Abstract

【課題】配管の保温施工において誰でも簡単にノコギリ等で切断、施工が出来、長期間耐久性を持たせ美観のある保温カバーを提供する。
【解決手段】樹脂製の保温カバーでワンタッチ式のメス部とメス部に接続できるオス状の接続部を有したぬけ難い樹脂製保温カバーである。

発明の詳細な説明
本発明は、配管に使用する保温カバーに属するものである。
これまでは、ビニールキャンバスやビニールテープ等で保温材に巻き付けたり、また、カラー鋼板やステンレス製ラッキングで保温材にかぶせていた。
 発明が解決しようとする課題
これまでは、ビニールキャンバスやビニールテープ等で保温材に巻き付けていたが、ビニールキャンバスは施工後、数年で劣化して、ぼろぼろにな見映えが良くなく又、ビニールテープは狭い所での施工性が悪く劣化するのはビニールテープも同じである
カラー鋼板やステンレス製ラッキングは、高価で熟練工の施工であり誰でも簡単に施工する事は出来ない。
本発明はこのような課題を克服し誰でも簡単にノコギリ等で切断施工が出来、長期間耐久性を持たせ美観のある保温カバーを提供することを目的としたのである。
課題を解決するための手段
前記目的は、配管用保温カバーで樹脂で出来ており接続部がメス部とオス部は凹凸付いており、ぬけ難くワンタッチ式に取り付けられ事によって目的が達成されるものである。
保温の作業は、場所や空間や時間や季節等さまざま違った条件で行うものでその全てに対応出来なければならないのである。中でも最終的には美観と作業性であり単価と技術の兼ね合いが取りざたされていたのである。
本発明は、その美観と作業性や単価と技術との兼ね合いを課題とし施工性の簡素化が必要と考えたものである。以下図に基づき説明する。
図１、図２、基づいて説明する。図１の１は、給湯ボイラー、２は従来のビニールキャンバス及びビニールテープ巻での保温状況、図２の１は、給湯ボイラー、３はワンタッチ式の樹脂製保温カバー取付け状況、４はワンタッチ接続部、５はワンタッチカバー用継手。
図３、４、について説明する。図３、４の６はワンタッチ式のメス部、７はメス部に接続できるオス状の接続部、８はカバー本体、図４は樹脂製保温カバーの全体図である、以上の樹脂製保温カバーで図２の様に施工する事によって簡単に施工が出来、長期間耐久性に優れ美観のある樹脂製保温カバーで、作業性が良く時間も短縮出来るのである。
 発明の効果
以上述べたように本発明の、樹脂製ワンタッチ式保温カバーは、簡単にノコギリ等で切断施工が出来、長期間耐久性に優れ美観的であり、作業性が良く時間も短縮出来るのである。

Claims (1)

  1. 配管の保温カバーで樹脂で出来ておりワンタッチ式に取り付けが出来ノコギリ等で切断、長さ調整して、簡単に施工できる様にした樹脂製保温カバーである。
