1 is a perspective view showing a partially raised automobile floor raising material according to an embodiment of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the same, and FIG. 3 is an illustration of the automobile floor raising material shown in FIGS. FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a blow-molded state, and FIG. 4 is a partial cross-sectional view showing a blow-molded state after clamping from the state of FIG.

1 and 2, the floor raising material 1 is a hollow double wall structure made of thermoplastic resin integrally formed by blow molding, and has a hollow portion 19 and is opposed to the front wall 2 with a space therebetween. And a back wall 3, and side walls 4 are connected to the periphery of the front wall 2 and the back wall 3.

A plurality of groove-shaped ribs 5 that are recessed in a groove shape toward the back wall 3 are formed in the front wall 2 substantially in parallel, and there are gaps between the longitudinal ends of each groove-shaped rib 5 and the side walls 4. Is provided.

On the other hand, conical ribs 6 that are recessed in a substantially conical shape toward the front wall 2 for each groove-like rib 5 are formed on the back wall 3 at portions facing each groove-like rib 5. The top wall of the rib 6 and the tip of the groove rib 5 are integrated with each other as a welded portion 7. The plurality of conical ribs 6 are alternately arranged between adjacent rows in the longitudinal direction of the groove-like ribs 5.

The floor raising material 1 is made of a thermoplastic resin such as an ABS resin, a modified polyphenylene oxide resin, a polycarbonate resin, a polyamide resin, or a polypropylene resin.

The floor raising material 1 is blow-molded as shown in FIGS. That is, the split mold is composed of one mold 8 and the other mold 9, and 10 and 10 are cavities. 11 is a groove-shaped rib forming part, 12 is a conical rib forming part, 13 is an extrusion head, and 14 is a parison. As shown in FIG. 3, a parison 14 is suspended between one open mold 8 and the other mold 9 so that burrs are formed all around the pinch-off forming portion of the split mold, and is shown in FIG. Thus, the mold 18 is such that the tip 18 of the groove-shaped rib forming part 11 provided in one mold 8 and the tip 18 of the conical rib forming part 12 provided in the other mold 9 face each other. Fastened and expanded along the cavities 10 and 10, the groove rib 4 on the front wall side and the substantially conical rib 5 on the back wall side are integrally welded, and blow molding is performed in FIGS.
