(6) Evaluation of storage stability Each composition was sealed in a transparent glass container and stored at −5 ° C., 25 ° C. and 45 ° C. for 1 month, and its appearance was observed and evaluated in the following three stages. .
○: Stability is good (the liquid state is maintained at any temperature condition and the appearance is not changed)
Δ: Slightly poor (appearance slightly changes under any temperature condition)
X: Stability failure (change in appearance is remarkable under any temperature condition)
(7) Evaluation of low temperature storage / restorability Each composition was sealed in a transparent glass container, stored at -10 ° C for 12 hours, and then allowed to stand at 25 ° C for 12 hours. evaluated.
○: Good restorability (no change in appearance or condition before and after the test)
Δ: Slightly poor recoverability (slightly after the test and precipitation occurs, or the state changes slightly)
X: poor restoring property (caused by solidification or separation or precipitation)
From Examples 1 to 7, the detergents for kitchens using the ingredients of the present invention are all gentle on the hand skin, have foam, good foaming properties and rinsing properties, have a detergency against protein stains, storage stability and low temperature. Excellent recovery from storage.
On the other hand, in Comparative Examples 1-10, sufficient performance is not obtained. That is, since the component a is not blended in Comparative Example 1, the foam quality is deteriorated and the detergency is weak. In Comparative Example 2, the component a is blended beyond the scope of the present invention. Therefore, foam quality, rinsing properties and storage stability are deteriorated. In Comparative Example 3, since the b component is not blended, the foam quality is deteriorated. In Comparative Example 4, the b component is blended beyond the range of the present invention, so that the storage stability, low temperature storage restoration is performed. Sex is getting worse. And since the c component is not mix | blended in the comparative example 5, the detergency is weak. In Comparative Example 6, since the component c is blended beyond the range of the present invention, there is foam and the rinsing properties are poor. Furthermore, since the d component is not blended in Comparative Example 7, the foam has foam, the storage stability and the low temperature storage / restoration property are deteriorated, and the cleaning power is weak. In Comparative Example 8, the d component is the present invention. Since it is blended beyond the range, the foam quality is poor. Further, Comparative Example 9 contains ethylene glycol instead of the d component, so that it has foam, foam quality and storage stability are deteriorated and the cleaning power is weak, and Comparative Example 10 is a d component. Since glycerin is blended instead, the foam quality and storage stability are deteriorated and the detergency is weak.
