Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to, for example, a recording apparatus, an in-vehicle apparatus, and a program that record content data such as a music signal from a portable storage medium while recording the data on a recording unit.
However, the conventional ripping function can only record the entire CD or a specified track unit. Therefore, it was not possible to extract and record only the user's favorite part (only a favorite phrase of a certain music) in a certain piece of music.
The present invention has been made in view of the above points, and provides a recording device, an in-vehicle device, and a program capable of recording only a user's favorite portion of content data while reproducing the content data. With the goal.
(1) The recording device according to
Therefore, according to the present invention, when content data is being played back, only a part of the constituent unit of the content data can be recorded (ripped) according to the user's preference. Thereby, for example, when the content data is a music signal, it is possible to record only the user's favorite part and create a music medley for each track included in the music signal.
(2) The recording apparatus according to
The recording instruction data may be recorded in a recording means, or may be acquired via the Internet from a server that manages the recording instruction data. The recording instruction data can be recorded in the index data when the content data is a music signal stored on a music CD or the like, for example. The index data is data storing artist names / album names / genre data, etc., such as music CDs.
(3) In the recording apparatus of
(4) In the recording apparatus according to the fourth aspect, in the content data, the position reproduced at the timing when the recording start instruction is input is set as the recording start position. Accordingly, the user can input a recording start instruction at a desired timing and can freely set the recording start position.
(5) In the recording apparatus according to the fifth aspect, the position reproduced at the timing when the recording end instruction is input is set as the recording end position in the content data. As a result, the user can input a recording end instruction at a desired timing, and can freely set the recording end position.
(6) In the recording apparatus of
As a result, for example, the user tried to start recording from a position where the content data becomes a node (a position where the volume is reduced, such as a break of a measure in the music signal). Even if the position is deviated from the reproduction timing, recording (ripping) can be started from the position serving as the node.
(7) In the recording apparatus according to claim 7, the recording control means sets the position where the volume is lowest among the content data reproduced within a predetermined period including the timing when the recording end instruction is input as the recording end position. . As a result, for example, the user tried to end the recording at a position where the content data becomes a node (a position where the volume is reduced, such as a break in the music signal), but the timing at which the recording end instruction is input is Even when the position to be deviated from the reproduction timing, the recording (ripping) can be ended at the position serving as the node.
(8) Since the recording apparatus of claim 8 has recording order setting means for setting the recording order of the content data to be recorded (ripped) next to the recording means and the content data that has already been recorded, The order of recording data can be set according to the user's preference.
(9) The in-vehicle device according to
(10) By using the program according to claim 10, the computer can be caused to function as recording control means of the recording apparatus according to any one of claims 1-8.
The program of the present invention can be used by recording it on a computer-readable recording medium such as a magnetic disk, a magneto-optical disk, a memory card, etc., and loading and starting the computer as necessary. It can also be used by loading and starting up via a network. Accordingly, it is possible to easily improve the function.
Hereinafter, examples (examples) of the recording apparatus, the in-vehicle apparatus, and the program according to the present invention will be described.

The CD drive 7 is a device for reading various data stored in a CD-ROM (portable storage medium) (not shown). Examples of the CD-ROM to be read by the CD drive 7 include map data (road shape data, road width data, road regulation data, terrain data, mark data, intersection data, facility data, etc.). There are so-called map CDs stored and so-called music CDs storing music signals.

b) Next, the ripping process executed by the
First, the data flow during the ripping process will be described with reference to FIG. Although an example of reading digital data (content data, music signal) from the CD drive 7 is described here, digital data may be read from the

Next, the operation of the
In

In step 120, the digital data read from the music CD is selected whether the method for setting the portion to be recorded by the ripping process is manual or the method using index data. Specifically, the manual / index data characters are respectively displayed on the
In
In

The configuration and operation of the audio
