Abstract
【解決手段】検体16が移動する主流路1および副流路2を内部に配したデバイス3と、流路1・2内に収容されて検体16に対する親和性を有する多数の磁気ビーズ10と、デバイス3を挟んで向かい合う一対の電磁石5・6と、各電磁石5・6を流路1・2に臨ませた状態で流路1・2に沿って移動させる移動手段7と、各電磁石5・6の磁力の発生を制御する制御手段9とを含んでいる。制御手段9は、各電磁石5・6での磁力の発生が交互に行なわれるようにする。

Claims (3)
- 検体が移動する流路を内部に配したデバイスと、前記流路内に収容されて前記検体に対する親和性を有する多数の磁気ビーズと、前記デバイスを挟んで向かい合う一対の電磁石と、前記各電磁石を前記流路に臨ませた状態で前記流路に沿って移動させる移動手段と、前記各電磁石での磁力の発生を制御する制御手段とを含んでおり、
前記制御手段は、前記各電磁石での磁力の発生を交互に行なうことを特徴とする反応装置。 - 前記制御手段は、前記磁力発生のために前記各電磁石に供給する電流の波形を、正弦半波にしてある請求項1記載の反応装置。
- 前記制御手段は、前記磁力発生のために前記各電磁石に供給する電流の波形を、周波数変調した正弦半波にしてある請求項1記載の反応装置。
