Abstract
【解決手段】 異なる波長帯域の複数の励起光を同一の試料部位(7)に照射する励起光学手段(1〜7)と、それぞれの励起光により試料から発するそれぞれの蛍光を繰り返し検出手段に導く光学手段(8〜14)と、該検出手段(15、16)からのそれぞれの蛍光に対応した出力信号同士の比較に基づいて解析する演算手段(23)とを備えた蛍光分光分析装置であって、上記励起光学手段は少なくとも1つの励起光の強度を断続的に変化させる励起光変化手段(20)を有する蛍光分光分析装置である。

図1は、本発明の第1の実施の形態に係る蛍光分光分析装置の構成を示す図である。
図2は、本発明の第2の実施の形態に係る蛍光分光分析装置の構成を示す図である。第2の実施の形態では、図1に示す信号選別器21、22を用いず相関演算器23がこれらの処理を併せて実施する点が、第1の実施の形態と異なっている。従って、第1の実施の形態と同一機能を有する部位には同一符号を付して、その詳細の説明を省略する。
図3は、本発明の第3の実施の形態に係る蛍光分光分析装置の構成を示す図である。第3の実施の形態では、図1に示す励起光源2が、常時ON状態にあり連続的にレーザ光を発振している点が第1の実施の形態と異なっている。従って、第1の実施の形態と同一機能を有する部位には同一符号を付して、その詳細の説明を省略する。
Claims (6)
- 異なる波長帯域の複数の励起光を同一の試料部位に照射する励起光学手段と、
それぞれの励起光により試料から発するそれぞれの蛍光を繰り返し検出手段に導く光学手段と、
該検出手段からのそれぞれの蛍光に対応した出力信号同士の比較に基づいて解析する演算手段とを備えた蛍光分光分析装置であって、
上記励起光学手段は少なくとも1つの励起光の強度を断続的に変化させる励起光変化手段を有することを特徴とする蛍光分光分析装置。 - 上記励起光変化手段の励起光の強度を断続的に変化させる操作信号に同期して、上記検出手段からの出力信号を上記演算手段に断続的に出力する信号選別手段を更に有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光分光分析装置。
- 上記演算手段は、上記励起光変化手段の励起光の強度を断続的に変化させる操作信号に同期して、上記検出手段からの出力信号を選別して解析することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の蛍光分光分析装置。
- 上記励起光変化手段は、上記励起光の強度を矩形状に変化させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のうちいずれか1項に記載の蛍光分光分析装置。
- 上記励起光変化手段は、励起光の強度を20ナノ秒以上、100ミリ秒以下の周期で断続的に変化させることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のうちいずれか1項に記載の蛍光分光分析装置。
- 上記解析は、相互相関分析または共焦点蛍光コインシデンス分析であることを特徴とする請求項1乃至5のうちいずれか1項に記載の蛍光分光分析装置。
