Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a filtration type dust collector that collects dust in exhaust gas using a filter member such as a filter cloth or a ceramic filter.
。 Generally, in a waste incineration facility, etc., a filtration type dust collector is installed to collect the exhaust gas generated by incineration of waste, etc. Among them, a porous type with heat resistance is installed. In recent years, a gas filter device that can collect high-temperature exhaust gas by using a ceramic filter has been widely used (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The gas filter device is divided into a gas introduction chamber into which high-temperature exhaust gas is introduced and a gas discharge chamber into which exhaust gas after being collected (clean gas) is discharged out of the system by a partition wall arranged inside. In the gas introduction chamber, a plurality of ceramic filters for collecting high temperature exhaust gas are arranged. These ceramic filters are formed of a porous ceramic in a cylindrical shape with a base end opened and a tip closed, the base end facing the partition and the tip facing the partition of the gas introduction chamber. Are supported by wall surfaces. Here, the internal space of the ceramic filter and the gas discharge chamber are communicated with each other through an opening at the base end of the ceramic filter, and the exhaust gas introduced into the gas introduction chamber is introduced into the ceramic filter. After being collected by the filter into clean gas, it passes through the base end opening of the ceramic filter, enters the gas discharge chamber, and is discharged downstream through a discharge port provided in the gas discharge chamber.
By the way, in the gas filter device, as the exhaust gas is collected, dust or the like in the exhaust gas adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the ceramic filter, and the ceramic filter is clogged, resulting in a decrease in dust collection efficiency. is there. Therefore, compressed fluid (compressed air) is ejected from the gas discharge chamber side (clean side) into the ceramic filter internal space to increase the internal pressure of the ceramic filter, and from the ceramic filter internal space to the gas introduction chamber side (dust side). The air is caused to flow backward, and thereby, the work of removing deposits adhering to the outer peripheral surface of the ceramic filter is periodically performed.
On the other hand, in addition to the gas filter device, a bag filter device that collects dust using a tubular filter cloth having an air permeability such as cloth or glass fiber and having an upper end opened is also easy to handle, It is widely used because of its excellent track record. Also in this bag filter device, dust in the exhaust gas adheres to the outer peripheral surface of the filter cloth along with dust collection, so the compressed fluid is ejected from above the filter cloth into the inner space of the filter cloth, and the deposits are wiped off. Has been.
However, in the gas filter device, when the ceramic filter is partially damaged, the exhaust gas containing dust sequentially passes through the damaged portion of the ceramic filter and the base end opening of the ceramic filter, so that the clean side of the gas filter device (gas discharge There is a problem that it flows into the chamber side) and is discharged downstream in an uncollected state. In addition, the damaged ceramic filter may drop or fall and collide with surrounding ceramic filters, which may cause chain damage of the plurality of ceramic filters.
Furthermore, when the deposit on the ceramic filter is removed, the internal pressure of the ceramic filter is reduced because the compressed fluid supplied to the interior space of the ceramic filter is likely to leak into the gas discharge chamber through the base end opening of the ceramic filter. There is a problem that it becomes difficult to remove the deposits of the ceramic filter with certainty. Therefore, in order to remove the deposits on the outer peripheral surface of the ceramic filter with certainty, the supply amount of compressed fluid into the ceramic filter must be set excessively, and the supply source of compressed air (air compressor) There is a problem that it leads to an increase in size. In addition, since the total amount of air in the gas filter device also increases, there is a problem that the downstream device such as the exhaust gas attractor is increased in size.
On the other hand, also in the bag filter device, when the filter cloth is damaged, the uncollected exhaust gas flows to the gas discharge chamber side through the damaged portion of the filter cloth and is discharged to the downstream side of the bag filter device. There is a similar problem. Furthermore, when the deposits are wiped off, the compressed fluid ejected into the filter cloth leaks from the inner space of the filter cloth. There is a problem in that the air compressor must be supplied into the cloth, leading to an increase in the size of the air compressor and an increase in the size of downstream devices such as an exhaust gas attractor.
The present invention has been made to solve such a problem, and even when the filter member is damaged, the exhaust gas that has not been collected is prevented from being discharged downstream, and the air An object of the present invention is to provide a filtration type dust collecting device capable of preventing an increase in size of a compressor and downstream equipment.
In order to achieve the above object, a filtration dust collector according to the present invention comprises:
A gas introduction chamber into which exhaust gas is introduced, a gas discharge chamber that is disposed adjacent to the gas introduction chamber, discharges clean gas after dust collection to the outside of the system, and is disposed in the gas introduction chamber. In the filtration type dust collector comprising a filtration member that introduces the exhaust gas of the gas into the internal space and collects the dust, and leads the clean gas from the opening provided at one end to the gas discharge chamber.
A lid for opening and closing the opening of the filtration member is provided (first invention).
In the present invention, it is preferable that a compressed fluid supply path for supplying a compressed fluid to the internal space of the filtration member is provided in order to remove deposits attached to the outer surface of the filtration member (second invention).
In the second invention, the lid is fixed to a drive shaft arranged in the axial direction of the filtration member, and the drive shaft is reciprocated in the axial direction of the filtration member by the drive means, thereby It is preferable that the opening is opened and closed by the lid (third invention).
In the third invention, the compressed fluid supply path may be formed in the drive shaft (fourth invention).
In the fourth invention, the filter member is a ceramic filter, and it is preferable that a part of the drive shaft is disposed in the internal space of the ceramic filter (fifth invention). Furthermore, in the fifth invention, it is more preferable that a support member for supporting the drive shaft so as to be separated from the inner wall surface of the ceramic filter is disposed in a portion of the drive shaft located in the ceramic filter (sixth invention). ).
According to the filtration type dust collecting apparatus of the present invention, even if the filtration member is damaged, the opening of the filtration member can be closed with a lid, so that the undusted exhaust gas can be removed from the filtration member. It can be reliably prevented from flowing from the internal space through the opening into the gas discharge chamber and being discharged out of the system.
If the structure of said 2nd invention is employ | adopted, since the opening in a filtration member can be closed when supplying the compressed fluid for adhering material removal to the internal space of a filtration member, the gas discharge chamber of a compressed fluid Leakage to the side can be reliably prevented, and deposits can be efficiently removed. Therefore, the consumption amount of the compressed fluid at the time of deposit removal can be suppressed to a small amount compared to the conventional one, and the compressed fluid supply source (air compressor or the like) can be downsized. In addition, since the supply amount of the compressed fluid can be suppressed to a small amount, there is an effect that it is possible to prevent the downstream equipment such as the exhaust gas attractor from being enlarged.
If the structure of the said 3rd invention is employ | adopted, the opening of the said filtration member can be opened and closed with the drive mechanism of a simple structure.
By adopting the configuration of the fourth invention, it is possible to form a compressed fluid supply path without increasing the number of parts, so that it is possible to minimize the flow resistance of clean gas and to be advantageous in terms of cost. .
Moreover, if the structure of the said 5th invention is employ | adopted, since a compressed fluid can be supplied to the back | inner part of a ceramic filter, the deposits can be more reliably wiped off.
By adopting the sixth aspect of the invention, it is possible to prevent the ceramic filter and the drive shaft inside the ceramic filter from coming into contact with each other and being damaged. Further, even if the filter member is damaged and a large piece is generated, the piece located in the ceramic filter of the drive shaft can be prevented from falling or falling over. Therefore, chain damage of the ceramic filter can be prevented.
Next, specific embodiments of the filtration dust collector according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 shows a schematic cross-sectional view (a) and a schematic vertical cross-sectional view (b) of a gas filter device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows when exhaust gas is collected. The P section enlarged sectional view (a) of FIG. 1 and the P section enlarged sectional view (b) of FIG.
As shown in FIG. 1 (a), the
In the
The
In addition, a
The
On the other hand, a plurality of through
An air cylinder (driving means) 24 that reciprocates the
In the present embodiment, a disk-shaped
Further, on the outer peripheral surface of the
In addition, a
In the present embodiment, the exhaust gas containing dust and the like introduced into the
In order to remove deposits adhered to the outer peripheral surface of the
When the deposits on the
In the
Further, when the
According to the present embodiment, the base end opening of the
Further, in the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the
In the present embodiment, the
Further, in each of the above-described embodiments, an example in which a
Even in such a configuration, pulse jet air can be supplied into the
Further, in each of the above embodiments, the ceramic filter 10 (10A) is described as being horizontally installed. However, even if the ceramic filter 10 (10A) is installed vertically, the same as in each of the above embodiments and the later-described bag filter device. Needless to say, the effects can be obtained.
In each of the above embodiments, the
FIG. 4 shows a schematic diagram of the bag filter device. In the present embodiment, as shown in the figure, the
In the internal space of the
Also in the
