Description

The present invention relates to a fixing aid used when a linear member is attached to an object to be fixed using a fastening member. More specifically, the present invention relates to a fixing aid used when, for example, a cable for driving a window glass used in a window regulator mounted on a vehicle is fixed to a fixed object such as a motor by a fastening member. .

Many movable devices are mounted on a vehicle, but such movable devices are operated by a drive unit such as a hydraulic system and an electromagnetic solenoid, or a movable member such as a cable. Among these, the cable is used for a wide range of applications because it can be configured as a relatively simple and inexpensive movable device only by combining with a general-purpose motor.

。   As a cable used for the operation of the apparatus, there are a drive wire for operating a power window, a power slide door, and the like in addition to an accelerator wire for adjusting the opening of the accelerator (see, for example, Patent Document 1).

。   Such a cable generally has a double structure including an inner member and a flexible outer member that surrounds and protects the inner member. Conventionally, such a cable is attached by directly fastening it to a fixed object (for example, a motor yoke, a frame, etc.) using a fastening member (such as a binding band), or once the cable is attached with a binding band. It fixed to the cable fixing tool, Furthermore, this cable fixing tool was attached to the target object with another binding band (for example, refer patent document 2).

特開2003−129747号公報(第1図)JP 2003-129747 A (FIG. 1) 特開2001−320819号公報(第6図)JP 2001-320819 A (FIG. 6)

However, as described above, in the cable fixing device of Patent Document 1, since the outer side of the cable is surrounded by a flexible outer member, when the cable is directly tightened with the fastening member, the outer member is crushed. The member was pressed, causing the sliding resistance of the inner member to increase.
Even when the cable fixture described in Patent Document 2 is used, the outer member may be crushed because the cable is directly fastened to the cable fixture with a fastening member. Further, when the cable is fastened by a plurality of fastening members, if the outer member is deformed, the fastening force of the cable varies, so that it is difficult to stably fix the cable.

Therefore, the present invention has been made in view of the above problems, and provides a fixing aid that can prevent a cable from being crushed by tightening a fastening member and can reliably fix the cable to an object. For the purpose.

The fixing auxiliary tool according to the present invention is a fixing auxiliary tool that is used when a linear member is attached to an object to be fixed using a fastening member, and the feature of the fixing auxiliary tool is that the linear member to be held is the fixing auxiliary tool. And a second attachment part for attaching a fastening member to attach the fixing aid to the object to be fixed, and a place where the first attachment part is formed is provided with the fixing aid. When fastened and fixed to the fixed object, it is provided at a position different from the transmission path of the fastening force from the second mounting portion to the portion that contacts the fixed object.

In the fixing auxiliary tool of this configuration, the first mounting portion is formed at a site different from the force transmission path of the fastening member, so that the linear member can be fastened even when it is configured with a member that is easily deformed. When the member is fastened, it is possible to prevent the cross-sectional shape of the linear member from being deformed. For example, in the case of an operation cable or the like in which the linear member is composed of an outer member and an inner member, the outer cable is not deformed, so that reliable attachment can be performed without impairing the function of the operation cable.

In the fixing auxiliary tool of the present invention, it is possible to provide a position fixing unit adapted to the partial shape of the fixed object.

When attaching a linear member by a fastening member, various shapes can be taken as the surface shape of an attachment target. Also, various parts are assumed such as a static part or a part that always generates vibration.
Therefore, in the fixing auxiliary tool of this configuration, the mounting state of the fixing auxiliary tool can be made stable by providing a shape adapted to the surface shape of the object to be attached.

The fixing aid of the present invention can be configured such that at least a portion of the fixing aid that is in contact with the fixed object is elastically deformed by tightening the fastening member.

For example, when the linear member is a variety of operation cables, it is necessary that the linear member can be securely attached at the time of attachment to the fixed object, and the attached state can be maintained during subsequent continuous use. is important.
Therefore, if the fixing aid of this configuration is assumed to be elastically deformed in the vicinity of the portion that comes into contact with the fixed object, even if the fastening member is extended and its fastening force is likely to decrease, , The functional deterioration of the fastening member can be compensated. As a result, the stable fixed state of the linear member can be maintained for a longer period.

In the fixing auxiliary tool of the present invention, the uneven portion is repeatedly formed along the longitudinal direction of the fastening member, and the second mounting portion can include an engaging portion for the uneven portion.

Depending on the type of the fastening member, the fastening member itself has various shapes such as an uneven shape. For example, the shape is provided for maintaining the fastening state of the fastening member and maintaining the fastening force.
Therefore, according to the fixing auxiliary tool of this configuration, the movement of the fixing auxiliary tool with respect to the fastening member can be prevented using the uneven shape. As a result, for example, depending on the surface shape of the fixed object, even if the position of the fixing auxiliary tool with respect to the fixing object is likely to change after the fixing auxiliary tool is attached, at least relative movement between the fixing auxiliary tool and the fastening member. Can be prevented. As a result, the relative movement of the fixing assisting tool with respect to the fixing object can be effectively prevented.

In the fixing auxiliary tool of the present invention, it is also possible to configure with a resin material having adhesiveness to the fixing object.

In the fixing auxiliary tool of this configuration, if the material of the fixing auxiliary tool is made of a resin material having adhesiveness to the fixed object, the fixing auxiliary tool is fixed when the fixing auxiliary tool is fixed to the fixed object. The degree can be improved.
Even if this adhesive force is such that the adhesive force cannot be obtained immediately at the time of fastening, after a certain period of time has passed since the fastening force was applied, the adhesive effect is produced by the applied pressure, or the heat during use Any adhesive may be used as long as the change produces an adhesive effect.
By using such a fixing aid, the fixing effect on the fixed object can be further improved.

Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. In addition, this invention is not limited to the structure described in the following embodiment and drawing.

[First Embodiment]
FIG. 1 is a side view showing a state in which a cable 20 is attached to a fixed object 30 using the fixing auxiliary tool 100 according to the first embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 2 shows a partial cross-sectional view of the fixing aid 100 of FIG. FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the fixing auxiliary tool 100.

The fixing aid 100 uses a fastening member (for example, a tie wrap manufactured by Thomas and Bets International Inc., an insulation lock manufactured by Tighton Co., Ltd.) 10 to fix a linear member (for example, a cable) 20 to an object to be fixed (for example, a motor). (Yoke portion) 30 is used when attached to the yoke portion.

The fixing assisting tool 100 includes a first mounting part 2 for attaching the linear member 20 to be held to the fixing assisting tool 100, and a second attaching part 3 for attaching the fastening member 10 to attach the fixing assisting tool 100 to the fixed object 30. And. The 1st attachment part 2 can be used as the 1st insertion hole 12 for inserting the linear member 20, for example. The 2nd attachment part 3 can be made into the 2nd insertion hole 13 for inserting the fastening member 10, for example. In this case, the first insertion hole 12 and the second insertion hole 13 can smoothly insert the linear member 20 and the fastening member 10, respectively, and the inserted linear member 20 and the fastening member 10 are large. It is formed in an appropriate size and shape so as not to rattle. The fixing assisting tool 100 may be manufactured by cutting out from a single material, or may be manufactured by molding using a mold.

The location where the first attachment portion 2 is formed extends from the second attachment portion 3 to a portion (abutment surface 1 in FIG. 3) that contacts the fixed object 30 when the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is fastened and fixed to the fixed object 30. It is provided at a position different from the transmission path of the fastening force. Specifically, for example, as best shown in FIG. 2, when viewed from the fixed object 30 side, the first mounting portion 2 to which the linear member 20 is mounted is replaced with the second mounting to which the fastening member 10 is mounted. It is preferable to be provided outside the portion 3. When the first attachment portion 2 and the second attachment portion 3 are formed in this manner, the fastening force is not transmitted to the linear member 20 when the fastening member 10 is fastened. For this reason, even when the linear member 20 is comprised with the member which is easy to deform | transform, when the fastening member is fastened, it can prevent that the cross-sectional shape of the linear member 20 deform | transforms. For example, in the case of an operation cable or the like in which the linear member 20 is composed of an outer member and an inner member, the outer member is not deformed, so that reliable attachment can be performed without impairing the function of the operation cable.

In addition, the contact surface 1 of the fixing assisting tool 100 can be appropriately processed into a curved surface shape or formed into a multi-surface shape so as to match the surface shape of the object 30 to be fixed. In addition, after the fastening member 10 is tightened, for example, as shown in FIG. 10, a plurality of fixing aids 100 may be placed on the contact surface 1 so that the fixing auxiliary tool 100 does not shift in position and does not slide on the surface of the fixing object 30. It is also possible to provide a non-slip 4 made of a long protrusion.

Moreover, it is also possible to form the 2nd attaching part 3 as a some insertion hole (not shown) so that the some fastening member 10 can be attached to the fixing auxiliary tool 100. FIG. By comprising in this way, it becomes possible to attach the fixing auxiliary tool 100 more strongly with respect to the fixing target object 30.

[Second Embodiment]
FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a state in which the cable 20 is attached to the fixed object 30 using the fixing auxiliary tool 100 according to the second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5A is a perspective view of the fixing assisting tool 100. FIG. 5B is a perspective view of a modified example of the fixing assisting tool 100.

The fixing assisting tool 100 has the same configuration as that of the first embodiment except that the fixing assisting tool 100 includes the position fixing unit 5 adapted to the partial shape of the fixing object 30.

When the linear member 20 is attached by the fastening member 10, various shapes can be used as the surface shape of the attachment object such as the fixed object 30. Also, various parts are assumed such as a static part or a part that always generates vibration. Therefore, by providing the position fixing portion 5 having a shape adapted to the surface shape of the object to be attached, the attachment state of the fixing auxiliary tool 100 can be stabilized. For example, the position fixing portion 5 is formed by extending one end of the contact surface 1 as best shown in FIG. In this case, as shown in FIG. 4, the position fixing unit 5 can be adapted to the corner portion of the fixed object 30, so that the fixing auxiliary tool 100 can be more stably attached.

In addition, the position fixing | fixed part 5 of the fixing auxiliary tool 100 shown to Fig.5 (a) is provided with the notch part 8 in the part through which the fastening member 10 passes. The notch 8 prevents a gap between the fastening member 10 and the fixed object 30 when the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is fastened to the fixed object 30 by the fastening member 10, and the fixing auxiliary tool 100. This is for preventing the fastening member 10 from excessively protruding from the surface of the wire. However, it is of course possible to employ a configuration in which the fastening member 10 is fastened from above the position fixing portion 5 without providing such a notch portion 8. Further, although not shown, it is of course possible to form the position fixing portion 5 extending from both ends of the contact surface 1. In this case, the contact area between the fixing auxiliary tool 100 and the fixed object 30 can be increased. The auxiliary tool 100 can be attached more stably.
5A, the position fixing portion 5 is formed at one end of the abutting surface 1. However, like the fixing assisting device 100 shown in FIG. It is also possible to form the position fixing portions 5 at both ends of the surface 1. Each position fixing portion 5 in this case also has a shape adapted to the surface shape of the attachment object.

[Third Embodiment]
FIG. 6 is a schematic view showing a fixing aid 100 according to the third embodiment of the present invention. Here, FIG. 6A is a schematic diagram illustrating a state before the fixing assisting tool 100 is attached to the fixed object 30, and FIG. 6B is a view after the fixing assisting tool 100 is attached to the fixing object 30. It is a schematic diagram which shows a state.

The fixing auxiliary tool 100 of the third embodiment is configured such that at least a part of the fixing auxiliary tool 100 that contacts the fixing object 30, that is, the vicinity of the contact surface 1 is elastically deformed by tightening the fastening member 10. Can have the same configuration as in the first embodiment. Further, in the fixing auxiliary tool 100 of the third embodiment, the curvature of the contact surface 1 is made smaller than the curvature of the mounting surface of the fixed object 30.

For example, in the case where the linear member 20 is a variety of operation cables, it is necessary that the linear member 20 can be securely attached to a fixed object such as the fixed object 30 and the subsequent continuous use. It is important that the attachment state can be maintained. Therefore, as a means for achieving such an object, it is effective to configure the portion of the fixing auxiliary tool 100 that contacts the fixed object 30, that is, the vicinity of the contact surface 1 to be elastically deformed.

Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 6A, the curvature of the contact surface 1 of the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is made smaller than the curvature of the mounting surface of the fixed object 30. Here, when the fastening member 10 is fastened and the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is attached to the fixing object 30, when the vicinity of the contact surface 1 is elastically deformable, the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is as shown in FIG. The surface shape of the fixed object 30 can be adapted without a gap. In such a state, even if the fastening member 10 is stretched and the fastening force is likely to be reduced, the elastic force of the fixing auxiliary tool 100 (that is, the restoring force indicated by the arrow in FIG. 6B). Since tension is applied to the fastening member 10, the contact state between the fixing assisting tool 100 and the fixed object 30 is maintained by compensating for a decrease in the function of the fastening member 10. As a result, the stable fixed state of the linear member 20 can be maintained over a longer period.

[Fourth Embodiment]
FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram showing a fixation assisting tool 100 according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. Here, FIG. 7A is a schematic diagram illustrating a state before the fixing assisting tool 100 is attached to the fixed object 30, and FIG. 7B is a view after the fixing assisting tool 100 is attached to the fixing object 30. It is a schematic diagram which shows a state.

The fixing auxiliary tool 100 according to the fourth embodiment is configured such that at least a portion of the fixing auxiliary tool 100 that comes into contact with the fixed object 30 by tightening the fastening member 10, that is, the vicinity of the contact surface 1 is elastically deformed. Can have the same configuration as in the first embodiment. Further, in the fixing auxiliary tool 100 of the fourth embodiment, the curvature of the contact surface 1 is made larger than the curvature of the mounting surface of the fixed object 30.

The fixing assisting tool 100 according to the fourth embodiment can prevent a decrease in the fastening force of the fastening member 10 based on the same principle as that of the third embodiment. Specifically, for example, as shown in FIG. 7A, the curvature of the contact surface 1 of the fixing assisting tool 100 is set to be larger than the curvature of the mounting surface of the fixed object 30. Here, when the fastening member 10 is fastened and the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is attached to the fixed object 30, when the vicinity of the contact surface 1 is elastically deformable, the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is as shown in FIG. The surface shape of the fixed object 30 can be adapted without a gap. In such a state, even if the fastening force of the fastening member 10 may decrease, the fastening force is fastened by the elastic force of the fixing assisting tool 100 (that is, the restoring force indicated by the arrow in FIG. 7B). Since tension is applied to the member 10, the contact state between the fixing assisting tool 100 and the fixed object 30 is maintained by compensating for the lowering of the function of the fastening member 10. As a result, the fixed state of the linear member 20 can be maintained for a longer period.

[Fifth Embodiment]
FIG. 8 is a schematic diagram showing a fixing aid 100 according to the fifth embodiment of the present invention. The fixing auxiliary tool 100 of the fifth embodiment is the same as that of the first embodiment except that the second mounting portion 3 includes the engaging portion 7 that engages with the uneven portion that is repeatedly formed along the longitudinal direction of the fastening member 10. It is the same composition. Specifically, the engaging portion 7 is formed so as to protrude from both of the outlet portions of the second insertion hole 13 configured as the second attachment portion 3 and on the contact surface 1 side.

The fastening member 10 such as the tie wrap usually includes an uneven portion having a locking function in the fastening member 10 itself. When the fastening member 10 is tightened through the second insertion hole 13, the fastening member 10 easily gets over the engaging portion 7 in the tightening direction, and the tension of the fastening member 10 increases. The tightening is stopped in a state where the predetermined tension is reached, and the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is fixed to the fixing object 30. In this state, the fastening member 10 is reliably fixed to the fixed object 30 by the uneven portion. And since the engaging part 7 of the fixing auxiliary tool 100 engages with the concavo-convex part of the fastening member 10, the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is firmly fixed to the fixed object 30. As a result, for example, depending on the surface shape of the fixed object 30, even if the position of the fixing auxiliary tool 100 with respect to the fixed object 30 is likely to change after the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is attached, If even the fastening member 10 can be fixed, the movement of the fixing aid 100 can be prevented.

In the present embodiment, two engaging portions 7 are provided with respect to the second attachment portion 3, but may be provided on either one. Of course, if a plurality of locations are provided, the fastening member 10 may be wound in any direction regardless of the arrangement direction of the fixing assisting tool 100, and workability at the time of fastening is improved.

Further, by providing the engaging portion 7 as in the fifth embodiment, the fixing assisting tool 100 can be fastened as follows.
FIG. 9A shows an initial state in which the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is attached to the flat surface of the fixed object 30, and FIG. 9B shows a final state in which the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is firmly fixed thereafter.

In FIG. 9A, the fixing assisting tool 100 is positioned substantially at the center of the flat surface of the fixed object 30. In this state, the fastening member 10 is tightened until a predetermined tension is reached. At this time, the distances d1 and d2 between the engaging portions 7 and the corner portions of the fixed object 30 that are close to each other are substantially equal.
From this state, the fixing assisting tool 100 is slid in the right side of FIG. 9B, that is, in a direction in which the uneven portion of the fastening member 10 easily gets over the engaging portion 7. As a result, the distance between the two locations is d3 and d4, respectively.
When these states (a) and (b) are compared, d3 + d4> d1 + d2 is always satisfied. That is, the tension | tensile_strength of the fastening member 10 can further be increased by making it transfer from the state of (a) which finished the fastening of the 1st step to the state of (b) where the required length of the fastening member 10 is long. As described above, by using the fixing auxiliary tool 100 like a wedge, the fixing auxiliary tool 100 can be firmly fixed even when the surface of the fixing object 30 is wide.

If the material of the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is made of a resin material having adhesiveness to the fixing object 30 as in the present embodiment, when the fixing auxiliary tool 100 is fixed to the fixing object 30, The degree of fixation can be improved.

By using such a fixing aid 100, the fixing effect with respect to the fixed object 30 can be further improved.
