than the screw portion 56 and projecting in the axial direction from the end of the screw portion 56 And a disc-shaped head 58 having a diameter larger than that of the housing 57 and smaller than that of the screw portion 56, which is formed at the end of the housing 57, is integrally formed. Is.
On the other hand, the second screw member 53 is a nut having a screw portion 59 for screwing with the screw portion 56 of the first screw member 52.
In this case, when the first screw member 52 is fitted to the fixing member 3, the screw portion 56, the casing 57, and the head portion 58 of the first screw member 52 form a protruding portion protruding from the fixing member 3. . In this state, the screw portion 59 of the second screw member 53 is screwed into the screw portion 56 of the first screw member 52, and the second screw member 53 is moved in a predetermined direction until it comes into contact with the fixing member 3. When rotated, the first screw member 52 and the second screw member 53 are finally fastened to the fixing member 3. The head portion 58 of the first screw member is a portion that is locked in the hole 35 of the article attachment connector 33 of the shelf 30 shown in FIG.

In the present invention, the male screw member is used as the first screw member 2 and the female screw member is used as the second screw member 4 as shown in FIG. A member may be used, and a male screw member may be used as the second screw member.
In this case, as an example of the first screw member, the head portion 5 and the rotation prevention portion 6 are the same as those of the first screw member 2 shown in FIG. One having a casing formed by drilling a female screw portion in a cylindrical body having the same outer diameter (that is, an outer diameter that can be inserted through the long hole 10 of the fixing member 3) is mentioned.
Further, as an example of the second screw member used in combination with the first screw member configured as described above, the second screw member 4 has a disk-shaped head 15 similar to the second screw member 4 shown in FIG. Instead of the housing 14 having the threaded portion 16, a male threaded portion for screwing with the female threaded portion of the first threaded member protrudes from the center of the rear surface of the head 5, and the rear surface of the head 15. In this case, a cylindrical plate portion having a predetermined length for coming into contact with the fixing member 3 is provided on the periphery.
In this case, after the second screw member is screwed with the first screw member, the head 15 moves toward the fixing member 3 when the head 15 is rotated in a predetermined direction. It abuts and is fastened to the fixing member 3 together with the first screw member.

The wall surface mounting connector of the present invention can adjust the position in the vertical direction with respect to the wall surface, but if any one of the following methods (a), (b), etc. is adopted, it will be more convenient. Rise.
(A) The width of the long hole 10 shown in FIG. 1 or the width of the second opening 35b shown in FIG. 7 is slightly increased so that the head 15 of the second screw member 4 can move in the left-right direction. Even if the distance between the pair of article mounting connectors 33 mounted on the shelf 30 and the distance between the pair of wall surface mounting connectors 1 fixed to the wall surface are different, How to be able to absorb the difference in distance.
