Description

The present invention relates to a housing that constitutes a fishing rod used for fishing, and more particularly to a housing having a reel seat for removably mounting a reel on a peripheral surface.

Some fishing rods have a housing on which a reel sheet for attaching a reel to the housing is attached. In this type of fishing rod, a reel sheet is generally provided on a peripheral surface of a rod body called a main rod that is arranged closest to the rod side. And the leg part of a reel is attached here, and the fishing line from a reel is guided to the tip side by a fishing line guide, and fishing is performed.

There are various types of reel sheets. Among them, a reel sheet that is often seen recently is prepared as a reel sheet made of a pipe-shaped molded product separately from the casing main body, which is a tubular body of the casing, and is provided at a predetermined position of the casing. It is of a type that is fixed to the peripheral surface (see, for example, Patent Document 1). In such a reel sheet, a pipe-shaped molded product is generally arranged on the peripheral surface of the bag main body, and this is fixed with an adhesive or the like.

In such a fishing rod, the reel is mounted on the reel seat, the reel is operated, and specifically, the fishing line is wound up by the reel to catch the fish. For this reason, since the reel sheet receives a large force from the fishing line or the reel, the reel sheet is sufficiently fixed to the peripheral surface of the casing. However, on the other hand, when such a reel operation is performed, the reel vibrates greatly, and the vibration is transmitted to the housing via the reel sheet. The casing that receives the vibration from the reels amplifies the vibration, and the vibration is particularly noticeable in the tip side casing. Such vibration may stimulate the fish involved in the mechanism from the fishing line via the top guide or the like, and may hinder the fishing operation of the fish.

That is, when catching a fish related to the device, the fishing rod is pulled up to attract the fish, the fishing rod is returned and the reel is rolled up to draw the fish. If the fish is stimulated when the reel is rolled up, the fish may go wild and the fishing line may be cut, or the fish may run away again.
Japanese Unexamined Patent Publication No. 08-196170

The present invention provides a fishing rod rod body that easily captures fish.

The casing of the present invention includes a casing main body and a reel sheet that is disposed on the peripheral surface of the casing main body and for attaching a leg portion of the reel. This reel sheet has a cushioning material disposed on the peripheral surface of the bag main body and a pipe-shaped reel sheet main body mounted on the bag main body via the buffering material.

In this case, when a reel operation is performed by attaching a leg portion of the reel to the reel sheet, vibration generated along with the reel operation is alleviated by the buffer material and transmitted to the main body. Thus, since the vibration transmitted to the rod main body is alleviated, the fish is not stimulated excessively when the fish related to the device is picked up, and it is easy to pick up the fish.

For example, a pipe-shaped rubber member is used as the buffer material. The inside of the reel sheet body is covered with a pipe-shaped rubber member to suppress vibration from the reel sheet body. Alternatively, the cushioning material is a ring-shaped rubber member, and a plurality of ring-shaped rubber members are arranged on the peripheral surface of the bag main body at intervals in the axial length direction. The weight can be reduced by using a ring-shaped rubber member.

When the rod according to the present invention is used, it is less likely to fail to take in fish due to vibrations transmitted to the rod when winding the reel.

[First Embodiment]
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 shows a fishing rod 1 that employs one embodiment of the present invention. A fishing rod is obtained by connecting a plurality of rods in a swing-out type or a cascade type. Each casing is a tubular body with a tapered taper formed by firing a fiber reinforced resin material in which a reinforced fiber is impregnated with a synthetic resin. The large-diameter casing located on the most heel side in such a casing is the main casing 1, and the tubular body constituting the main casing 1 is the main casing 2. A butt plug is detachably attached to the heel body side end of the harpoon 1 and a grip for a fisherman to grip is attached to the peripheral surface as needed. Further, the reel sheet 3 is mounted on the peripheral surface of the rod main body 2 and a fishing line guide for guiding the fishing line from the reel R attached to the reel sheet 3 is mounted on the peripheral surface of the tip side.

As shown in detail in FIG. 2, the reel sheet 3 includes a rubber pipe 4 disposed on the peripheral surface of the bag main body 2, a pipe-shaped reel sheet main body 5 mounted on the bag main body 2 via the rubber pipe 4, and a moving hood. Part 6.

The rubber pipe 4 is formed of, for example, NBR or the like, and its inner diameter is adjusted according to the outer diameter at a predetermined position of the bag main body 2. The thickness is about 0.3 to 0.7 mm. The length in the axial direction is set to be the same as or slightly longer than the reel sheet body 5. It is being fixed to the peripheral surface of the predetermined | prescribed axial length direction position of the collar main body 2 using an adhesive agent. Further, in order to fill the boundary between the peripheral surface of the reel sheet main body 5 attached to the rubber pipe 4 in this way and the main body 2 of the main shaft 1, the outer periphery of the main body 2 and the reel sheet main body 5 are adjusted. The surface is painted and a coating layer 9 is laminated.

The reel sheet main body 5 is a pipe-shaped member made of hard synthetic resin, metal or the like. It fixes to the surrounding surface of the above-mentioned rubber pipe 4 using an adhesive agent etc. As shown in FIG. 3, the reel sheet main body 5 has a plane extending in the axial direction, and this is a placement surface 10 on which the leg portions of the reel are placed. But in this reel sheet main body 5, the mounting surface 10 is divided | segmented into two, the tip side part and the heel side part. At the base side portion of the mounting surface 10, the vicinity of the center in the width direction is recessed and a recessed groove is formed. The concave groove extends in the axial direction of the mounting surface 10, and the metal fitting 11 is accommodated in the concave groove. The metal fitting 11 is provided with irregularities by arranging fine concave grooves extending in the width direction in the axial length direction.

On the other hand, a fixed hood 12 is formed on the tip side portion of the mounting surface 10. The fixed hood 12 is a hood-like portion that opens in the base side direction, and one end of the leg portion of the reel R is inserted therein. Further, a pair of rail grooves 13 extending in the axial length direction are formed at both edges in the width direction on the base side of the mounting surface 10 of the reel sheet body 5. That is, both edges in the width direction of the mounting surface 10 spread in the width direction in a bowl shape, and rail grooves 13 that are recessed in the width direction are formed below the both edges in the width direction of the mounting surface 10. . The rail groove 13 extends in the axial direction along both edges in the width direction of the mounting surface 10.

The movable hood portion 6 is configured by combining a hood portion and a fixed portion. The hood portion opens toward the fixed hood 12 on the tip side, and the other end of the leg portion of the reel R can be accommodated therein. The hood portion is bent at both ends in the width direction and meshes with the rail groove 13 described above. The moving hood 6 slides in the axial direction along the rail groove 13. The fixed portion is composed of a rotation portion where a rotation shaft is positioned in the width direction and a bearing portion, and a claw is directly formed near the rotation shaft of the rotation portion or separately connected. Similar to the hood portion, this bearing portion is bent at both ends in the width direction and meshes with the rail groove 13 described above. When the rotating portion of the fixed portion is flattened, the claws are caught on the unevenness of the metal fitting 11, and the movable hood portion 6 is positioned in the axial length direction. Further, when the rotating portion of the fixed portion is raised, the hook of the claw on the unevenness of the metal fitting 11 is released, and the movable hood portion 6 can move in the axial direction. Further, a pushing part made of synthetic resin is attached to the rear end (base side) of the moving hood portion 6 so that the moving hood portion 6 can be easily pushed out toward the tip side with a finger.

In this fishing rod, another long rod is connected to the tip side of the above-mentioned base rod 1 to form one long fishing rod. A plurality of fishing line guides for guiding the fishing line from the reel R are also mounted on the peripheral surface of the other chassis at intervals in the axial length direction. The reel R is fixed to the reel sheet 3 by sandwiching the leg portion of the reel R between the fixed hood 12 and the movable hood portion 6 of the reel sheet 3 as described above. Then, the fishing line from the reel R is sequentially inserted into the above-described fishing line guide, and a device is connected to the tip of the fishing line to perform fishing.

When a fish is involved in the device, when the fish is picked up, an operation such as winding up the reel R attached to the reel sheet 3 is performed. The vibration generated by the reel operation is alleviated by the rubber pipe 4 and transmitted to the main body 2 of the main shaft 1. The vibration transmitted to the cocoon body 2 is transmitted to the other pods connected to the tip side, and in particular, is amplified in the pod (tip tip) arranged closest to the tip side, The fishing line or device is vibrated from the fishing line guide, which may irritate the fish. In this fishing rod, the vibration is mitigated by the rubber pipe 4 as described above, so that the fish is not excessively stimulated and it is easy to catch the fish.

[Second Embodiment]
FIG. 4 shows a modified example of the main fence. The main rod 20 is also a large-diameter rod positioned on the most proximal side of the fishing rod, and the tubular body constituting the main rod 20 is a rod main body 22. A reel sheet is mounted on the peripheral surface of the bag main body 22. In the same manner as in the first embodiment, this reel sheet is more specifically, a plurality of rubber rings 24 arranged on the peripheral surface of the bag main body 22, and a pipe-like shape attached to the bag main body 22 via the rubber ring 24. And a reel sheet main body 25.

The rubber ring 24 is formed, for example, from NBR or the like, and its inner diameter is adjusted to match the outer diameter of the bag body 22 at a predetermined position. Similar to the rubber pipe in the above embodiment, the thickness is about 0.3 to 0.7 mm, and the length in the axial direction is about 5 to 20 mm. A plurality of rubber rings 24 are fixed to the peripheral surface of the bag main body 22 with an adhesive or the like at intervals in the axial direction. A reel seat body 25 similar to that of the above embodiment is mounted on the peripheral surface of the rubber ring 24. If such a rubber ring 24 is used, the weight of the entire marshal can be reduced.

[Other Embodiments]
Furthermore, another modified example of the reel sheet is shown below.
(A) In FIG. 5, the example using the rubber tube 34 with a liquid as a buffering material is shown. The rubber tube 34 is a tube made of cylindrical NBR or the like. It is fixed at a predetermined axial length direction position on the peripheral surface of the main body 32 of the main rod. The rubber tube 34 is hollow, and a liquid such as oil is injected therein. On the peripheral surface of the rubber tube 34, a pipe-shaped reel sheet main body 35 as in the above-described embodiments is mounted. At both ends in the axial length direction of the reel sheet main body 35, ring members 36 for preventing unreasonable displacement in the axial length direction of the reel seat main body 35 are provided. The cover is fixed to the peripheral surface of the bag main body 32 while being covered.
(B) FIG. 6 shows an example in which a leaf spring 44 is used as a buffer material. The leaf spring 44 is a plate-like member extending in the axial length direction of the heel body 42, and one end thereof is fixed to the peripheral surface of the heel body 42 with a wound yarn or the like. The vicinity of the longitudinal center of the leaf spring 44 is bent away from the peripheral surface of the collar main body 42, and the other end is a free end. A plurality of such leaf springs 44 are arranged side by side in the circumferential direction of the collar body 42 to form one unit. Further, a plurality of units are arranged apart from each other in the axial length direction of the bag main body 42.

The reel sheet main body 45 is disposed on the peripheral surfaces of the plurality of plate springs 44. At both ends in the axial length direction of the reel sheet main body 45, ring members 46 for preventing undue misalignment in the axial length direction of the reel seat main body 45 are provided. The cover is fixed to the peripheral surface of the bag main body 42 while being covered. The reel sheet main body 45 is not directly fixed to the leaf spring 44.
