Description
The present invention relates to a heating element cooling device and a cooling / heating device for cooling a heating element, and is suitable for cooling a heating element such as an internal combustion engine (engine) or an electric motor mounted on a vehicle.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, a vehicle having two power sources, that is, an engine that is an internal combustion engine and a traveling motor, such as a so-called hybrid vehicle, is known. However, since the engine and the motor for running generate heat during operation, it is necessary to arrange a cooling circuit for cooling them to an appropriate temperature in order to continuously exhibit high performance and driving performance.
In general, there is a difference between the heat resistance temperature (referring to a temperature at which operation is possible without malfunction) of the electric motor that operates the motor for traveling and the motor suitable for engine operation. The temperature suitable for engine operation is about 100 ° C., and the heat resistance temperature of the electric equipment is about 65 ° C. For this reason, as shown in FIG. 8, an
The
As a result, even if there is a difference between the temperature suitable for the operation of the
However, in the conventional example of FIG. 8, since the
In some cases, the plurality of
In view of the above points, an object of the present invention is to reduce the cost of a heating element cooling device having a plurality of independent cooling circuits for cooling a heating element, and to improve the mountability of the heating element cooling device.

(First embodiment)
FIG. 1 shows a first embodiment in which a heating element cooling device according to the present invention is applied to a hybrid vehicle having two travel drive sources, an engine and a travel motor. The heating element cooling device includes a first cooling circuit 11 (hereinafter referred to as an electric equipment cooling circuit) that cools electric devices such as a traveling
First, the electric
The cooling water discharged from the
Cooling water that has absorbed heat from the traveling
The cooling water radiated by the
The cooling water that has absorbed heat from the
Next, the
The cooling water discharged from the
On the other hand, the cooling water that has flowed through the
As is well known, when the temperature of the
Next, the structure of the

In the present embodiment, the number of revolutions of the
Next, the operation of this embodiment in the above configuration will be described. First, when the
Due to the rotation of the
The cooling water of the electric
In the
Next, the effects of the first embodiment are listed. (1) Since the cooling water of the
More specifically, the
Moreover, since the number of pumps has been reduced by half, the mounting space as the heating element cooling device can be reduced, that is, the mounting property can be improved. Thereby, a heat generating body cooling device can be arrange | positioned in a narrower space.
(2) Since the
In the conventional example of FIG. 8, the
However, in this embodiment, as described above, the
According to this, the same operation as in the examination example in which the three
Further, when the engine is stopped (for example, when traveling by the
Further, when the cooling water in the
(3) Since the piping of the electrical
(4) The
(Second Embodiment)
Although this embodiment has substantially the same configuration as that of the first embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the
According to this, since the cooling water of the electric
By the way, when the electric
In this embodiment, the effects (2) to (4) described in the first embodiment can be exhibited.
(Third embodiment)
Although this embodiment has substantially the same configuration as the second embodiment, an
According to this, even when the
Of course, if the
In this embodiment, the same effect as that of the second embodiment can be exhibited.
(Fourth embodiment)
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, the
Next, the
