An object of the present invention is to provide a transparent heating device in which the conductive adhesive used for fixing the conductive wire to the electrode is not melted when the transparent heating device is energized and heated to a high temperature. .

Each of the pair of heating electrodes has one end positioned in the warmable region, the other end positioned in the non-heatable region, and the conductive wire is positioned in the non-heatable region. The portion to be fixed is fixed to the electrode.
And it is preferable that the said conducting wire is adhering to the vicinity of the other end of the said electrode. The transparent heat generating plate has, for example, a heat generating transparent conductive thin film forming portion and a heat generating transparent conductive thin film non-forming portion, and a heatable region is formed by the heat generating transparent conductive thin film forming portion. An unheatable region is formed by the heat-generating transparent conductive thin film non-forming portion. Moreover, it is preferable that the said transparent heat generating plate has the transparent thin film which has the insulation substantially covering the said transparent conductive thin film for heat generation.
In this transparent warming device, even if the transparent warming device is energized and heated, the energized wire, the electrode, and the fixed part do not directly generate heat, but only heat due to heat transfer. Low, the conductive adhesive used to fix the conductive wire to the electrode does not melt.
The transparent heating instrument of the present invention shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 will be described.
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a high-temperature transparent heating instrument according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along line FF in FIG.
This high-temperature transparent heating device is composed of a heat-resistant
For this reason, even if the transparent heating device is energized and heated, the
Further, in the high-temperature

In addition, it is not restricted to the thing of such a form. For example, the transparent heat generating plate is provided with a transparent conductive thin film for heat generation on almost the entire surface of one side of the transparent plate, and the
As the heat-resistant transparent plate, a heat-resistant glass plate or a heat-resistant transparent resin plate can be used. As the heat-resistant glass plate, a silica glass plate such as quartz glass, a high silicate glass plate, a borosilicate glass plate, or the like can be used. A

The bottom surface of the

Further, as shown in FIG. 3, the transparent
The non-heat generating transparent conductive thin film 9 covers the entire surface of the
As the non-heat-generating transparent conductive thin film 9, specifically, gold, copper, tin oxide, SiO 2 -indium alloy, indium oxide, indium oxide doped with tin or antimony, tin oxide doped with antimony, etc. are suitable. Can be used for As a method for forming a conductive metal thin film (ITO film) on the surface of the

In this embodiment, the

As the

Specifically, the transparent cured thin film can be formed by the following method. For example, SiO 2 , ZrO 2 , or Al 2 O 3 is applied to a glass plate on which the transparent conductive
The transparent cured thin film is preferably made of a substantially inorganic material as described above, but may be formed of a transparent resin. As the transparent curable resin, melamine resin, guanamine resin, amino resin, curable acrylic resin, isocyanate curable acrylic resin, thermosetting styrene resin, polyurethane resin, epoxy resin and the like can be used.

And this
Specifically, the temperature control unit turns on energization when the detected measurement temperature is lower than the set temperature input by the set temperature input unit, and conversely, the detected measurement temperature is set to the set temperature. When the temperature is higher than the set temperature input by the input unit, the energization is controlled to be turned off. In addition, when temperature control is not ON / OFF control, control is performed to increase the voltage or current when the measured temperature detected is lower than the set temperature input by the set temperature input unit, and vice versa. If the detected temperature is higher than the set temperature input by the set temperature input section, the voltage or current is lowered or the power is temporarily stopped and the measured temperature is equal to the set temperature. Is performed by maintaining the applied voltage or current.
