高さ及び弾性調節用袋12の前後方向前側にはファスナー16が設けられており、該ファスナーを開けてウレタンシート9及びクッション材18を入れる。なお、本実施例における中核部2・頚椎支持部3・高さ及び弾性調節部5のファスナー13・14・16は、いずれも前後方向を変えて取り付けてもよい。
