Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to drive control of an electric motor, and more particularly to an overload prevention technique when a motor is restarted.
However, in a motor having an overload detection function by such arithmetic processing, as shown in FIG. 10, when the main switch of the control device is turned off in the overload detection state, the accumulated point value until then is cleared. When the computer is restarted, the arithmetic processing is performed from that state. For example, in the case of a motor of an automobile wiper device, the accumulated point value becomes 0 when the ignition switch of the vehicle is turned off, and the calculation process is performed from the state where the accumulated point value is 0 at the next activation. For this reason, if the motor is restarted after the switch is turned off before the motor is completely cooled, the accumulated point value may be small even if the motor is overheated, and the overload state may not be accurately detected.
That is, in FIG. 10, if the switch is turned off at point P and the motor is restarted at point Q, the motor gradually dissipates heat after the switch is turned off, and the accumulated point value in that case is originally shown by a broken line. To change. Next, when the motor is restarted, the accumulated point value is calculated from the Q point as shown by the solid line. At this time, the original accumulated point value based on the motor temperature is in a state indicated by a one-dot chain line, and is already in an overload state at the R point. However, the accumulated point value from the Q point does not exceed the overload detection threshold at this point, and it cannot be detected that the motor is in an overload state.
Therefore, in the conventional control system, when the switch is turned off, a measure is taken that the accumulated point value at that time is written to a storage element such as an EEPROM, and control is started based on the value at the time of restart. . However, in such a control method, firstly, there is a problem that a storage element is required in the control device, which causes an increase in system cost. Second, even if the motor is restarted after it has cooled sufficiently, control is performed based on the accumulated point value at the time of stoppage, so that an erroneous recognition that the motor is overloaded immediately after startup occurs. There was also a problem of causing premature disconnection.
An object of the present invention is to appropriately protect a motor from an overload without increasing the number of elements.
The motor control method of the present invention calculates a load point value according to an operating state of the motor, calculates a cumulative point value by accumulating the load point value, and controls driving of the motor based on the cumulative point value. A control method for a motor comprising control means for performing a power supply to the control means when the connection between the motor and a power supply means for supplying power to the motor is interrupted, The accumulated point value is subtracted under a predetermined condition.
In the motor control method of the present invention, since the power supply to the control means is maintained even when the motor is stopped, the control means does not stop functioning and the accumulated point value is subtracted under a predetermined condition. For this reason, the accumulated point value can be adjusted in accordance with the state of the motor, and deviation between the accumulated point value and the motor state after the motor is stopped can be suppressed. Therefore, even when the motor is restarted after that, control is started based on the accumulated point value subtracted under the predetermined condition, and the current state of the motor is accurately reflected in the accumulated point value.
In the motor control method, the accumulated point value may be subtracted according to a heat dissipation characteristic of the motor. Further, power supply to the control means may be continued until the accumulated point value becomes a predetermined threshold value or less.
In the motor control method, the load point value may be calculated based on a time ratio of an ON period of a power supply voltage applied to the motor and the speed of the motor. In the motor control method, when the accumulated point value exceeds the reference value, the motor may be driven at a lower rotational speed than when the accumulated point value is equal to or less than the reference value. .
The motor control device according to the present invention calculates a load point value according to an operating state of the motor, calculates a cumulative point value by accumulating the load point value, and controls driving of the motor based on the cumulative point value. A motor control device comprising: control means for performing power supply; and power supply means for supplying power to the motor and the control device, wherein the motor control device is disconnected from the connection between the motor and the power supply means. In this case, power supply holding means for maintaining power supply to the control means may be provided, and the accumulated point value may be subtracted under a predetermined condition by the control means while the power supply is maintained.
In the motor control apparatus of the present invention, the power supply means maintains the power supply to the control means even when the motor is stopped, and the accumulated point value is subtracted under a predetermined condition. For this reason, the accumulated point value can be adjusted in accordance with the state of the motor, and deviation between the accumulated point value and the motor state after the motor is stopped can be suppressed. For this reason, even when the motor is restarted thereafter, control is started based on the accumulated point value subtracted under the predetermined condition, and the current state of the motor is accurately reflected in the accumulated point value.
In the motor control device, the accumulated point value may be subtracted according to a heat dissipation characteristic of the motor. Further, power supply to the control means may be continued until the accumulated point value becomes a predetermined threshold value or less.
According to the motor control method of the present invention, the load point value is calculated according to the operation state of the motor, the load point value is accumulated to calculate the accumulated point value, and the drive control of the motor is performed based on the accumulated point value. When the connection between the motor and the power supply means is interrupted in the motor provided with the control means, the power supply to the control means is maintained and the accumulated point value is subtracted under a predetermined condition. The control means does not stop functioning even when the motor is stopped, the accumulated point value is subtracted under the specified conditions, and the accumulated point value can be adjusted according to the motor status even after the motor stops. It is possible to suppress the deviation between the point value and the motor state. Therefore, even when the motor is restarted after the motor is stopped, the current state of the motor is accurately reflected in the accumulated point value, and the motor status after the restart can be grasped more accurately. For this reason, it is possible to accurately detect the motor overload, and it is possible to prevent damage to the motor due to erroneous load recognition, unnecessary mode switching, safety stop, and the like.
The motor control device of the present invention calculates a load point value according to the operating state of the motor, calculates a cumulative point value by accumulating the load point value, and performs drive control of the motor based on the accumulated point value. In a motor control device comprising a control means and a power supply means for supplying power to the motor and the control device, a power supply holding means for maintaining the power supply to the control means when the connection between the motor and the power supply means is interrupted Since the cumulative point value is subtracted by the control means under a predetermined condition while the power supply is maintained, the control means does not stop functioning even if the motor is stopped, and the cumulative point value is The accumulated point value can be adjusted according to the motor status even after the motor is stopped.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. FIG. 1 is an explanatory diagram showing a configuration of a motor unit including a motor to which the motor control method of the present invention is applied. The

The pulse output from the
The
The speed of the motor 2 (the number of rotations) is detected from the motor pulse of the
On the other hand, the
FIG. 4 is a block diagram showing the configuration of the overload detection processing system in the
A point
In the
After obtaining the motor speed, duty, and power supply voltage, the load point value is calculated with reference to the
For example, in the
On the other hand, when the power supply voltage becomes 15 V, the score distribution of the
As described above, the
In the
The point value calculation means 23 accesses such a
The accumulated point value becomes a large positive value because the positive load point value continues when the high load state continues. On the other hand, when the normal load or light load state continues, the load point values of 0 and − are continuous, so that it becomes 0 or less. Here, when the accumulated point value is 0 or less, all are set to 0. When the
Therefore, when the accumulated point value is obtained, the value is compared with a threshold value (reference value) for determining the overload state. This threshold value is measured in advance by an experiment when an overload point is reached when it exceeds a certain value and stored in the

In the
By the way, in such a
On the other hand, a configuration in which the accumulated point value is stored in the
Therefore, in the
When the
On the other hand, the subtraction process of adjusting the accumulated point value is performed until the accumulated point value is a threshold S 2 or less. The threshold S 2 is set to a value that does not significantly affect overload detection based on the accumulated point value even if control is started from this value when the motor is restarted. That is, even when the
Thus, in the motor control method and control apparatus of the present invention, even if IG.SW.31 is turned off, the power supply to the
Further, according to the motor control method and the control device of the present invention, it is not necessary to suddenly write the accumulated point value at that time to the
It goes without saying that the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and various modifications can be made without departing from the scope of the invention.
For example, in the above-described embodiment, the case where the
On the other hand, the
