Description
The present invention relates to an endoscope scope attaching / detaching device, and more particularly, to an apparatus in which a scope can be attached to and detached from a processor reliably and easily.
2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, in an endoscope apparatus, a scope (electronic endoscope) that captures an observation surface of a subject and a processor that converts an image signal captured by the scope into a video signal that can be observed on a monitor are separated. Therefore, a simple and reliable structure is required for these attachments and detachments.
However, Patent Document 1 has a drawback in that the number of members around the scope and the processor mounting portion is large and the size is large. In addition, when there are more members such as signal pins for transmitting and receiving signals between the scope and the processor, a structure that can be reliably and simply attached or detached cannot be obtained.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a scope attaching / detaching device capable of reliable and simple attachment / detachment.
In the endoscope apparatus according to the present invention, a light guide that guides to an observation surface that emits light from a light source device is disposed, a scope having a first connector portion in which a first magnet is embedded, and a light guide inserted. The light guide insertion portion is formed, and a second magnet for generating an attractive force is embedded between the first magnet and the first guide portion is fitted by the insertion force of the light guide and the attractive force of the first magnet. And a processor having a second connector portion. This makes it possible to reliably and easily attach the scope and the processor using the magnet's attractive force.
Preferably, the end portion of the light guide protrudes from the first connector portion, and the first connector portion further includes one or more electrical signal pins provided for signal transmission between the scope and the processor, and the second connector The portion is formed with one or more electric signal pin insertion portions into which each of the signal pins is inserted, and the protruding amount of the light guide is larger than the protruding amount of other members including the electric signal pins. As a result, the light guide is inserted first, so that a certain degree of positioning is performed, and it is easy to guide fitting of other members at appropriate locations.
More preferably, the first magnet is a permanent magnet, the second magnet is an electromagnet, and an attractive force is generated when the second magnet is energized. As a result, the scope and the processor can be attached only when necessary using the attractive force of the magnet.
More preferably, the second connector portion has a display lamp that is turned on when the second magnet is energized. Accordingly, it is possible to visually recognize that the second magnet is energized and an attracting force is generated between the second magnet and the first magnet.
More preferably, the second connector portion is turned off before the light guide is inserted into the light guide insertion portion, the second magnet is de-energized, and is turned on when the light guide is inserted into the light guide insertion portion. A first switch that is in a state and energizes the second magnet. As a result, whether or not the magnet attracting force is generated varies depending on the insertion state of the light guide, so that it is possible to grasp the fitting state of the first and second connector portions.
More preferably, the first switch is turned off by bringing the electrical contacts into a non-contact state by biasing of a spring, and is turned on by being moved by the light guide and brought into contact with each other. It has a rotationally movable member.
More preferably, the rotationally movable member is a light shielding plate that blocks light from the light source device only in the off state. Accordingly, when the light guide is not properly inserted, light does not reach the light guide and light is not irradiated on the observation surface, so that the fitting state of the first and second connector portions is incomplete. It becomes possible to recognize.
Still more preferably, the second connector portion has a second switch that is connected in series with the first switch and can release the energized state. This makes it easy to remove the scope by eliminating the magnet's attractive force when necessary.
Preferably, the first magnet is a permanent magnet, the second magnet is an electromagnet, and a first magnet that generates an attractive force between the second connector portion side of the second magnet and the first connector portion side of the first magnet. The first polarity and the second polarity that generates a repulsive force between the second connector side of the second magnet and the first connector portion side of the first magnet can be switched. This makes it possible to use the magnet's attractive force when attaching the scope, and the repulsive force of the magnet when removing the scope.
More preferably, the second connector portion has a display lamp that is turned on when the second magnet is energized. Accordingly, it is possible to visually recognize that the second magnet is energized and an attracting force is generated between the second magnet and the first magnet.
Still more preferably, the second connector unit has a magnet power supply unit that supplies power by switching the direction of the current so that the second magnet has the first polarity or the second polarity. Thereby, it becomes possible to easily generate the attracting force and the repulsive force of the magnet by changing the direction of the current flowing through the electromagnet of the second magnet.
Preferably, the first and second magnets are electromagnets, and an attractive force is generated when the first and second magnets are energized. As a result, a magnetic field is generated only when the scope is attached, and the possibility of attracting unnecessary magnetic materials is reduced.
More preferably, the second connector portion has a display lamp that is turned on when the second magnet is energized. Accordingly, it is possible to visually recognize that the second magnet is energized and an attracting force is generated between the second magnet and the first magnet.
More preferably, the second connector portion is turned off before the light guide is inserted into the light guide insertion portion, the second magnet is turned off, and the light guide is inserted into the light guide insertion portion. The first switch is turned on to turn on the second magnet.
More preferably, the electric signal pin has an electric signal pin for the first magnet, the electric signal pin insertion portion has an electric signal pin insertion portion for the first magnet, the electric signal pin for the first magnet, and the first magnet When the electrical signal pin insertion portion for contact comes into contact, power is supplied from the processor to the first magnet. Thereby, it becomes possible to make the 1st magnet which is an electromagnet of a scope into an energized state by the electric power supply from a processor side.
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to provide a scope attaching / detaching device that can be reliably and easily attached / detached.

Next, the first and
The

The

The winding direction of the coil of the
The
The
The
When the
After the
The
The electric signal pin

In this initial state, the
When the
By this attraction force, the first and
Further, since the magnetic field of the

Next, a second embodiment will be described. The configuration diagram of the endoscope apparatus according to the second embodiment is the same as FIG. FIG. 6 is a schematic diagram illustrating the periphery of the first and
The difference from the first embodiment is that the polarity of the electromagnet of the
The first and second

One terminal of the
A procedure for attaching and removing the
When the
Next, a third embodiment will be described. The configuration diagram of the endoscope apparatus according to the third embodiment is the same as FIG. FIG. 7 is a schematic diagram illustrating the periphery of the first and
The difference from the first embodiment is that, in the
The coil winding direction of the
The first magnet
The first magnet electrical signal
A procedure for attaching and detaching the
Next, each of the electric
Unlike the first embodiment, the electrical
When the
