Abstract
【解決手段】 エンジン10の排気ガス通路12に連続再生型DPF装置13を備えると共に、エンジン10の冷却水の温度Twmを検出する冷却水温検出手段341Cを備えた排気ガス浄化システム1において、制再生が必要と判断した場合であっても、前記冷却水温検出手段341Cにより検出されたエンジン10の冷却水の温度Twmが、所定の判定用水温Tw0より低いことを検出した場合には、DPF13aの強制再生のための筒内燃料噴射制御を行わないように構成する。

Claims (3)
- 車両に搭載されたエンジンの排気ガス通路に連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を備えると共に、該連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置における粒子状物質の捕集量を検出する捕集量検出手段と、エンジンの冷却水の温度を検出する冷却水温検出手段と、筒内燃料噴射制御により排気温度を上昇させて強制的に捕集された粒子状物質を燃焼して該連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を再生させる強制再生手段とを有するディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
強制再生が必要と判断した場合であっても、前記冷却水温検出手段により検出されたエンジンの冷却水の温度が、所定の判定用水温より低いことを検出した場合には、強制再生のための前記筒内燃料噴射制御を行わないことを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システムの制御方法。 - 車両に搭載されたエンジンの排気ガス通路に連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を備えると共に、該連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置における粒子状物質の量を検出する捕集量検出手段と、エンジンの冷却水の温度を検出する冷却水温検出手段と、筒内燃料噴射制御により排気温度を上昇させて強制的に捕集された粒子状物質を燃焼して該連続再生型ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ装置を再生させる強制再生手段とを有するディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段を備えた排気ガス浄化システムにおいて、
前記ディーゼルパティキュレートフィルタ制御手段が、前記強制再生手段による強制再生が必要と判断した場合であっても、前記冷却水温検出手段により検出されたエンジンの冷却水の温度が、所定の判定用水温より低いことを検出した場合には、強制再生のための前記筒内燃料噴射制御を行わないように制御することを特徴とする排気ガス浄化システム。 - 前記筒内燃料噴射制御がマルチ噴射制御とポスト噴射制御の少なくとも一方又はその両方を含むことを特徴とする請求項2記載の排気ガス浄化システム。
