Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a laminate and an apparatus for manufacturing a laminate, in which two or more kinds of plate materials are punched out and laminated by the same processed part including an outer punch and a die.
Conventionally, as a laminated body formed by punching and laminating two or more kinds of plate materials by the same processed part consisting of an outline punch and a die, for example, two kinds of metal plates (magnetic material plate and nonmagnetic material plate) are used. There is a laminated iron core.
As a method for manufacturing such a laminated core, for example, there is a method in which a metal plate is replaced and formed for the same mold having a processed portion in accordance with the laminated position of the laminated core.
In addition, each metal plate is transported from different directions to the processing part provided on the turntable, and the turntable is rotated to position the processing part on the metal plate according to the stacking position of the laminated core. There is also a way to do it. According to this method, since it is not necessary to replace the metal plate, productivity is improved as compared with the above method.
According to the former method, the installation space for the apparatus can be generally reduced. However, since it is necessary to replace the metal plate, there is a problem in that it takes time to set up, and as a result, the processing time becomes long.
In the latter method, it is not necessary to replace the metal plate as in the former method. However, it takes time to rotate the turntable and accurately position the processed portion on the metal plate corresponding to the laminated position of the laminated cores. Therefore, although the machining time can be shortened compared with the former method, the machining time is lost.
An object of this invention is to provide the manufacturing method and laminated body manufacturing apparatus of a laminated body which can improve productivity in view of the said problem.
In order to achieve the above object, the laminate manufacturing method according to
Thus, according to the present invention, with respect to the processing portion fixed at a predetermined position so that the plate materials do not collide with each other and only the plate material corresponding to the stacking position of the laminate is supplied to the processing portion, Each plate is conveyed from different directions. Therefore, it is not necessary to replace the plate material, and it is not necessary to rotate the turntable, so that productivity can be improved as compared with the prior art.
The two or more types of plate materials in the present invention do not indicate only a plurality of plate materials made of different materials. The thing which consists of the same material, Comprising: Plate | board thickness differs, The thing etc. from which the pre-processing shape performed before outline extraction with respect to board | plate material differ are included.
According to a second aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that the conveyance of the plate material is any one of feed, return, and temporary stop.
For example, only the plate material corresponding to the stacking position of the laminate is sent to the processing unit, and other plate materials are temporarily stopped at the standby position or returned from the processing unit to the standby position so as not to collide with the plate material. A laminated body can be formed.
As described in claim 3, when each plate member has pilot holes that serve as position references at predetermined intervals, each plate member is fed by a predetermined amount or returned by a predetermined amount based on the pilot holes. Can do. That is, the plate materials do not collide with each other, and the plate material corresponding to the stack position of the stacked body can be supplied to the processing portion with high positional accuracy.
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, the outer shape punch is operated at a constant cycle, and each plate material is preferably conveyed in accordance with the operation.
In this case, since each plate material is transported in accordance with the operation of the punching punch that is fixed at a predetermined position and operates at a constant cycle, the productivity can be further improved.
The predetermined region of the plate material including the portion punched out by the processing portion may be separated from other portions of the plate material at a position fed by a predetermined amount from the processing portion position, as described in claim 5. preferable.
If the plate material has a predetermined region of the plate material including the portion punched out by the processing portion, the longer the plate material is, the longer the conveyance distance of the plate material when replacing the plate material in the processing portion. In this case, when the conveyance speed at the time of replacing the plate material is constant, the productivity is lowered. Therefore, it is preferable that the predetermined region of the plate material including the portion punched out by the processing portion is separated from other portions of the plate material.
In particular, when plate members are placed opposite to each other with a processed part in between, and a plurality of plate members are stacked one after another, the plate member will not be sent beyond the separation part, so the opposite plate member will wait at a fixed position. (Pause). Therefore, since the conveyance distance of each board | plate material at the time of board | plate replacement | exchange in a process part can be shortened, the fall of productivity can be prevented.
Next, as described in claim 6, the laminated body manufacturing apparatus of the present invention punches two or more kinds of plate materials and laminates them to form a laminated body, and a processing portion including an outer punch and a die, and a predetermined position. In order to send only the plate material according to the stacking position of the laminated body to the processing unit fixed to the transport unit that transports each plate material from different directions, and the plate materials do not collide with each other, And a control unit that controls the transport operation of the transport unit.
Thus, according to the present invention, only the plate material corresponding to the stacking position of the laminate is processed so that the plate materials do not collide with each other from different directions with respect to the processing portion fixed at a predetermined position. A control part controls the conveyance operation of each conveyance part which conveys a board | plate material so that it may supply to a part. Therefore, since only the plate material corresponding to the stacking position of the laminate can be supplied to the processed portion without replacing the plate material or rotating the turntable, productivity can be improved as compared with the conventional case.
The two or more types of plate materials in the present invention are not only a plurality of plate materials made of different materials, but also made of the same material and different in plate thickness, or before removing the outer shape from the plate material. Also included are those with different preprocessed shapes.
Specifically, as described in claim 7, it is suitable for transporting the plate material described in claim 6 if the transport unit is configured to include a gripper or a pair of rolls.
According to the eighth aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that the transport operation of the transport unit is any one of feed, return, and temporary stop.
Since the operational effect of the present invention is the same as that of the invention described in claim 2, the description thereof is omitted.
According to a ninth aspect of the present invention, each plate member has a pilot hole serving as a position reference at a predetermined interval, and based on the pilot hole, a predetermined amount of the plate member is fed or returned by a predetermined amount in the transport unit. It is preferable that a transfer operation is performed.
Since the effect of this invention is the same as the effect of the invention of Claim 3, the description is abbreviate | omitted.
According to the tenth aspect of the present invention, it is preferable that the outer shape punch operates at a constant cycle, and the control unit controls the conveying operation of the conveying unit in accordance with the operation.
Since the effect of this invention is the same as the effect of the invention of Claim 4, the description is abbreviate | omitted.
As described in claim 11, the laminated body manufacturing apparatus according to any one of claims 6 to 10 separates a predetermined region of the plate material including a portion punched out by the processing portion from other portions of the plate material. It is preferable to further include a separation unit.
Since the effect of this invention is the same as the effect of the invention of Claim 5, the description is abbreviate | omitted.
Specifically, as described in claim 12, it is preferable that the separation portion is integrally provided adjacent to the processing portion.
With such a configuration, the predetermined region of the plate material including the part punched out by the processing part can be separated from other parts in the next step of processing by the processing part. Therefore, since the conveyance distance of each board | plate material at the time of board | plate replacement | exchange in a process part can be shortened, it is more effective by prevention of productivity fall.
In particular, in the configuration in which the plate members are arranged opposite to each other with the processed portion interposed therebetween, when the same plate material is continuously stacked, the plate material is not sent beyond the separation portion adjacent to the processed portion. The opposing plate material can wait (pause) at a fixed position. Therefore, when the separation unit is provided adjacent to the processing unit, the transport distance of each plate material when the plate material is replaced in the processing unit can be shortened.
In addition, when the separation part is provided integrally with the processing part, it is easy to position the plate material in the separation part. Further, since the plate material can be processed at the same time as the processing portion, the conveying operation of the plate material becomes easy.
Moreover, the laminated body manufacturing apparatus in any one of Claims 6-12 is the structure further equipped with the pre-processing part which processes other than outline drawing with respect to each board | plate material, as described in Claim 13. There may be.
In this case, the manufacturing process can be simplified.
At this time, as described in claim 14, it is preferable that the pretreatment unit is provided integrally with the processing unit.
In this case, positioning in the processing part becomes easy. Further, since the plate material can be processed at the same time as the processing portion, the conveying operation of the plate material becomes easy.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. The laminated body in the present invention is formed by punching and laminating two or more kinds of plate materials by the same processed part including an outer punch and a die, and can be adapted to various uses. The two or more types of plate materials do not indicate only a plurality of plate materials made of different materials, but are made of the same material and have different plate thicknesses or are performed before the outer shape is removed from the plate materials. Those having different pretreatment shapes are also included. Moreover, a metal plate, a ceramic plate, a resin plate, etc. are applicable as a board | plate material. In the embodiment described below, a laminated body (laminated core) manufacturing method and a laminated body (laminated core) manufacturing apparatus will be described by taking a laminated core for passing magnetic flux as a laminated body.
(First embodiment)
First, the laminated core manufacturing apparatus in this embodiment will be described.
The laminated iron core has a laminated portion of magnetic material plates at least in part, and forms a magnetic path through which magnetic flux passes at least in part. In the present embodiment, a description will be given using an example in which a laminated iron core is manufactured from two types of metal plates, a magnetic material plate and a nonmagnetic material plate. Such a laminated iron core can be applied to, for example, a throttle position sensor that detects an opening / closing angle of a throttle valve.
In addition, the laminated iron core may be constituted as a laminated body including only the non-ferrous metal plate, or a mixed laminated body including both metal plates, in addition to the above configuration. As the non-ferrous metal plate, for example, copper, aluminum or the like can be used. Further, a non-metallic plate may be laminated on a part of the laminated iron core. As the non-metal plate, ceramic, resin, or the like can be used.
Moreover, the characteristic part of this invention exists in the structure which processes a 2 or more types of metal plate (plate material) by the same process part fixed to the predetermined position, and manufactures a laminated iron core (laminated body). Therefore, in the following description, detailed description of a part known as a manufacturing and manufacturing apparatus of a laminated iron core is omitted.

The
As will be described later, since the transport operation of the

The
The
Note that the
The
In particular, in the present embodiment, the
In addition, the
Note that the
The
In addition to the control of the
Next, the manufacturing method of the
In the present embodiment, the
The operation of the
First, the
Then, in the state where the
Next, in order to continue laminating the
In addition, the predetermined region including the part punched earlier (step shown in FIG. 4A) is positioned at the separation portion 24 (right side) of the
Next, in order to laminate the
As described above, when the
In addition, the control may be such that the conveyance speed is always constant (for example, conveyance for one pitch) at each step. In this case, the
In this embodiment, the transport operations of the
Next, to stack the
In addition, the predetermined region including the part punched earlier (step shown in FIG. 4C) is positioned at the separation portion 24 (left side) of the
Next, in order to stack the
Finally, in order to continuously stack the
The
Thus, according to the manufacturing method of the laminated
4 and 5, the preprocessing
Although the preferred embodiments of the present invention have been described above, the present invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments, and can be implemented with various modifications.
In the present embodiment, an example is shown in which two types of
Moreover, the kind of metal plate conveyed by the
